Strategic Plan for Improvement of Citizen Service using Ubiquitous Technology on Public Area: Geospatial Web based Service (유비쿼터스 기술을 이용한 다중집합장소의 시민서비스 고도화 방안 : 지리공간 웹 기반 서비스 제공을 중심으로)

  • Enterprises as well as central and local governments have tried to apply ubiquitous technology to the actual life on the various types of business and projects. In this paper we develop strategic plan to provide public service on public areas based on needs analysis of public services as well as trend analysis of ubiquitous and web technology. Ubiquitous service model should be based on geospatial web which can incorporate participation and collaboration concepts, as the wire/wireless network system develop rapidly. To achieve this purpose, we suggest the following projects; 1), construction of internet map based on geospatial web technology, 2), development of web contents based on geospatial web, 3), installing ubiquitous equipment, and 4), upgrade Seoul Metropolitan Government's homepage and internet system which can incorporate web 2.0 concepts. Ubiquitous service model should be based on not only development of ubiquitous technology but also needs of consumer such as citizen, enterprises, and public sectors which have an interest in that place. Geospatial web will be the core of development of ubiquitous service models.

  • 웹2.0, RIA(Rich Internet Application)의 발전으로 웹 기반 서비스가 다양해지고 기존의 응용프로그램 역시 웹 기반 인터페이스로 제공되면서 사용자 또한 단순 사용자가 아닌 서비스를 제공하는 컨슈머(Consumer)의 형태가 되었다. 따라서 웹 문서는 더욱 방대해 지고 검색, 분류, 색인 등을 위해서 웹문서의 수집이 새로운 형태로 필요하게 되었다. 그러나 기존의 데이터베이스 사용 방법이나, 문서의 전문을 파일형식으로 저장하는 방법은 웹문서를 이용하여 다양한 컨텐츠를 제공하기에 적합하지 않다. 그러므로 본 연구는 웹 문서를 파싱(Parsing)하여 필요한 부분을 XML파일 형태로 저장하여, 재사용성을 높이는데 초점을 맞추어 HTML을 파싱하고 자동으로 임의의 파일을 수집하는 문서수집기를 구현하게 되었다.

  • A special library using Web 2.0 technologies should explore a new service to meet appropriately the needs for users. By applying the RSS and OPEN API, this paper developed a new information service for the Korea Institute of Public Finance(KIPF). In order for the library to sustain in the future challenges, it should participate actively in the developments of new strategic options and technological changes.

  • IoT(Internet of Things)는 우리 일상생활에 깊숙이 관여하고 있어서 보안 문제는 중요해지고 있다. OAuth2.0은 웹기반 응용이나 REST 특성의 API를 안전하게 하는 권한부여(authorization) 프레임워크이다. 본 논문에서는 IoT에 OAuth2.0을 적용하여 효율적이고 효과적인 권한부여 기법을 제안한다. OAuth2.0 기술은 서버쪽 기술이지만, IoT에서도 웹을 이용할 수 있는 CoAP 기술이 있으므로 IoT 디바이스 쪽에 접근에 대한 권한부여 기법으로 적용할 수 있다. 제안기법은 권한 부여 서버와 자원 서버와의 키 분배와 해시 함수 및 암호화를 통해 권한부여 기법을 적용한다.

Extraction method of spatial relation by analyzing location tag in folksonomy (폭소노미에서 위치태그 분석을 통한 공간관계 추출 기법)

  • As the semantic web receives higher concern with an intensified necessity in these days, the research on the ontology as its core technology has been carried out in various fields. The ontology has been adopted as an alternative to work out lots of problematic issues resulted from the insufficient vocabulary selection rules in folksonomy, widely accepted under Web 2.0. Therefore the importance of research to complementarily consolidate the two disciplines, the folksonomy and the ontology, has been increased. Based on this idea this research proposes a system, which pulls out, using open services, the location information tags from folksonomy-based metadata, ultimately extracts, following location information analyses, spatial relationships among tags, and in turn automatically constructs self-correcting location information domain ontology. The system devised in this study will associate data derived from easily accessible folksonomy with meaningful and technological information from ontology.

  • 쉽고 유연한 조작과 다양하고 역동적인 화면구성에 초점을 맞춘 인터넷서비스 맞춤기술인 RIA(Rich Internet Aplication)기술들은 웹2.0기술중 사용자 편의성을 강조한 차세대 UI기술로 기대되고 있다. 본 논문은 평면적이고 순차적인 방법의 고급검색을 동적UI로 구현하고 사용자가 개인화 검색정보를 저장해서 검색에 활용할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 또한 사용자중심의 키워드 선호도를 통해 기존 웹 검색보다 개인화된 검색 결과물을 발견할 수 있는 검색구조를 설계하였다. 본 연구는 RIA 기술을 활용한 개인화 검색 관리자의 적용을 통해 검색된 페이지양의 감소를 입증하여 사용자에게 더욱 정제된 데이터를 제공하며 결론적으로 사용자들이 더욱 유연하고 편리한 방법으로 개인화된 웹 검색을 이용할 수 있음을 보였다.

An Analysis on effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning in Web 2.0 Environment (웹 2.0 기반의 문제중심학습의 효과)

  • This paper explores effectiveness of integrating Problem-Based Learning with Web 2.0 technologies in Computer subject matter education for improving quality of lessons and adapting of social needs for pre-service teachers. Students have studied about computer subject matter for 4 times. The process of leaning have recorded by Web 2.0 tools that is one of the cloud services. Also the students have written reflection journals about experiences of PBL process and results. The PBL process and reflection journals have been analyzed by qualitative data analysis. Conclusions are drawn as to potential for the use of Web 2.0 tools for PBL in computer subject matter. The results of the analyses showed the following: 1) Increasing the understanding of the computer subject matter education, 2) enhancing students' competence in using ICT potentially, 3) cultivating teaching and learning strategies on Web 2.0 environment and 4) enhancing competence of future teaching activities through experiencing e-portfolio as a performance-assessment tool.

  • Advancing geo-spatial web technologies and their applications require compatible and interoperable heterogeneous browsers and platforms. Reduction of common or supporting components for web-based system development is also necessary. If properly understood and applied, OGC-based standards can be utilized as effective solutions for these problems. Thus, OGC standards are central to the design and development of web-based geo-spatial systems, and are particularly applicable to web services, which contain data processing modules. However, the application for OGC WPS 2.0 is at an early stage as compared with other OGC standards; thus, this study describes a test implementation of a web-based geo-spatial processing system with OGC WPS 2.0 focused on asynchronous processing functionality. While a binary thresholding algorithm was tested in this system, further experiments with other processing modules can be performed on requests for many types of processing from multiple users. The client system of the implemented product was based on open sources such as jQuery and OpenLayers, and server-side running on Spring framework also used various types of open sources such as ZOO project, and GeoServer. The results of geo-spatial image processing by this system implies further applicability and extensibility of OGC WPS 2.0 on user interfaces for practical applications.
