  • The Web 2.0 is mean to Web as Platform, as the platform provided various service using a data on webs by opening information. That is, it leads to the sharing and participation of information among internet users. In this paper, we research web technology for embedded computers which be supplied data and services to implement Ubiquitous computing. Therefore, we designed Open API service platform used the embedded system for the sharing and opening of web 2.0 trends. This designed platform is provided to internet users with various services and information in real-time.

  • Web 2.0 and Semantic Web technology will be merged to be a next generation Web that leads presentation-oriented Web to data-centric Web. In the next generation Web. semantic processing. Web Platform, and data fusion are most important technology factors. Resolving the Link Rot is the one of the essential technologies to enable these features. The Link Rot causes not only simple annoyances to users but also more serious problems including data integrity. loss of knowledge. breach of service. and so forth. We have suggested a new XRI-based persistent Web link architecture to cure the Link Rot that has been considered as a deep-seated Problem of the Web. The Proposed architecture is based on the XRI suggested by OASIS and it is designed to support a persistent link by using URL rewriting. Since the architecture is designed as a server-side technology, it is superior to existing research especially in Interoperability. Transparency and Adoptability. In addition to this, the architecture provides a metadata identification to be used fer context-aware link resolution.

  • 웹 2.0 기술은 개방, 공유, 참여라는 형식으로 사용자가 직접 블로그, 웹 포털 등에 사진 및 동영상을 게재하는 UCC의 형태로 화제가 되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 사용자 창조형 콘텐츠는 예전부터 온라인 게임에서 다양한 형태로 시도되어 왔으며, 최근 웹 2.0 기술이 화두로 떠오르며 온라인 게임 분야에서도 보다 체계적으로 기술의 도입이 가속화되는 추세로, 국내에서는 최근 본격적으로 UCC가 도입된 온라인 게임이 오픈 베타 서비스를 시작하였다. 본 고에서는 UCC가 도입된 국내외 온라인 게임 현황을 살펴보고, UCC 기반의 온라인 게임을 구성하는 요소기술에 대하여 알아보기로 한다.

  • The Learning Models including the design principle about web 2.0 use in education has been recently presented. In types of web 2.0 tools, blogs are the best tool that reflected the trends of web 2.0 and these are able to share a lot of information and contents. To invent new learning methods involving web 2.0, this study aims to get the results about effectiveness of learning performance on a supplementary learning tool based on blog using learner-centric UI/UX design in higher education. As a study tool, installation-type blog that can be designed as user-centric system is applied to experimental environment. This study presents the conclusion that supplementary learning tool based on blog using learner-centric UI/UX design influences on learning achievement and learning flow through the analysis of questionnaire results of learners, learning evaluation score of learners and assignments evaluation score of learners.

The Effect of Social Influence on Users' Cognition, Flow, and Actual Usage in Web 2.0 (웹 2.0 환경에서 사회적 영향이 사용자의 인지적 평가와 몰입, 사용수준에 미치는 영향)

  • Using Technology Acceptance Model and flow theory as our foundation, this paper investigates the interrelationships among social influence, individual cognition, flow, and actual usage in the Web 2.0 environment. According to TAM, users evaluate perceived usefulness(PU) and ease of use(PEU) of information technology(IT) in accepting the innovative IT. Along with users' cognitive evaluation(i.e. PU and PEU), in case of UCC(user-created-contents), which is one of the representative Web 2.0 features, flow also has a significant effect on users' usage. Accordingly, the current study involve cognitive elements such as PU and PEU as well as flow of enjoyable state during using IT in exploring antecedents leading to UCC usage. On one hand, we consider the effect of social influence on users' cognition and flow toward actual usage because the more users creates Web contents, the more long-tail situation prevails on the Internet. Web 2.0 becomes a kind of social phenomena. The empirical results show that social influence affects positively both PU/PEU and flow. Users' cognitive evaluation and flow have positive impacts on users' UCC usage.

  • e-learning은 교육의 새로운 패러다임으로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 일방적인 강의식 교육으로 학습자의 참여도와 만족도등의 문제점이 있다. 또한 시스템 구축과 콘텐츠 제작 비용에 많이 투입되지만 효과성이 낮다는 지적이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 2.0의 기술을 활용하여 기존의 문제점을 해결하는데 목적이 있다. 웹 2.0의 기술 중에 본 연구에 활용할 기술은 RSS와 위키이다. RSS는 웹 사이트의 콘텐츠를 공유하고 주고받을 수 있도록 만든 표준이다. 콘텐cm들 중에는 학습 자료로 추가 비용 없이 활용할만한 것이 많이 있다. 위키는 구성원간의 지식공유가 효율적으로 이루어 질수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 학습자들의 상호작용을 높힐 수 있는 도구이다. RSS와 위키를 접목하여 학습 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 적용결과 기존 e-learning을 사용하여 학습한 집단보다 창의적 글쓰기에 RSS와 위키를 활용하는 학습 시스템이 학습에 더욱 효과적이라는 것을 보였다.

A Study on Development of Data Broadcasting Service Using RSS on Web 2.0 Environment (웹 2.0 환경에서 RSS를 활용한 데이터방송 서비스 구현에 대한 연구)

  • As data broadcasting has become available, diverse contents can now be provided through digital TV, IPTV and DMB; yet it is true in the current situation that killer contents are insufficient that can satisfy users. On the contrary, in case of the web, with the advent of web 2.0 aiming at user-centered services, the contents market has grown greatly. The ideas and technologies of Web 2.0, if gratified into data broadcasting, are expected to make a contribution to the vitalization of contents. This paper proposes a method of using RSS, as a concrete example of applying web 2.0 to data broadcasting. Accordingly, we have developed a system for producing data services for the ground wave DMB data broadcasting, by using RSS at the stage of authoring news and the like, for which provision of the latest information is important. And for IPTV, we have developed a data broadcasting application so that users can select the RSS they want, as well as a creation system for using RSS at the authoring stage. It is anticipated that the application of RSS by means of the system will simplify the authoring process, making easy the provision of the latest information through the web, and thereby making possible the provision of diverse services to users.

  • The issue on cyber ethics cannot be solved within technical and legal boundaries. Therefore, this study intends to consider the antecedents affecting cyber ethics from the perspectives of individual characteristics and social influences. Specifically, the current research aims to investigate (1) the effect of individual characteristics(self-efficacy, locus of control) on cyber ethics in web 2.0 environment, (2) the impact of social influences(subjective norm, image, visibility) on cyber ethics, (3) the moderation effect of a user's personality(extroversion, introversion) between individual characteristics and social influences, finally (4) the interrelationship between cyber ethics and the type of web 2.0 service participation of users(consumption, production).

  • 웹 2.0의 등장과 함께 Restful 웹 서비스의 활용이 전통적인 SOAP 기반 웹 서비스에 비해 크게 증가되었다. 최근 웹상에 이용 가능한 Restful 웹 서비스들의 수가 급격하게 증가됨에 따라 사용자들이 적합한 웹 서비스를 찾는 것은 매우 중요한 이슈로 대두되었다. 그러나 기존의 키워드 기반 검색 방법은 낮은 검색의 정확도 때문에 문제가 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Restful 기반 온톨로지 구축 방법을 제안하고자 한다.
