The purpose of this paper is to present the effective operation method of cyber home learning system 2.0. Cyber home learning system 2.0 which plays an important role to produce and share data of internet users establishing user-centered internet environment is recently introduced as web 2.0 is beginning to appear. This research is based on the case of the operation on cyber home learning system, research literature of web 2.0 as well as expert consulting and performance test. After doing this research, cyber home learning system 2.0 can bring enormous educational effect when it has online education using web-based discussion tool and long distance consulting linking with off line school education. Redundant system configuration, the distributed processing also may be provided by the service was smooth. Moreover, it demands monitoring team consisting of student, parents and teacher in order to provide developmental service.

Advancing geo-spatial web technologies and their applications require compatible and interoperable heterogeneous browsers and platforms. Reduction of common or supporting components for web-based system development is also necessary. If properly understood and applied, OGC-based standards can be utilized as effective solutions for these problems. Thus, OGC standards are central to the design and development of web-based geo-spatial systems, and are particularly applicable to web services, which contain data processing modules. However, the application for OGC WPS 2.0 is at an early stage as compared with other OGC standards; thus, this study describes a test implementation of a web-based geo-spatial processing system with OGC WPS 2.0 focused on asynchronous processing functionality. While a binary thresholding algorithm was tested in this system, further experiments with other processing modules can be performed on requests for many types of processing from multiple users. The client system of the implemented product was based on open sources such as jQuery and OpenLayers, and server-side running on Spring framework also used various types of open sources such as ZOO project, and GeoServer. The results of geo-spatial image processing by this system implies further applicability and extensibility of OGC WPS 2.0 on user interfaces for practical applications.

현재 웹 기반 정보들은 일반적인 멀티미디어에서 텍스트, 이미지, 오디오 및 비디오가 시간에 따라 유기적으로 통합된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 형식으로 변화하고 있다. 이 형식을 지원하기 위하여 다양한 멀티미디어 데이터를 동기화할 수 있는 SMIL(Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) 1.0이 W3C에 의하여 표준으로 채택되었고, 계속해서 2000년 9월에 SMIL 2.0의 working draft가 발표되었다. 현재의 멀티미디어 저작도구는 대부분 SMIL 1.0 만을 지원하고, 웹 동작을 직접적으로 지원하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 SMIL 2.0과 일반적인 웹 저작언어인 HTML을 모두 지원하는 멀티미디어 저작도구를 설계하고 구현하였으며, 실제 저작 과정을 수행하여 그 효용성을 검증하였다.

Recently, the most of website is supporting RSS with increasing the interest regarding web 2.0. RSS-reader is collecting the contents of RSS formats which are provided from the various web site and it is software application that assist users easily to getting the last update of area of interest without visiting a corresponding web site. In this paper, we developed RSS reader through Ajax which is an asynchronous method, JSP/Servlet which is a dynamic scripting language. We made them support both RSS format 1.0 and 2.0. Additionally developed fluid Ajax based menus, categories and functions of user-friendliness.

최근 지리 정보 시스템(GIS)이 전 국가적으로 대중화되면서 지리 정보가 다양한 분야와 다양한 서버 환경에서 사용되고 있다. 따라서, 이렇게 다양해진 지리 정보를 효율적으로 사용하기 위해선 지리 정보 시스템의 상호운용성은 필수적이다. 이를 지원하기 위해서 OGC(Open GIS Consortium)에서는 상호운용성에 대한 표준 명세인 OpenGIS(Open Geodata Interoperability Specification)를 제시하였으며, 또한 이를 웹 환경에서 검증하고 활용하기 위해 웹 매핑 테스트 베드에서 여러 가지 시도를 하고 있다 이러한 시도 중 하나로 웹 환경의 이질적인 지리 정보를 공통적으로 표현하기 위해 지리정보를 구조화된 문서인 XML(eXtensible markup Language)로 인코딩하는 GML(Geography Markup Language) 명세를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 환경에서 지리 정보를 표현하기 위한 GML 2.0 명세와 GML 2.0 에서 사용하고 있는 XML 스키마 명세를 분석하였다. 또한, 이를 토대로 사용자들이 GML 2.0 문서를 쉽게 생성, 디스플레이, 편집할 수 있도록 함은 물론 기존의 공간 데이타베이스 시스템의 지리 정보를 GML 2.0 문서로 변환하고, 반대로 GML 2.0 문서를 공간 데이타베이스로의 변환을 쉽게 할 수 있는 GML문서 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

This research aims to analyze the recent status and problems of scholarly information service supporting lectures and research project activities for faculties in Korean university libraries, and to explore the current issues of same fields in U.S. advanced university libraries. Notably, this research suggested considerations for a new model of scholarly information service which is based on web 2.0(/library 2.0) supporting lectures and research project activities for faculties appropriate to Korea university libraries.

UCC stands right in the center of web 2.0 era represented by share, participation, and openness. Moving picture UCC has been facilitated by If infrastructure advancement and sociocultural changes. Its prospect is expected to be brighter because presumers are spreading, cost of creating and distributing contents is greatly reduced, and there is going to appear more companies utilizing UCC in improving firm's competitiveness. In this paper, various UCC business models are analyzed and hot major issues faced by UCC industry such as profit model and copyright are discussed. In addition, strategies for UCC business success and opportunities and challenges confronted by UCC businesses are discussed.

웹 2.0과 차세대 웹 기반의 서비스 환경에서는 다양한 보안 요구 사항을 가진 이기종 서비스들이 컨버전스 서비스를 제공하기 위해 결합된다. 차세대 웹 기반 애플리케이션은 전통적인 웹 애플리케이션이 갖고 있는 보안 문제 뿐만 아니라, 자신의 특정한 세트의 보안 위협을 갖고 있다. ITU-T SG17에서 진행되고 있는 매시업 기술에 의한 보안 위협을 식별하고, 서비스에 대한 보안 요구 사항 및 기술에 대한 표준화 동향을 소개한다.
