Design and Implementation of an OSGi-based Old Age Patient Care System in Embedded Programming on RFIDs and Infrared Sensors (RFID와 적외선 센서의 임베디드 프로그래밍을 통한 OSGi 기반 노령 환자 케어 시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • According to an aging population has dramatically increased in over the world, silver care becomes more important than other field. In this paper, we design and implement an old age patient care system that allows a carer to instantly monitor the status of proteges and notifies emergency of a patient to a medical institute. The system uses RFIDs and infrared sensors implemented in embedded software to analyze the activity and movement detection of the elderly. And the home gateway allows easy integration with heterogeneous devices by employing OSGi that is a middleware standard for home gateways. We can verify the information on the activity per day and the activity per week by Web browsers and view realtime video on the elderly by Web Cam using the implemented system. The system also can send us cell phone messages and E-mail in case of emergency.

  • Machine learning as a service, the so-called MLaaS, has recently attracted much attention in almost all industries and research groups. The main reason for this is that you do not need network servers, storage, or even data scientists, except for the data itself, to build a productive service model. However, machine learning is often very difficult for most developers, especially in traditional science due to the lack of well-structured big data for scientific data. For experiment or application researchers, the results of an experiment are rarely shared with other researchers, so creating big data in specific research areas is also a big challenge. In this paper, we introduce the KISTI-ML platform, a community-based rapid AI model development for scientific data. It is a place where machine learning beginners use their own data to automatically generate code by providing a user-friendly online development environment. Users can share datasets and their Jupyter interactive notebooks among authorized community members, including know-how such as data preprocessing to extract features, hidden network design, and other engineering techniques.

  • Developing 3D games of quality is getting easier as commercial game engines have significantly evolved. It is still difficult, however, for entry-level developers to create various avatars which could affect the entire game because it requires expertise in 3D design and programming. We propose a design of an avatar assembly system based on a commercial game engine, Unity. It includes the assembly, customization, and management of avatars. It also provides an avatar update mechanism via the World Wide Web(WWW) provided by Unity's asset system so that various avatars can be supplied after the initial game distribution.

  • Recently, business integration and interoperability of between the heterogeneous applications are requested by rapid growth of web. Web Services that self-contained for platform and programming language is appeared used to XML of standard data format. Such amid Fast Web Services attract attention at fields necessary to bring rapid communication like Mobile and RFID. In this paper, we inquired about ASN.1 of ITU-T and IS0/IEC standard that a central role of data transform. And we studied encoding process of between ASN.1 and XML for transform SOAP massage of a massage transfer mode of Web Services to binary data.

  • 지역농가, 농협 단위로 그 지역에서 생산되는 특산물을 직접 살균 가공할 수 있는 연속살균공정과 장치를 설계할 수 있는 프로그램을 웹프로그래밍 언어의 일종인 JSP와 자바를 이용하여 개발하였다. 식품의 산성도 및 물리적 특성과 미생물의 내열특성 등 공정을 설계하는 데 필요한 전문적인 정보를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 사용자가 식품의 특성에 대해 자세하게 모르더라도 쉽게 식품의 살균공정을 설계할 수 있었다. 연속살균장치를 구성하고 있는 부분은 크게 열교환기와 가열유지관, 펌프이며, 이에 대한 설계를 장치 설계 프로그램에서 하였다. 열교환기, 가열유지관등의 설계는 장치의 생산량 및 가격등을 결정하는 주요 요소이며, 살균장치의 성능을 결정짓는 주요한 인자가 된다. 연속살균공정을 설계하는 데 필요한 인자는 식품의 pH특성, 식품의 종류이며, 입력된 값을 이용하여 데이터베이스 내에서 살균할 미생물의 종류와 미생물의 내열특성을 찾아 살균공정을 계산하게 된다. 프로그램을 통해 살균가능한 온도와 시간을 출력한다. 연속살균장치 설계 프로그램의 입력인자는 식품의 살균온도, 식품의 생산량, 열교환기에 사용할 열매체의 종류이며, 프로그램 내에서 열교환기의 전열계수, 식품을 살균온도가지 가열하는 데 걸리는 시간등이 계산되며, 결과값으로 열교환기의 특성 및 파이프의 구경과 길이, 펌프의 용량, 단열관의 구경과 길이가 출력된다. 살균 장치 중 열교환기의 설계에 사용되는 스테인레스 파이프를 국내에서 사용되는 규격별로 데이터베이스화하였으며, 파이프 제작업체 48개 업체, 펌프 제작업체 54개(국내 15개 업체, 미국 39개 업체), 열교환기 제작업체 13개업체(국내 13개 업체)에 대해서 데이터베이스를 구축하여 프로그램을 사용해 설계된 장치를 사용자가 쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 하였다. 공정설계프로그램을 통해 설계된 공정은 데이터베이스에 저장이 되며 장치설계프로그램에서 쉽게 이전에 설계했던 공정을 이용할 수 있도록 하여 공정 설계와 장치설계를 연계하도록 하였다.

  • This paper describes design and implementation of a general purpose cyber educational system. In this system, there are different types of menus and services according to such user's rights as system operators, professors, assistant instructors, students. In order to keep in close contact between students and professors, provided are various services such as the official announcement, transcripts of lecture, bulletin board, Q/A corner, report box, archive of study materials, electronic mail box, memorandum including checking of one's attendance and school record. For the purpose of activating small group studies and discussion about given subject, it can organize into groups automatically and provide with debating rooms. The system is implemented by separating with both HTML design and programming part by templete concept. Overload of iterative server is solved by adjusting the numbers of DB servers of each service.

  • The use of the Internet of things plays a major role in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and a series of tasks of accumulating, converging, analyzing and reusing various data and services becomes very important. Because the pace and scope if the paradigm shift in Fourth Industrial Revolution is so rapid and unpredictable, the development and utilization of a system to fulfill this role for IOT are urgently required. In this paper, we introduce the Web-based IOT management system, which connects the IOT with OKMindmap, which is a domestic open source software and service, and the Node-RED service. This system combines the advantages of OKMindmap with the advantages of Node-RED, which is capable of visual component based programming, so that it can easily and flexibly connect the IOT based on Web browsers, and various data and services can be integrated and linked. We developed a camera module, a temperature and humidity sensor module, and the motor control module in Raspberry PI basically, and tested the operation successfully. We plan to extend the IOT component gradually by using Arduino and System On Chip.

  • This paper present a design and implementation of a Contents Management System (CMS) to be integrated into a game that uses a Digital Game-based Learning (DGBL) approach for helping tourists learn about tourism spots as a part of the Package Tour Application. In terms of design, this paper shows a system architecture that consists of a database to store the game's content such as tourism spot information, score and question configuration, score history, et cetera, a web application to manage the content and a Rest API to delivers the content to the mobile game. Meanwhile, in terms of implementation, MySQL database and PHP programming language are used. Moreover, a time response performance evaluation is conducted which resulted in between 0.77 s to 1.4 s from CMS to the database. Once successfully integrated with the game, the CMS will allow the game to be played on multiple tours simultaneously, without having to rebuild the game for every package tour group.

  • This paper analyzes the attack method of pastejacking and proposes a clip toaster that can effectively defend it. When programming, developers often copy and paste code from GitHub, Stack Overflow, or blogs. Pastejacking is an attack that injects malicious data into the clipboard when a user copies code posted on the web, resulting in security threats by executing malicious commands that the user does not intend or by inserting dangerous code snippets into the software. In this paper, we propose clip toaster to visualize and alertusers of threats to defend pastejacking that threatens the security of the developer's terminal and program code. Clip Toaster can visualize security threat notifications and effectively detect and respond to attacks without interfering with user actions.

  • 최근 수돗물 공급과정에 있어 적수, 유충 발생 등 지역 단위의 수질문제로 국민의 직간접적인 피해가 발생된 바 있다. 수질문제 발생 시, 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)에 게시되는 피해 관련 의견은 시공간적으로 빠르게 확산되며, 궁극적으로는 물공급과정 전체의 부정적 인식증가와 신뢰도 저하를 초래한다. 따라서, 물공급시스템에서의 수질사고 발생을 빠르게 인지하는 다양한 방법론의 적용을 통한 피해 최소화를 위한 노력이 반드시 필요하다. 일반적으로 수질사고는 다양한 항목의 실시간 계측기에서 획득되는 시계열자료의 변화양상을 통해 판단할 수 있으나, 이와 같은 방법론의 효율적 적용을 위해서는 선진계측인프라의 도입이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 발달된 정보통신기술환경을 활용하여, 물공급네트워크 내 수질사고인지를 위한 SNS 별 웹크롤링 방법론을 제안하고, 적용결과를 분석하였다. 방법론의 구현에 앞서, 각종 SNS 별(트위터, 인스타그램, 블로그, 네이버 카페 등) 프로그래밍을 통한 웹크롤링 가능여부, 정보획득 기간 등을 확인하였으며, 과거 유사 수질사고 발생 시 영향력과 관련 게시글이 크게 나타난 네이버 카페와 트위터를 중심으로 웹 크롤링 절차를 제시하였다. 네이버 카페의 경우 대상급수구역 내의 시민들이 다수 참여하는 카페를 목록화하고, 지자체명과 핵심 키워드(수돗물, 유충, 적수) 조합을 활용한 웹크롤링을 수행하여, 관련 게시물 건수와 의미를 실시간으로 분석하는 절차를 마련하였다. 개발된 SNS 별 웹크롤링 방법론에 따라 과거 수질사고가 발생된 바 있는 2개 이상의 지자체에 대한 분석을 실시하였으며, SNS 별 결과에 있어 차이점을 확인하여 제시하였다. 향후 제안된 방법을 적용하여 시공간적 수질사고 정보의 전파 및 확산양상을 추가적으로 분석할수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
