본 논문에서는 자바 스프링 Mybatis와 Firebase, Ajax, Script, DataBase를 활용해 테스트하길 원하는 IT 제품을 등록하는 기업과 이를 응모를 통해 추첨되어 테스트하고 리뷰를 남겨 기업에 도움을 주고 싶어 하는 일반 사용자를 모집하는 웹 사이트이다. 이 사이트는 자바 스프링 Mybatis를 기반으로 웹을 구성 하였고, 웹페이지에서 처리되는 데이터들은 데이터베이스로 저장된다. 기업이 제품을 등록하면 이를 사용자가 응모하고 관리자가 무작위로 추첨을 하면 해당 상품을 사용자가 받아보고 평가하여 리뷰를 남길 수 있고 기업은 해당 리뷰들을 좋은 점, 개선할 점을 나누어 확인하여 자신들의 제품을 개선할 수 있도록 한다.

Much investment has been to improve quality of web service as internet service is in pursuit of equilibrium. Web site of electronic library which offers various information has to be set a new standard for improving users service satisfaction by developing objsctive evaluation system. In this research we acquired standard of evaluation parameter such as contents, design, navigation, feedback, reference, privacy by analyzing domestic web site of electronic library We evaluated constructed model of usability evaluation using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). We develop 'digital library web site evaluation model' based systematic analysis through polling category selected as evaluation guide.

Web accessibility should be guaranteed regardless of disability in current information society. Automatic tools are needed to evaluate a huge number of web sites. Five pre-developed web accessibility evaluation tools are selected and experimenting results are compared and analyzed in this paper. The research results will be very helpful for users who are selecting a web accessibility evaluation tool.

연구목적: 노인을 위한 건강정보 웹사이트들이 사용성과 접근성을 높이기 위해 지켜야 할 디자인 요소를 어떻게 반영하고 있는지 평가·비교함으로써 개선 방향을 제언하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 국내 및 미국에서 개발된 노인 대상의 건강정보 웹사이트를 각각 9개씩 선정하였다. 근거 기반의 웹디자인 지침서인 Make Your Website Senior Friendly: Checklist와 Research-based Web Design & Usability Guideline을 통합 수정하여 얻은 4개 영역의 평가 항목 48개를 적용해 두 명의 평가자가 선정된 총 18개 웹사이트를 평가하였다. 연구결과: '가독성' 영역 중 서체 선택, 줄 간격, 배경색과 글자색 선택 등은 양호하였으나 국내 웹사이트들 중에는 글자 크기가 조절되지 않는 경우가 빈번하였다. '정보의 표현과 구성' 영역에서 다수의 웹사이트들은 정보 배치 등이 우수하고 소비자 용어를 사용하는 노력을 보였다. 그러나 일부 국내 웹사이트들은 프린트 기능을 제공하지 않거나, 노인들의 저하된 인지 능력을 배려하려는 노력이 부족하였다. '미디어 사용' 영역에서 국내 웹사이트들은 글자 외에 다른 매체를 사용하는 빈도가 미국 웹사이트들에 비해 낮았고, 시청각 매체를 사용할 때는 동일한 내용을 문자로도 볼 수 있도록 하라는 권고안을 준수하지 않았다. '내비게이션과 검색의 용이성'에서는 메뉴나 링크의 명칭이 명확하며, 이용 중에도 쉽게 홈페이지로 돌아갈 수 있도록 구성되었다. 그러나 다수의 국내 사이트들이 사이트맵을 제공하지 않거나, 검색어의 철자오류 등에 대한 배려가 부족하였다. 결론: 국내 웹사이트들은 미국 웹사이트들에 비해 노인들의 사용성과 접근성을 높이는 것으로 밝혀진 연구 근거들을 제대로 반영하지 못하고 있었다. 노인 대상의 인터넷과 웹을 활용한 교육이 지속적으로 증가할 것이므로, 그 효과성을 높이기 위해 간호사들은 정보의 질 뿐만 아니라 디자인 측면의 중요성을 인식하고 실천할 수 있어야겠다.

The number of websites in Korea is increasing rapidly as demonstrated by more than 510,000websites registered under the ".kr" domain as of the end of December 2000. In order to effectively copewith the deluge of web information and maintain ready access to useful information on the web,utilization and management of web information through websites that have been evaluated and ratedfavorably is becoming increasingly important. As websites now increasingly provide industry-specificinformation, information managers are now finding it essential to meet their specific information needsthrough separation and ranking of useful information from the rest.However, evaluation of industry-specific information requires industry-specific expertise as well asgeneral website evaluation tools. This paper develops a website evaluation model and attempts to rankindustry-specific websites through case studies of previous website evaluation and consultation withexperts in specific industries. Based on the model developed, this paper selects 100 outstanding websitesin 10 areas of construction industry. The research also hypothesizes that, with appropriate modifications,the rating models used for the construction industry can also be applied to other industries for moreefficient information management.e efficient information management.

Since the 7th National Curriculum was established, ICT has emerged as an indispensable tool for teaching a variety of subjects in K-12 education systems. This paper develops the model for explaining the factors affecting students' satisfaction level in using web contents for science class. Based on data collected from a questionnaire survey from the students who evaluated the web sites providing the information related to the science subject, the structural equation model is presented. From this model, a following conclusion is provided : credibility and understandability/motivation are the most important factors affecting the level of satisfaction, but the presentation method, the screen design as well as contents itself has indirect impact on user satisfaction through understandability/motivation. Other interesting results are also provided. This result might provide the useful guidelines for designing the web-contents for science class in high school.

As the Internet and mobile services increase, the use of wired/wireless web contents services increase and the demand for various contents explosively grows. To survive in competitive market, and to minimize the errors and warnings for web accessibility and standardization, and then to maximize the web usability, the periodical evaluation for web site should be performed with the events of web marketing and campaign. Through the web evaluation, the errors for technical programming language and contents offering can be found and diagnosed. In this paper, the quantitative and qualitative evaluation method for web site providing web contents are presented, and the analytic results for the 138 home pages in domestic are evaluated to validate the quantitative methodology. The accessibility, standardization, and usability factor are adopted for the evaluation in which accessibility is evaluated for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust discipline with K-WAH(Korea-Web Accessibility Helper) tool, the standardization are measured for the number of errors and warnings in technical language with the W3C validator, and finally the usability factor is analyzed for the number of visits, average visit duration, and bounce rate with Google Analytics. In addition to, the quantitative analysis is also performed with the consideration of cost for construction and operation of web site. From the results, in the case of total score of 100 in conversion with relative weight, the average and standard deviation are evaluated to be 55 and 14, respectively. The correlation analysis indicates that the coefficient is estimated as 0.058, and then correlation between the quantitative results and cost is evaluated to be a little positive.

For the competitive advantages of an real estate web-site, the study investigated the comparison between the real estate portal sites and the independent real estate web-site based on the users' preference. The experiment was conducted with 52 participants for the total 5 sites including two real estate portal sites (Naver real estate, Daum real estate), and independent real estate web-site (the real estate 114, the seoul real estate square, the MK estate). As a result, this study becomes very practical to web-site companies in terms of users' preferences, even though most of real estate web-site studies have focused on credibility. Therefore, it is considered to contribute largely for the advancement of real estate sites developing differentiation strategy through comparative analysis between real estate portal sites and independent real estate web-site.

The purposes of this study were to examine the features of web fashion magazines and to suggest an effective website model for them. Seven web fashion magazines were analyzed. The evaluating criteria included: contents, design, navigation, and services. In addition, online-questionnaires were sent to 40 end users to obtain the information regarding user behaviors on the elected web fashion magazines. The results show that a suggested model should include various aspects: 1) providing currents information. 2) consistency in design, 3) easy in navigation, and 4) searching function etc.

The Korean disabled is about 5% of the population and most of them utilize welfare centers for the disabled. The disabled have difficulties in using the welfare centers' website since many centers do not comply with the website accessibility guidelines. This paper has compared, evaluated and provided the analytical results of the observance of the website accessibility guidelines of the welfare centers for the disabled in Korean, the U.S. and Japanese. The results indicated that there are many social welfare centers which do not abide by the laws even though the welfare centers for the disabled should comply with the website accessibility guidelines as required by the Law of Prohibiting Discrimination and Right of Remedy for the Disabled in 2008. In particular, Korean welfare centers for the disabled observing the website accessibility guidelines is significantly low of 78.77% to be compared with the U.S. by 85.50% and Japanese by 86.00%. This paper will provide theoretical basis for research on evaluation of website accessibility in the future and contribute to the public awareness on the social welfare of the disabled by suggesting the future direction of website accessibility evaluation on the welfare centers which are closely linked to the everyday life of the disabled.
