The purpose of this paper is to empirically examine whether there are significant relations among rankings of cross-efficiency, web accessibility, and website evaluation. For this purpose, the study uses the KWAH-4 method developed by the Web Accessibility Laboratory in Korea, website evaluation method developed by the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), and the cross-efficiency model for 13 Asian container seaports including Korean, Chinese, and Japanese main ports in 3 years (2009, 2010, and 2013) using data for two cases: three inputs (depth, total area, and number of crane) and one output (TEU) in the first case and three inputs and two outputs (TEU and BDC overall score) in the second case. The main empirical results are as follows. First, the ranking orders of cross-efficiency, web accessibility, and website evaluation overall scores are not significantly correlated with each other. Second, if the BDC overall score is included in the output element, the correlation results are improved. However, the correlation coefficient is still low. The container port policy planners should introduce and consider the web accessibility and website evaluation scores when evaluating an efficiency-increasing plan for Korea's main container ports.

The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. Web users are demanding web sites that offer credible information. This study tired to comprehensively extract the factors that affect the perception web credibility based on preceding researches and develop of indicators for evaluating the web credibility by goodness-fit analysis. I modified more than 100 factors which presented by preceding researches to 28 factors, and allocated these factors into the hierarchical categories like followings; trustworthiness, expertness, safety are categorized as first level factors, trustfulness and reputation are placed to sub-factors of trustworthiness, usefulness, timeliness and competency to sub-factors of expertness, security and reliability to sub-factors of safety as second level factors. Finally this study developed evaluating indicators for web credibility by goodness-of fit analysis.

최근 정부의 정보화정책 추진으로 저비용 고효율의 정부를 만들고자 노력하면서 공공기관의 웹 사이트는 각종 정보와 서비스를 일반 국민들에게 제공하는 수단으로 자리잡아가고 있다. 그러나 많은 웹 사이트가 불편한 사용자 인터페이스로 인해 원하는 정보 접근에 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되고 있으며, 문자위주의 서비스를 하고 있어 멀티미디어로 대변되는 웹의 장점을 살리지 못하고 있다. 요즈음 업무와 관련된 이미지 정보를 제공하는 웹 사이트도 점차 늘어나고 있으나 초기 단계이며, 일반 사용자가 사용하기에는 인터페이스 측면에서 문제점이 많이 있다. 본 연구에서는 HCI 관점에서 사용하기 쉬운 인터페이스를 디자인하는데 지켜야할 원칙들에 대해 알아보고, 이러한 원칙을 적용하여 이미지 정보를 제공하고 있는 공공기관의 웹 사이트 들을 평가한 후, 웹 사이트를 구축하거나 갱신할 때 고려하여야 할 최소한의 인터페이스 설계 가이드라인을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify Web accessibility issues of healthcare websites of the Korean government and public agencies by evaluating these websites' accessibility in accordance with the Korean Web Contents Accessibility Guideline. This study conducted both automated and expert testing to assess the accessibility of a total of 27 health-related websites. The results of the assessment which was conducted in two stages indicated that institutions such as the National Hospital and National Rehabilitation Center demonstrated almost no Web accessibility error. In addition, the Korea Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Health Services Agency, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency attained very high web accessibility. However, the results of an expert evaluation highlighted that there were considerable errors in providing appropriate alternative text, which was not found in the automated test, and the color contrast of the text content did not comply with Web accessibility standard. Therefore, these websites did not support web accessibility for the sight-impaired. Furthermore, the present study found that it was difficult to deliver accurate information to users due to errors in the default language display and markup, and also, issues of skipping repeated content, content linearization, and compliance with keyboard use were considered as challenges that might arise for people with sight, cognitive and mobility impairments with respect to Web accessibility. It is the first study that evaluated accessibility of healthcare websites of the Korean government and public agencies based on the Korean Web Contents Accessibility Guideline. The present study made a contribution to research on Web accessibility by conducting expert testing, which provided a more complete assessment that identified the degree and specific issues of accessibility errors when compared to automated testing.

최근 웹 정보의 증가와 웹의 효율적인 구축에 대한 요구가 많아짐에 따라 대화형 웹 페이지를 위한 웹 도구로서 Ajax를 이용하는 웹 어플리케이션들이 급격히 증가하고 있다. Ajax의 가장 큰 장점은 Refresh 기능을 이용하여 페이지 이동없이 고속으로 화면을 전환 가능하며, 서버 처리를 기다리지 않고 비동기 요청이 가능하다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 장점의 활용을 위해 Ajax의 기능을 이용한 웹 사이트 구축한 결과 보인다. 기존 Ajax 성능 평가 방법의 분석을 통해 Ajax의 성능 평가의 한계점 및 향후 연구를 위한 추가 고려사항들을 도출한다. 기존 성능 평가 연구에 대한 분석 결과는 향후 Ajax 성능 평가를 위한 기초 자료로 이용 가능하며, 또한 구축된 웹 사이트는 기존 성능 평가 바탕으로 보다 다양한 성능 평가를 위한 실헝 데이터로 활용될 수 있다.

웹 기반 프로젝트 학습의 유용성 및 그 효과에 대한 긍정적 연구 결과로 인하여 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 설계하고 구현하여 적용하려는 노력이 많이 시도되고 있다. 그러나, 기반 프로젝트 시스템의 평가 기준이 부족하며 이에 대한 평가가 제대로 이루어지지 않아 어떤 것이 양질의 웹기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템인지에 대한 정보를 얻기가 쉽지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 양질의 웹 기반 프로젝트를 선정하는 평가기준을 제시함으로써 효과적인 시스템을 구축하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템은 매체적으로 교육용사이트에 기반하고, 전략적으로 교육용 코스웨어의 범주에 포함할 수 있으므로, 교육용사이트 선정 기준 및 교육용 코스웨어의 선정 기준에 의거하여 평가기준을 교육전략적 차원, 운용적 차원, 매체적 차원의 세 차원으로 분류한 후 24개의 평가 요소와 24개이 평가 기준을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템의 평가 기준을 제공하여, 교수자, 교육관리자, 시스템 설계자, 학습자에게 효과적인 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 선정, 활용하는데 편리함을 제공할 수 있다는 것을 보였다.

웹 환경에서 사용자는 다른 어떠한 인터페이스 환경에서보다도 더 적극적이고 자유로운 인터랙션을 하고 있으며 따라서 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 사용자 인터페이스 환경을 고려하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 꾑 인터페이스 환경과 그 특징에 대해 살펴보고 현재 활용되고 있는 사용성 평가 기법들을 정리한 후, 이를 기반으로 웹에서의 사용자들의 다양한 반응과 양상을 효과적으로 시각화하고 분석/평가할 수 있는 도구를 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 시각화 도구를 한 인터넷 허브 사이트의 사용성 평가 과정에 적용해 보고 그 결과에 대해 논의함으로써 웹에서의 사용 감성의 시각화와 평가를 위한 실질적인 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

A website should be developed by considering web accessibility for being possible to access the Internet without any difficulties through the Web. In order to do this, after evaluating web accessibility with targeted 15 web sites based on KWCAG 1.0 which is a guideline of Korean type web contents accessibility and WCAG 2.0 which is a guideline of W3C's web serviceability by using KADO-WAH 2.0, this paper suggests improvements of web accessibility after deriving problems of web accessibility according to a web site type.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of e-service quality factors on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. This study also aims to examine the relationship between the variables of web site service quality variables (reliability, information, design, communication, entertainment, convenience), the customer satisfaction with web site, relationship intention and word of mouth intention. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. At the same time, it was found that customer satisfaction had an effect on relationship intention through the mediation of word of mouth intention indirectly as well as directly. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.

네이버, 야후 등의 각종 포털 사이트 및 신문, 잡지 등의 매체 사이트의 거의 모든 웹 페이지에 광고가 삽입되어 있다. 물론 구글과 같이 광고를 게재하지 않는 검색 사이트도 있기는 하지만 국내외에서 사용되는 거의 모든 포털 및 매체 사이트는 광고를 게재하여 웹 사이트의 각 페이지마다 표시하고 있다. 그러나, 유저가 어떤 정보를 검색한 후 해당 웹 페이지의 내용을 프린터로 출력할 경우 상기 웹 페이지에 삽입되어 표시되는 광고들도 같이 인쇄되는 문제가 있다. 다시 말해 실제로 유저는 검색 결과인 텍스트 정보와 그것에 관련된 이미지 정보만 인쇄되기를 원하는 경우가 대부분일 것이다. 본 논문에서는 실용트리즈의 6단계창의성을 적용하여 인터넷 웹 페이지 프린터 인쇄에 따른 광고 Filtering 방법을 설명하고 문제해결에 대한 기술적인 평가를 실시하고자 한다.
