업무 편의성 요구 증가와 웹 서비스의 발전으로 웹 기반 원격근무 업무 시스템이 증가하고 있는 반면, 웹 취약점의 확산과 개방형 환경으로 인해 잠재적 위협이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 위협에 적절히 대응하기 위해서는 개발 단계 전반에서 보안 요소를 고려하여 안전한 업무 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 업무 시스템이 요구하는 보안 수준에 부합하는 보안 목표를 설정하고, 요구 보안 수준을 충족할 수 있도록 전체 개발 프로세스 상의 보안 관리 활동을 정의한다. 또한, 신원 인증 및 접근제어, 세션 관리, 이벤트 로깅, 데이터 검증, 알려진 취약점 대응, 그리고 프라이버시 보호와 같은 보안 요소들을 분석하여 시스템의 안전한 구축 방법을 제시한다.

Recently, information technology are rapidly diffused throughout the world. A new paradigm, 'telework' and 'distant education' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. In the computer and information communication technology areas related with web-based telework?distant education, the disabled expect vocational rehabilitation. Therefore nowadays, the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by web-based telework and distant education. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of web-based telework?distant education center to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

논문에서는 최근 인터넷 상에서 표준 공통 포맷으로 대두되는 XML을 이용하여 웹 기반의 역사자료의 데이터베이스 검색 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 원격 교육 시스템의 참조문헌 지원 시스템을 설계하였다. 컴퓨터 상에서 고문헌 자료 주로 한자를 입력하고 검색할 수 있는 환경이 점차 나아지고 있다고는 하지만, 여전히 원전사료의 한자를 일반적인 환경에서 자유롭게 구현하는 일은 결코 용이하지 않다. 종래의 연구자들은 텍스트 별로 수작업으로 작성한 색인류를 이용하여 연구를 해왔다. 그러나 이러한 색인 이용방법에는 문제가 있다. 색인어로 삼고자 하는 단어를 텍스트에서 추출하는 과정에서 누락되는 경우가 있기 때문이다. 전산화된 데이터는 이른바 '발견적 이용'이라는 관점에서 활용될 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 이론적, 실무적 선행연구들에 대한 검토를 토대로 통합적인 정보격차 요인모형을 제시하고 정보격차 요인모형에서 도출된 변수들과 기존정책들을 중심으로 표적집단심층면접법(Focus Group Interview, FGI)를 이용하여 정보취약계층인 장애인, 노인층, 저소득층을 대상으로 정보활용기회를 확대하기 위한 방안들을 실증적으로 도출하였으며 또한 기존 정책에 대한 만족도 및 효과성을 측정하였다. FGI 조사결과 취약계층별로 차별화된 정책적 요구사항이 도출되었으며, 통합적으로 정보접근, 정보이용, 정보활용을 지원할 수 있는 통합적 지원체계가 가장 절실한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 취약계층별 개별 대상자의 개별적인 정보화수준 및 요구사항을 반영하기 위하여 개별 인적자원에 대한 통합관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 정보접근정책 및 정보이용지원정책, 정보활용지원정책별로 포괄적인 만족도 조사를 실시한 결과 공히 만족도 수준이 보통이하인 것으로 나타나 개별 정책에 대한 지원전략의 수정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
