본 논문은 기존의 방송교육이 지니고 있는 정지성, 획일성, 일방통신성, 순간성 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 하나의 방안으로 디지털도서관기술을 기반으로 한 방송교육정보 인프라 구축 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 방송사가 디지털도서관을 설립하여 자사의 방송교육정보 인프라를 구축하고 이를 통합할 수 있는 $\ulcorner$통합 가상방송교육센타$\lrcorner$를 인터넷상에 설립하여 통합 탐색이 가능한 인터페이스를 제공한다면 방송교육의 목적을 배가할 수 있다. 디지털도서관기술을 기반으로 한 방송 교육정보 인프라 구축 방안을 방송교육프로그램의 정보적 속성을 분석한 DB 프로그램의 설계, 멀티미디어기술을 기반으로 하여 서지정보와 본문정보가 상호 연동된 DB의 구축과 인터넷 웹서비스 기술에 의하여 서비스가 가능하도록 설계하는 것이다.

Smart farming education service focuses on the dissemination of farming information that is the farming knowledge, farming skill, and farmer's experiences and knowhow, etc. This farming information is supposed from current activities, farming product and from the experience of farmer on the field. If the information is not available, or if available and not in a form that is amenable to being brought to the end producer then the process stalls at this point. The core component of the automation process for smart farming education service is the creation of a data store which will be a repository for the information of the smart farming education. The farming sector will benefit immensely from the implementation of farming data in farming contents repository which will serve as the knowledge base for the smart farming education service.

The purpose of this study is to propose some strategic directions which can promote the government libraries to provide the most effective and efficient information services. The study analyzes user opinion and demand in terms of the Web-based Information Services. For the analysis, the questionnaires were distributed to the 300 users in 18 government libraries. In the results, the study finds that the government libraries with homepage need to advertise homepage service. to provide the training programs, and to improve the system utility for better valuable homepage services. The government libraries without homepage, first of all, must construct their own homepage reflected in the users demand requiring the powerful retrieval ability, the diversity of contents, the high properness of information services.

막대한 비용을 들여 모든 건설공사에서 시행하는 지반조사의 결과물을 현재는 종이문서 형태로 각 관리주체가 개별적으로 보관하고 있어 재활용과 공유가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이를 데이터베이스화하여 웹을 통해 서비스함으로써 효과적인 저장과 활용을 유도할 수 있다. 그 일환으로 현재 웹 기반의 지반정보 통합 D/B 시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있다. 현재는 지방국토관리청이나 공사현장과 같이 지반정보가 발생하는 기관 및 현장을 직접 방문하여 지반조사 결과물을 수집한 후 이를 전산화와 검수를 실시해 시스템에 반영을 하는 방식으로 지반정보를 데이터베이스화하고 있지만, 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되고 수집에 한계가 있어 이를 개선하기 위한 자동화시스템의 도입이 검토되고 있다. 지반정보의 수집, 전산화, 검수, 웹서비스의 일련 과정을 보다 자동화시키고, 효과적이며, 수집범위를 획기적으로 넓힐 수 있는 방안으로 웹 기반의 입력자동화 시스템 도입, 지반정보 관리 주체의 직접 입력 지침 마련, 입력 실무자에 대한 권한 부여와 사용자 교육 등에 대한 전략을 본 연구를 통해 모색해 보았다.

시각장애인의 웹 접근성에 대한 문제점을 분석하고, 이 요인을 근거로 시각장애인을 위한 웹 서비스 환경을 실제적으로 향상시키고자 한다. 특히 시각장애인들의 웹 기반 학습환경의 핵심적 요소인 사전검색서비스를 위한 시스템모델을 제안하고 그 구현방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

웹이 일상생활에서 널리 활용되고 웹 어플리케이션이 종래에 오프라인에서 이루어졌던 다양한 분야를 대신하면서 웹 어플리케이션에 접속하는 사용자가 급속히 증가되었다. 사용자의 급속한 증가는 다시금 웹 어플리케이션을 3-Tier 구조로 구성하여 안정적인 서비스 제공의 기반을 마련하게 만들었다. 그리고 개발된 3-Tier 웹 어플리케이션이 실질적으로 다수의 사용자에게 안정된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는지에 대한 테스트가 널리 수행되고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에서 이 논문은 3-Tier 웹 어플리케이션 테스트 수행 시 고려해야 할 요소들을 분석하고 3-Tier 웹 어플리케이션의 효율적인 성능 테스트 방안을 제시한다.

E-learning is the application of e-business technology and services to teaching and learning. It use of new multimedia technologies and Internet to improved the quality of learning by facilitating access to remote resources and services. In this paper, we show a web-based test system, which is carefully designed and implemented based on the real TOEFL CBT. The system consists of a contents delivery mechanism, computer-adaptive test algorithm, and review engine. In this papepr, we describe design and implementing issues of web-based test systems.

본 연구에서는 현대에 빠르게 성장하고 있는 인터넷 사용자들과 홈페이지를 이용한 각종 정보의 활용 및 정보 통신망을 이용한 멀티미디어를 기반으로 한 서비스 산업화의 활성화 실현으로 인해 변화되고 있는 교육분야에 대응하여 한자를 배우고자 하는 학습자들에게 원격지에서 멀티미디어 요소를 웹 기반으로 하는 Edutainment식 한자학습을 구현하여 한자를 즐겁고 재미있게 학습할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

As the subjects of education has been changed from the instructors to learners, a web-based self-directed learning which can accelerate the initiative of learners and can be free from the restriction of time and space has been received attention. In this paper, the web-based self-directed learning system was designed. For the design, to make the learners build their own lecture plan, the service was designed to provide three kinds of lectures of video clip, slide lecture, and e-text lecture that were focused on various lecture contents. In addition, a learner and an assistant was man to man matched to enable the on-line mentoring for mutual communication between learners and assistants. Implementation was carried out by three sets of module - Manager, Learner and Assistant - that were applied to the real educational activities. The survey on satisfaction for the education, efficiency of ability improvement, and educational intelligibility for the attendants on the education showed more than 67.2% of satisfaction in satisfaction for the education. Furthermore, more than 86.9% of attendants replied that their ability were improved after the education of this system. The educational system realized in this paper shows effectiveness for the self-directed learning.
