정보기술의 발달에 따라 교육분야의 변화는 교수자 중심에서 배우는 학습자 중심으로 전환되어 가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 변화하는 사업환경의 요소들 중 기업교육에서 웹 기반온라인교육에 대한효과를 조사 하고자하였다. 또한 웹 기반교육의 수강생, 교육환경 요소, 학습자료와의 상호작용을 통한 교육의 영향을 파악하려고 한다. 본 연구결과는 강의의 구성내용과 기술적인 지원은 수강생에 따라 교육실현 정도와 연구 성취도에 영향을 미치고, 강의의 구성을 통하여 교육의 만족도와 효과에 대하여 빠른 학습 능력을 발휘하고, 수강생이 온라인 교육에 대하여 긍정적인 태도를 가진다면 교육효과에 긍정적인 영향을 발휘하고, 수업의 만족도에 대해서도 긍정적인 영향을 발휘한다는 것을 알았다.

In this study, we develope a WBI(Web Base Instruction) program to do the student oriented learning using WWW and analyze the result. The 127 students who took part in the experiment were divided into two groups, an experimental group of 85 subjects and a comparative group of 42 subjects. This experiment was performed for four periods, and a formative test was conducted to measure achievement for two groups. The average and the standard deviation of scores for the experimental group are 84.9 and 16.82 respectively, and the comparative group 77.5 and 14.39. Experimental results shows that the academic achievement for the experimental group is more significant than that of the comparative group at the 0.0024(P$\le$0.05)of the result "t-test" under the 91~95$\%$ confidence interval of the level of significance. This fact says that practicing the WBI programming has an effect on the improvement of the students' academic achievement.hievement.

In this paper, We designed and implemented a web based PBL system for ICT training. We surveyed special qualities and a learning model which have been researched for web based PBL system. According to the result of preceding research, we designed a web based PBL system consisted of teaming guidance, learning subject, collaboration learning, loaming result, help center, bulletin board. Also, We applied the web based PBL system to beginner. According to the result of this application, it was found that the students had more interest in learning and utilization of the system when using the web based PBL system. And the web based PBL system was very useful in setting up a problem-solving plan and a ICT learning plan.

The purpose of this paper is to examine student's perspective on java applets used in web-based online courseware. undergraduate The subject of study was 94 undergraduates and web-based online courseware for the study was made. A suvey was conducted using a questionnaire form right after the semester was over. The results of this study were as follows; 1. 61.7% of the students answered that java applets used in the web-based courseware was very interesting. 2. For the reason why the students had the feeling of liking on the java applets, 33％ of the students checked the item "due to the java applets' characteristics of repetition", and 30.9％ of the students checked the item "due to the concrete and dynamic explanation on the contents". 3. The majority of the students answered that the java applets helped their learning(71.3％), induced their academic motivation(67％), and felt interactivity while learning(73.4％). 4. 81.9% of the students felt that java applets was necessary and essential contents in the industrial education web-based online courseware.

The web based coursewares that are operating currently can not support individual studying capabilities appropriately. To solve this problem, this paper can provide individual students with a tool that makes contents of lessons to be organized according to study subjects, study objective, and study scope by students. And it is designed for study contents to be condensed into a courseware and be operated in a courseware. Also this method can continuously stimulate a study motivation by providing selective control system without a predefined linear study plan. And it also can have the contents of study coincide with their interests and needs. Therefore this method maximizes accomplishments for the study contents and satisfaction for way of study.

Web Based Instruction has its theoretical background in constructivism paradigm of education. According to social changes called information era and thanks to the sophisticated internet mechanism the constructivism in education has been dominant paradigm. In this paradigm information and knowledge are not merely given by a instructor facing the loaners. This system of instruction has n almost every field of discipline introduced. This article aims to examine how far WBI and constructivism are applicable for design education. Richard Branchia predicted that the learner oriented instruction method would become the dominant education system. He stressed an interactivity of the teacher and students. Upon this can the applicability of WBI for design education be affirmed. Furthermore, there is a dozen of successful cases like www.cyberartcenter.com) (www.digitalyeil.co.kr)', http://www.schooleweb.co.kr/, htp://www.startstudy.co.kr/among many others. This article suggests several ways to solve the problems web based design education faces, including the lesson should inevitably combine the outline and of online study.

As the usage of computer and internet is growing, ICT-based teaching is required in education. So far almost web-based coursewares are learner-based individual teaching. Current learning theories and learning model in WBI are too focusing on courseware or too general to apply in education directly. In this view, learning model with subject-specific search engine might be a solution. In this thesis, we developed systematic concept learning model, promoting traditional concept learning to suitable model in education field and also, we developed CEhunt(Computer Education Hunter), that is computer education search engine providing the teaching materials and supporting the design of teaching and effective concept learning environment to learners. Also, we verified that this model could have a positive effect in systematic concept forming process of learners for subject concerned.

기존의 인터넷과 컴퓨터 등의 발달로 교육현장에서도 많은 WBI (Web-Based Instruct ion)들이 개발되고 사용되고 있으나 교육사이트의 컨텐츠를 살펴보면 대부분이 행동주의 심리학에 근거를 둔 프로그램 형태를 벗어나지 못하고 있어서 학습자에게 의미있는 학습을 유발시키기 보다는 제시된 정보의 기계적 재생에 그치고 있다는 비판을 받고 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하는 대안으로는 학습자의 외형적이고 기계적인 면보다는 학습자의 인지활동을 강조하는 인지론적 접근이 필요하다고 본다. 인지심리학의 이러한 측면을 잘 반영하는 학습이론으로서 발견학습 이론을 들 수 있다. 발견학습을 적용시킨 모듈부분은 사용자의 편의에 따라 활용하지 않고 그래프의 탐색이 가능하도록 설계되므로 교사 개개인 수업의 형태에 따라 다양하게 적용할 수 있다. 따라서 온라인과 오프라인상의 모든 현장에서 교수-학습지도에 기절할 것이다.

90 년대 후반부터 웹 기반 수업(Web-based instruction)이라 하여 인터넷을 이용한 새로운 교육방법이 시도되었다. WBI에 필요한 각종 프로그래밍을 수작업으로 진행하여야 한다는 문제점을 극복하기 위해 개발된 학습운영체제(Learning Management System)가 개발되면서 인터넷을 통한 교육은 급속히 확산되고 있다. 무선 인터넷 기술까지 수용하는 개념인 소위 e-Learning 체제로 발전되면서 e-Learning의 수요는 급속히 증가하게 되었다. e-Learning 기술 표준 개발을 실질적으로 주도하는 기관들인 IEEE, AICC, IMS가 제안하는 개별 표준안들을 ADL에서 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)이라는 종합적인 표준안으로 수렴하게 되면서 SCORM을 기준으로 만든 다양한 컨텐츠가 개발되고있다.
