In the world of Web pages, there are oceans of documents in natural language texts and tables. To extract rules from Web pages and maintain consistency between them, we have developed the framework of XRML(extensible Rule Markup Language). XRML allows the identification of rules on Web pages and generates the identified rules automatically. For this purpose, we have designed the Rule Identification Markup Language (RIML) that is similar to the formal Rule Structure Markup Language (RSML), both as pares of XRML. RIML is designed to identify rules not only from texts, but also from tables on Web pages, and to transform to the formal rules in RSは syntax automatically. While designing RIML, we considered the features of sharing variables and values, omitted terms, and synonyms. Using these features, rules can be identified or changed once, automatically generating their corresponding RSML rules. We have conducted an experiment to evaluate the effect of the RIML approach with real world Web pages of Amazon.com, BamesandNoble.com, and Powells.com We found that $97.7\%$ of the rules can be detected on the Web pages, and the completeness of generated rule components is $88.5\%$. This is good proof that XRML can facilitate the extraction and maintenance of rules from Web pages while building expert systems in the Semantic Web environment.

In this paper, We have developed the Internet web browser for the blind and visually impaired person. The Internet Web browser system consists of personal computer connected to Internet, braille display, voice synthesis devices for character information, tactile display for the representation of web image and braille printer for web page printing. We convert character in the web page to braille and print it to braille display. The image in the web page is printed with tactile display actuated by solenoid. The blind can acess the Internet web site with this web browser system and understand the Internet information.

XML(eXtensible Markup Language, XML)은 인터넷에서의 자료 교환을 위해 고안된 언어이다. 본 논문에서는 XML의 개념을 발전시킨 확장형 규칙 표식 언어(extensible Rule Markup Language, XRML)를 제안하고 있다. XRML은 웹 페이지에 내재된 암묵적 규칙의 식별, 구조적인 규칙으로의 변환, 사람과 소프트웨어 에이전트간의 지식 공유를 가능하게 하며, 이를 통해 지식기반시스템(Knowledge Based System)과 지식관리시스템(Knowledge Management System)의 통합을 실현할 수 있는 새로운 언어가 될 것이다. 본 고에서는 XRML이 이상과 같은 능력을 갖기 위해 반드시 갖춰야 할 6가지 설계 기준과, 이들 기준을 반영한 XRML 구성 요소로서 RIML(Rule Identification Markup Language), RSML(Rule Structure Markup Language)과 RTML(Rule Triggering Markup Language)을 설계하였으며, 개별 요소들의 기능 및 특성과 함께 태그와 DTD(Document Type Definition)도 식별하였다. 나아가 전술한 구조를 기반으로 하여 XRML을 워크플로우 시스템상의 폼처리에 적용한 Form/XRML이라는 프로토타입 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 프로토타입의 개발을 통해, 지식기반시스템의 지식을 활용하는 RTML이 폼을 비롯한 다양한 응용시스템에 내재될 수 있으며, 웹 페이지의 암묵적 규칙과 지식기반시스템의 규칙이 일관성 있게 유지될 수 있음을 보여 주었다. 요컨대 본 연구는 XRML이 지능형 웹으로 발전하기 위한 새로운 도구이며, KBS와 US의 통합을 위한 중요한 도구임을 입증하였다는 점에서 큰 의의를 갖는다고 하겠다.

In this paper, we represented the HTML5 webpage in 3D space for the 3D stereoscopic display by using CSS3 stylesheet; browser-based declarative contents, and proposed CSS Stereo 3DTV Profile. First, we suggested various webpage separation methods for reconstructing webpages in the 3D space effectively. Next, we suggested 3D view volume setting method by using extended CSS3 modules. And then, pre-processor converts sample contents which is written extended CSS stylesheet into the present CSS stylesheet for displaying in the webkit based browser. For the resulting stereoscopic images, we developed a rendering engine emulator which is implemented in JavaScript for simple display in the web browser, which produced dual images from virtual left and right-eyed cameras. And we have checked the sample contents displayed on the 3DTV.

In this paper we proposed web-based educational multimedia contents development method using Web 3D technology and implemented web 3D contents for use at the education field. A implementation of contents is composed of modeling to specific entity in 3D shape, convert modeling data to enable data at web and include in webpage. A practical use of contents on this research can provide more advanced user experience and immersion.

In this paper, convert in RDF triple and a RDF document through RDF document converters and design metadata schema about a digital camcorder after use Wrapper technology, and acquiring commodity information of a HTML page about the digital camcorder which these papers are defined so as to be different by electronic commerce stores, and is expressed. Save in digital camcorder domain ontology storage that implemented to relational database to DCC knowledge base ontology as convert to OWL Web ontology based on designed metadata schema. Through compare with rdf and DCCKBO, mapping, and inference process, provide to buyers by DCC information of the store that had the commodity purchasing information which is the best, and proposed a dynamic Web ontology guessed to contents of the best commodity purchasing information, and to define domain ontology saved in DCCKBO.

근래에 눈부신 통신 장비의 발달은 무선환겅에서 인터넷 사용을 가능케 하였고, 또한 인터넷 사용자의 다양한 욕구 증가로 인해 무선 인터넷 서비스에 대한 기대도 급증하는 결과를 낳았다. 이를 위해 많은 통신사업자들이 연합하여 단체를 구성하고 무선 인터넷을 위한 프로토콜 표준을 제정하여 실용화하고 있다. 현재 WAP은 이들 프로토콜들을 대표하고 있고 결과로 많은 컨텐츠들이 WML로 제작되어 서비스되고 있다. 하지만 인터넷 상의 다수의 웹 페이지들은 이미 HTML을 사용하여 제작되었고 이는 WAP이 지원하지 않는 언어이므로 사용자를 위해 WAP 환경에 맞는 WML로 변환하는 과정이 필요하게 되었다. 이와 더불이 제공되는 서비스의 개발과 관리 목적으로 유선상에서도 이를 확인할 수 있는 사용자 에이전트가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 HTML 문서를 WML 문서로 변환하는 변환 플랫폼과 이를 유선상에서 확인하고 관리할 수 있는 사용자 에이전트에 대해 제안한다.

In order to present wireless Internet users with previously created HTML contents and applications, it is essential to research and develop the technology to efficiently convert HTML documents into documents and further provide a way to edit the WML documents. This paper describes the design and development of a WML converter and WML editor The WML converter can convert HTML pages in real time into WML documents that are suitable for the WAP environment. The WML editor enables creation and modification of WML documents in a WYSIWYG fashion. These tools enable the previous services based on HTML documents to be easily adapted to the wireless environment. The developed WML converter can be installed on a proxy server to support real time conversion of Web contents. It is superior to other converters in terms of the various image formats it supports and the improvements on the conversion of the link and frame tags. Users can continuously browse via links and also view frames. Automatic dividing of large WML documents into WML cards md user defined conversion rules are also supported. The WML editor is also integrated with the converter and provides an integrated WYSIWYG environment for creating, converting and publishing WML documents.

본 연구는 콘텐츠 배포를 위한 앱 제작에 있어 모바일앱 개발의 어려움을 극복하기 위한 저작도구에 관한 것이다. 카테고리 빌더란 콘텐츠의 특성과 수요자의 특성을 분석한 카테고리를 기반으로 모바일웹을 생성할 수 있는 도구이며, 하이브리드앱 생성기는 모바일웹 코드를 기반으로 네이티브 코드와 통합된 하이브리드 모바일앱을 생성하는 도구이다. 모바일앱 저작도구는 모바일앱의 분류에 맞게 사전에 카테고리를 빌드 후 제공된 카테고리를 기반으로 콘텐츠의 세부 내용을 수정하여 저장하고, 저장된 내용은 HTML5 표준에 맞는 모바일웹페이지로 생성된 후 하이브리드앱으로 변환한다. 제안된 모바일앱 저작도구는 모바일앱 개발의 생산성을 높여줄 수 있으며 다양한 사용자 요구에 효율적으로 대응할 수 있다.

A mobile device like ceil phone is the necessity of modern people, of ich con be easily connected to a wireless internet through such a mobile device. The demand for a wireless data communication is growing rapidly. However, agencies have not yet completed standardization of a markup language. Due to the development of the Mobile Device, agencies in this field have provided different data formats with each Mobile Device Platform. Traditionally, contents is hand-tailored to suit the target device. A key problem is that the characteristics and capabilities of the mobile device are too diverse to service the most suitable mobile contents. Because of these problems, the need for a re-usable document description language increases. In this paper, we defined Template file that is common data to service mobile devices. We proposed a method that could be an effective wireless web service though design and the implementation of the Call manager & the XSL Generator. In the methodology, when requesting a wireless internet service, a mobile device finds out markup language and a hardware specification of the mobile device through the Call Manager component supports. The XSL Generator component creates the XSL file dynamically that is the most suitable to a device. Finally, contents is serviced to each device by XSLT. It can generate a wireless page more easily by reusing the existing web contents through such course. Therefore, it can save the time and expense for generating a wireless page.
