2009년 4월부터 장애인 차별 금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률의 시행으로 공공기관의 웹 사이트에 대한 접근성 개선이 이슈화 되고 있다. 한국과학기술정보연구원에서 제공하고 있는 과학기술정보통합서비스(이하 NDSL) 서비스 역시 접근성 개선이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서 NDSL의 웹 접근성 개선을 위하여 접근성 준수 여부 평가 및 검색 서비스를 중요 서비스로 제공하는 NDSL의 특성을 고려한 접근성 개선 방안을 제시하여 다양한 계층과 환경의 사용자들의 사용편의를 제공하고자 한다.

최근의 웹 환경은 사용자의 적극적인 참여를 촉진시킴으로써 웹상에 대량의 데이터를 축적시키고, 무분별하계 넘쳐나는 데이터 속에서 사용자에게 선별된 정보를 제공하고자 하는 개인화 서비스를 발현하도록 하였다. 또한 개인 미디어 형태의 콘텐츠를 기반으로 한 사용자 중심의 서비스들의 증가와 더불어 사용자 개인 콘텐츠의 보호에 대한 요구도 증가되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자 개인 콘텐츠 보호에 개인화 기술을 적용한 개인화 서비스 시스템 선계를 제안한다. 웹 사이트 서버 시스템은 사용자 프로파일(User Profile)을 기반으로 규칙 기반 개인화 기술을 적용하여 사용자가 보호를 원하는 사용자 개인 콘텐츠를 예측, 소스 페이지를 암호화해 준다.

In this paper, we propose a new remote control and monitoring technique using web-service technology for URC robot. URC robot needs the architecture which can be applied all over the variety hardware and software platform for supporting the several interface with external world in the ubiquitous environment. In this paper, web-service technology is preferentially deliberated how to adopt into the embedded environment and the remote control and monitoring technology based on web-service technology for URC robot is designed and implemented as to support the interaction with agent programs. It has been carried out through simulating and implementing this technology into the target robot called NETTORO and proved its practical worth.

The present research aims to identify the issues that occurred when uploading stock photos to the internet-based stock image agencies and to develop technical solutions based on web service technologies. We identify the issues by examination of previous studies and stock photo uploading systems of major three agencies currently in service. As such, we develop web service technology by focusing on the following matters. First, we apply an automatic tag system to ensure convenience. Second, to ensure safety, we apply a technology that easily enables prevention of portrait rights violations and trademark infringements. We also prepare for measures against possible harmfulness. Third, to ensure completeness, we apply a method which resolves upload failure issues that frequently occurred in the past. In particular, the present research is significant as it applies an automatic image analysis system based on Google Cloud Vision API as the artificial intelligence-based image processing technology. In addition, we develop a web service program which improves user access by using SNS-type screen composition.

With development of mobile communications terminal and expansion of mobile Internet, a large number of users can use mobile web contents at anytime and anywhere and will demand service of greater contents. Due to such demand, many studies are being carried out on transcoding contents so that wired web contents can be used in mobile web. However, transcoding and creation of mobile web contents involve difficulties because specifications available from telecommunications companies and mobile terminals have not been standardized. Especially, in order for serving dynamic object of wired web page contents to dynamically change according to time or user, it is required not only to program scripts to suit each terminal, but also to transcode the resources used in advance. For solution to this problem, this study uses the hierarchy structure of DOM (document object model) to display structural characteristics of wired web page. In other words, this study proposes the following technique Wired web pages are analyzed and the results are established as data structure. Then, dynamic object is extracted and the domain is indexed so that, when serving mobile web page, information can be extracted at the indexed position to create mobile web contents for service on real-time basis.

최근 매우 빠른 속도로 축적되는 생물학적 데이터를 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기존 연구들은 단순하게 데이터를 수집하고 향후 연구에 활용하기 위한 데이터베이스 구축을 중심으로 진행됐다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 분자마커 등에 대한 데이터베이스의 구축으로 생성한 원천 정보에 대한 효과적인 검색 및 데이터 분석을 제공하기 위해, 고추 분자 마커분석을 위한 웹 서비스를 설계하고 구현한다. 고추 분자 마커 분석을 위한 웹 서비스는 웹 기반 사용자 인터페이스를 이용하여 고추분자 마커에 대해 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하며, 사용자에게 분석된 분자 마커에 대한 상세 정보를 제공한다.

Recently, the needs for the virtual reality service of multimedia contents on the web are increasing. The services are provided by the parameter value of attribute informations of the contents. The Conventional method for managing the parameters is storing the informations separately for the contents, in this method managing and implementing the system are to be costing job. In this paper, a virtual reality service based on meta data is proposed. For the storing and managing the parameter information, we use the free space of the JPEG images. And for testing the effectiveness of the proposed system, we implemented the prototype virtual reality service model.

In this paper, we propose an effective web service software platform for remote monitoring and control. We removed the servlet container for better web service performance so as to improve the gSOAP processing which is an essential element of web service implementation. Furthermore, we designed the web service server/client software platform which can be applied to robot or ubiquitous sensor applications. For validation of this study we tested it by manufacturing robot hardware for monitoring control which combined tanks and sensors on a LDS4000 engine board mounted with a PXA270 processor. The practical excellence and the efficiency of the result of this study was validated by the comparison of gSOAP message exchange load between the web service client application and the conventional remote monitoring control technique through a web server.

본고는 메타데이터를 이용하여 인터넷 정보자원에 대한 디렉토리 서비스를 제공하는 사례를 소개한 것으로서 '정보의 과학과 기술'49권1호(1999.1)에 실린 '메타데이터를 이용한 학술적 웹 디렉토리 서비스의 구축을 완역한 것이다. 최근 국내에서 추진되고 있는 인터넷상의 특정 분야 메타데이터 데이터베이스 구축에 참고가 될 것으로 사료된다.

방송 환경과 인터넷 환경이 융합되고 스마트 TV의 등장에 따라, 사용자는 복잡한 미디어 서비스 환경에 노출되었다. 이로 인해 사용자가 접하는 미디어 콘텐츠의 종류와 데이터의 양은 기하급수 적으로 증가 하고 있다. 웹과 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 정보기술은 모바일 전자 기술의 발달에 따라 데스크탑 이라는 공간적인 한계를 벗어나 유기적인 유비쿼터스 환경으로 변화하고 있으며, 정보 및 콘텐츠의 개념은 웹문서와 텍스트를 넘어서 UCC, 음악, 영화 등의 모바일 멀티미디어 콘텐츠들로까지 빠르게 확장되고 있다. 또한, N-스크린과 IPTV 서비스의 등장은 사용자로 하여금 장소와 시간에 관계없이 미디어를 취득할 수 있는 이득을 제공할 수 있으나 사용자가 선택은 더욱 힘들어 졌다. 방송 통신 융합 단말에서 콘텐츠에 대한 정보를 제공 받기 위해서는 TV-Anytime 인터페이스, MPEG Query Format 인터페이스, OPEN API 등이 사용 가능하다. TV-Anytime 인터페이스는 대용량 저장 장치를 갖는 방송 단말기에서 메타데이터를 제공 및 검색하기 위한 인터페이스를 제공하며, MPEG Query Format 인터페이스는 MPEG-7을 기반으로 하는 메타데이터를 검색하기 위한 인터페이스를 제공한다. 또한, OPEN API는 업체들을 중심으로 공개적으로 제공 되어지는 API로 개방과 참여를 목적으로 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자의 콘텐츠 사용 정보를 바탕으로 선호 정보를 생성하고, 이를 바탕으로 콘텐츠에 대해서 강화된 정보를 생성하기 위한 서비스를 설계 및 개발한다.
