This study aims to investigate the safety instrument to prepare the policy alternative for social web-board game which will be developed to base on social network in the future although social casino game is not available in Korea now. We reviewed several literature about responsible game system applied to especially U.S. New Jersey, responsible gambling system acted in the being advanced all countries. Game experts built up user protection model as previous work to prepare the law and policy which such a responsible game system will apply for current web-board gaem and future social casino game. As a result, this research revealed that standard of judgement which can identify four kind of addiction danger user group are raised. We expect to help this user protection alternative to provide the law and policy instrument for future social casino game and complement the problem of current web-board enforcement.

본 논문에서는 WWW상의 정보를 안전하게 전송하는 보안시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 현재 WWW상의 모든 정보는 보안서비스를 제공받지 못하는 평문의 형태로 이루어지기 때문에 제삼자가 중간에서 가로챌 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 SSL,S-HTTP 등과 같은 보안서비스가 발표 되었으나, SSL이나 S-HTTP는 WWW상에서 전송되는 모든 정보를 암호화의 대상으로 고려하기 때문에 정보의 전송 시 오버헤드가 크고 보안 서비스를 선택하여 제공하기 어렵다. 그러나 본 논문에서 제안하는 보안시스템은 웹브라우저의 확장 기법인 플러그-인 기법을 이용하여 필요한 부분에서만 정보를 암호화 하기 때문에 개발자의 의도에 따라 보안서비스를 선택하여 제공할 수 있고 암호화된 정보 전송시의 오버헤드를 줄일 수 있다.

The national accredited certificate is a user certificate issued based on the user's personal information, which has been identified in advance, and has become a universal authentication method used for most electronic financial transactions and user authentication. And it contributed a lot to the use of e-government and domestic service. However, due to the lack of web standards on how to use, it was inconvenient to install a separate plug-in, and efforts to improve it have been continued. In this paper, we attempt to solve the problem of certificate usage environment by presenting the certificate digital signature method using the extension of the FIDO2 (Fast Identity Online v2) client to authentication protocol (CTAP) specification.

The web-based technology allows anybody who has access to the Internet to get all kinds of information from the World Wide Web. It brings about issues regarding intellectual property and copyright threats. After content is downloaded, no further protection is provided on the content that has been accessed. DRM (Digital Right Management) technologies came out to ensure the protection of copyrighted content and information. In this paper, we propose architecture of license-based digital rights management system for protection of contents and principles' rights such as contents creators, providers, distributors, and uses in contents distribution value-chain over Internet. This system makes on-line processing of all value-chain from creator to purchaser possible, compared with existing DRM products only supporting only limited distribution between distributor and purchaser.

OSINT(Open Source Intelligence), rapidly increasing on the surface web in various forms, can also be used for criminal investigations by using profiling. This technique has become quite common in foreign investigative agencies such as the United States. On the other hand, in Korea, it is not used a lot, and there is a large deviation in the quantity and quality of information acquired according to the experience and knowledge level of investigator. Unlike Bazzell's most well-known model, we designed a Korean-style OSINT-based profiling technique that considers the Korean web environment and provides timeline information, focusing on the improved workflow. The database schema to improve the efficiency of profiling is also presented. Using this, we can obtain search results that guarantee a certain level of quantity and quality. And it can also be used as a standard training course. To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of criminal investigations using this technique, it is necessary to strengthen the legal basis and to introduce automation technologies.

The open market are expanding service quality which was used as rating scale in the field of marketing. In accordance with open market, they convert it to e-service quality and use it. Udo et al.[6] suggested web service quality combining e-SEVQUAL[2] and extended Information Success Model[7]. This study suggests four influence factors of e-service quality in the open market; website privacy and security, web site contents, web site convenience, and images of the open market companies. The study conducted survey on 301 college students and life long education center students in Busan. The study found that all four influence factors have positive effects on the web service quality and ultimately web service quality has beneficial effects on the satisfaction in open market users' information system.

The hacking accident is increasing repidly according to development of latest computer network and the method becomes various. Web-mail system is worthy of note as a next generation e-mail system for its mobility and easiness. But many web-mail system does not have any kind of security mechanism. Even if web-mail system provides security services, its degree of strength is too low. Using these web-mail systems, the e-mail is tabbed, modified or forged by attacker easily. To solve these problems, we design and implement secure web-mail system based on the international e-mail security standard S/MIME in this thesis. This secure web-mail system is composed of server system and client system The server system performs basic mail functions - sending/receiving the mails, storing the mails, and management of user information, etc. And the client system performs cryptographic functions - encryption/decryption of the mails, digital signing and validation, etc. Because client system performs cryptographic functions this secure web-mail system gives its reliability and safety, and provides end-to-end security between mail users. Also, this secure web-mail system increase system efficiency by minimize server load.

인터넷에 산재한 id와 개인정보들은 적절한 관리와 보호를 필요로 한다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스는 가입자의 id와 개인정보를 관리해 주는 서비스이다. 가입자는 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스에 가입해 id와 개인정보를 등록하면, 이 id로 한 번의 로그인 후 모든 가맹 웹 사이트를 이용할 수 있고, 개인정보의 활용에대한 통제도 할 수 있다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스가 도입되면 인터넷 이용이 편리해지고 id 도용을 크게줄이며, 개인정보 보호를 강화할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스의 개념과 현재 실시되고있는 서비스 동향, 관련 표준화 동향, 그리고 관련 기술 적용 사례를 소개한다. 또한 인터넷 ID 관리 분야의 연구 프로젝트를 살펴 본다.
