  • With the increasing popularization of the Internet and in the rapidly changing environment with uncertainty, corporations are faced by severe competition to survive. In the meantime, corporations have been quite interested in building and operating their Internet-based websites and invested much to them, since their deployment is emersing as a new means by much they can perform their marketing activity and comercial transaction. And then we investigated how these classified characteristics on website could influence on customer satisfaction and Relationship Commitment.

  • 최근 몇 년 동안 전자상거래는 새로운 비즈니스 환경으로 인식되어 급속하게 성장하고 있다. 온라인 상거래가 활성화 되면서 전자상거래를 위한 웹사이트도 많이 생겨나고 있지만, 사기, 개인 및 신용정보 노출, 개인의 사회적 신뢰도 저하 등 전자상거래 보안에 관련된 문제들이 전자상거래 시장의 활성화를 위협하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 전자상거래 발전에 있어 보안 문제의 해결이 가장 중요함을 인식하고 전자상거래 웹사이트에 대한 보안 평가 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전자상거래 보안과 관련한 다수의 보안 평가 항목을 선정하고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 사용하여 영역별 가중치를 산정한 모델을 설계한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 보안 평가 모델은 안전한 전자상거래 웹사이트 설계, 구축 및 운영에 필요한 보안 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있다.

  • The need for personalized web site design has been increased these days. Current approach for personalized web site design is easily applied to web site with their cost-effective feature, but is hard to provide a more refined personalized service due to its lack of accumulation of user data. In this study, the design recommender system is investigated as a more advanced method for web site design personalization. We provide an overview of current recommender systems, and then outlined a newly developed design recommender system, which employs collaborative filtering technique to provide tailored recommendation for users.

  • This study asesses the effectiveness of Korean Government web sits in providing equitable and appropriate access to government web sites was evaluated. Five information contents of services, fluent operation of services, feedback mechanism, easiness of access, and design. The result showed that there are several issues for the government to address in formulating effective policy for government web sites although most information services provided by Government web sites were highly appreciated by the researcher. This article provides an overview of information policy issues to the government web site designers and administrators.

  • As time gees by, the function and role of website become more important. Therefore, it is very critical to evaluate and improve continuously the website to the purpose. Many previous studies show that some website evaluation factors will influence the user satisfaction and revisit to the website. The website evaluation criteria from the previous studies related to the university library website evaluation were classified into five assessment criteria which are design, contents, user interface, reliability, and site management. In the results, some significant suggestions were found out. User satisfaction is seriously affected by user interface, and user's intention to revisit is influenced by contents and reliability, but there may not be a close connection between them. Besides, the evaluation method in this study may be applicable to the new website-improving approach of website administrators and researchers.

  • Attitude toward the advertising is widely used in studies of traditional mass media advertising. As internet marketing becomes more important, attitude toward the website will gain parallel status in evaluating effectiveness. And also, studies on relationship among attitude toward the website, attitude toward the advertising, attention to the commercial, attitude toward the brand, & purchase intention was needed. This study sets a hypothetical model about the relationship among attitude toward the website, attitude toward the advertising, attention to the commercial, attitude toward the brand, & purchase intention. And to testify this model, 10 hypotheses were set. The results of the analysis, all variables were related significantly.

  • This study aims to evaluate the usability for improving quality of Hoseo university digital library website. Compatibility of web browser and loading speed are analyzed in using Doctor HTML and Web Site Garage, and seven major attributes of website. that is navigation, functionality, user control language and contents. system and user feedback, consistency, architectural and visual clarify, are analyzed and evaluated in using online questionnaire method. Finally this paper was suggested some problems and improvements of that website mentioned above, and general guidelines of website construction based on usability in university digital library in korea.
