Web-based Assessment System is needed for Process-Oriented Evaluation to integrate instructions into evaluation frequently in Informatics Education, and considered usability for supporting teachers to test more conveniently. First of all, we analyzed usability of traditional Web-based Assessment System, and proposed PBA(Paper-Based Assessment) model by extracting usability features of paper-pencil assessment in off-line. The evaluation system based on the PBA model controls the whole processes of tests; before-test, under-test, after-test. Especially, the system readily can change the target class, and control access to the test page during each step. Thus we can get high credibility about the test results. Moreover, students can login to the paper easily by using their grade, class, number and name. Finally, we designed and implemented the Web-based Assessment System for Informatics education on the basis of PBA model; PAS(PBA-based Assessment System).

Recently, Linux operating system is used for web server environment, but to build web server applications need to be operated many related softwares, such as installing web server, web and database system integration and programming for script language. Most of schools in korea do not have computer specialist for building web server or cyber school. In this paper, we describe design and implementation of an automated building system(AnyBuilder) for cyber school. AnyBuilder build web-based cyber school system, just clicking a few of button and some commands. Especially, it has two phases to build cyber school, one is to generate empty web-based cyber school and the other is to upload contents of lecture.

Many web-based learning systems have been developed and used widely. But it is known that web-based courses have higher drop out rate. Prior studies in classroom-based courses have shown there is a high correlation between student satisfaction and retention. This paper examines the developed web based self-regulated learning system and analyze self-regulated learning factors. We have derived key factors and their relationship that affect student satisfaction in web-based learning. The key factors are Self-evaluating, Goal setting & Planning, Seeking information, Seeking social assistance and Reviewing records. We found the key factors will help retention in web-based learning.

Recently, the advent or WWW widely increased computer-mediated instruction and a majority of Web-based instruction lack interactive capabilities. In this study. we propose a adaptive Web-based courseware model with learner's motivates and design database tables in order to apply using button theory. Therefore, we design database tables which is diagnosed learner's status within each windows with contents for checking motivation to learn itself via Web-based cyber instruction.

전자도서관과 LOD 기술을 접목한 웹기반 교육 시스템의 연구는 몇 년 동안 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 특히, 멀티미디어 기술 및 컴퓨터 통신 기술 개발의 가속화 및 이을 응용한 컨텐츠 개발에 촉진제 역할을 하게된 웹의 탄생은 교수-학습 활동에서의 교육형태로 인식할 수 있는 전환점을 제공하게 되었고, 웹을 기반으로 한 교육(WBI: Web-Based Instruction)이라는 새로운 교수 모형이 제시되기에 이르렀다. 또한, 최근에 학습자의 요구에 맞는 코스웨어 주문이 증가되고 있는 추세이며 그에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템의 효율적이고 자동화된 교율 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되어 있다. 그러나 현재 연구되고 있는 많은 교육 시스템들은 학습자 성향에 맞는 코스를 적절히 서비스 해지 못할 뿐 아니라 지속적인 피드백과 학습자가 코스를 학습함에 있어서 취약한 부분을 재학습 할 수 있도록 도와주는 서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 학습 모니터링과 지속적인 학습평가에 의하여 개인 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하여 학습자에게 적합한 코스 스케쥴을 제공해 주는 코스 스케쥴링 멀티 에이전트를 제안하고자 한다.

In this paper, we analyze the course 'computer' on middle and high schools. and propose new organization of the course to enhance the ability of self-directed learning. We also develop a learning system for new organization, based on self-directed teaching and learning principles. The developed learning system makes students choose the topics according to their interest and advance learning by the schedule they set by themselves. To promote students' participation, the teacher also gives students various learning tasks. Through e-board and Q&A, we also accelerate mutual communication among teachers and students, to do teaching-learning activities vigorously.

컴퓨터와 인터넷이 보편화된 지금 학교현장에서는 효율적인 통계 분석이 가능하고, 공간적 시간적 제약을 극복한 웹 기반 교원능력개발평가 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재 웹 기반으로 이루어지고 있고 교원평가 시스템을 비교 분석하여 그 특징을 알아본 후 그 제한점을 극복하고 사용자의 사용성 향상을 위한 웹 기반 교원능력개발평가 시스템을 제안하고 설계한다. 본 논문에서 제안하고 설계한 교원능력개발평가 시스템의 사용성 향상 요소는 크게 세 가지이다. 첫 번째는 평가문항별 키워드를 레이어 방식으로 설명하여 평가자의 평가문항 이해를 돕는 것이다. 두 번째는 평가자를 위해 평가보조자료를 첨부하여 공정하고 객관적인 교원능력개발평가가 이루어지도록 하는 것이다. 세 번째는 통계 처리가 힘든 서술형 문항에 키워드별 분류 기능을 추가하여 교원의 자기 발전의 자료로 활용하도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 웹 기반 교원능력개발평가 시스템은 학교 교육의 질 향상 및 공교육에 대한 신뢰를 제고하는데 기여할 수 있다.

Fashion design education essentially requires not only a theoretical but also a practical process in which feedback comes through personal interactions between an instructor and a student. But the existing WBI system exemplifies its limitations by applying only a one-way Distance Education methodology that limit interactions based only on the theoretical texts. This study affirms that distance learning system is possible for the applied component of the fashion design curriculum as long as the specific needs of the particular program is taken into consideration and systematically applied. So it designed and applied an original web-based distance educational system specifically incorporating the needs of the fashion design curriculum Thus the results show that the enhanced distance education system is a tool that could be effectively utilized with the same degree of success as the traditional classroom as long as the traditional teaching component of direct interaction necessary to the fashion design program is incorporated.

The development of internet technology has brought many changes in education as well as in overall society and especially, web-based instructions have been rapidly increasing. Unlike the conventional education environment, many web-based instructions offer multimedia effects with text, graphics, sound, animation, video, and so on via internet. In addition, by using the hypermedia functionality, they help students to navigate anywhere they want to go. However, the web-based instructions have been evaluated by the same criteria as the conventional courses. This paper develops the course evaluation items for web-based instruction and compares the results of course evaluation for the web-based instructions and the conventional courses.

인터넷과 웹의 급속한 성장은 전반적으로 우리사회에 영향을 미쳤고 교육 분야도 예외는 아니다. 정보화 사회에 대응하는 교육의 효율성을 높이고자 교육개혁을 추진하고 있다. 7차 교육과정에서는 정보화 사회에 대처할 수 있는 능력함양을 위해 정보화교육의 중요성을 강조하고 있으며, 국가 차원의 교육정보화 사업달성을 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 초등학교에서는 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 정확한 교육과정과 교육내용이 제시되어있지 않고 재량활동의 일부분으로 컴퓨터교육을 실시함에 따라 마땅한 컴퓨터 교재와 학생들의 수준별 학습이 이루어지지 못하여 체계적인 컴퓨터교육이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 웹 기반 교수-학습을 활용하여 학습자 중심의 자기 주도적 학습을 하고 학습자에게 학습과정에 대한 자기 평가의 기회를 제공함으로써 학습에 대한 인식과 주도성을 증진시키고, 수준별 학습을 할 수 있는 올바른 패러다임을 모색하였다.
