In this paper, we propose a web page retrieval system based on the sensibility evaluation induced by the color combination of web pages. The realized system consist of two modules - the indexing module that automatically extracts and indexes the color information from the web page and the retrieval module that retrieves web pages based on the color combination when sensibility adjective is presented. Also, to verify the system usefulness, we analyzed the ranking of web pages retrieved by the system and by human subjects (non-expels and experts for color web page design) using two statistical methods of correlation and paired-t test. Results by non-experts showed the realized system was suitable for 10 sensibility adjectives among 18 sensibility adjectives, and results by experts showed that the realized system was suitable for 14 sensibility adjectives among 18 sensibility adjectives.

본 논문은 고객의 관리 및 서비스의 중요성이 강조되고 기존의 마케팅 방법들이 온라인을 기반으로 한 고객 마케팅으로 바뀌는 경향에 따라 고객의 만족도를 반영한 고객지원시스템을 제안한다. 고객의 제품사용 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 고객을 수준에 따라 분류하여 수준별 학습에 따른 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 비즈니스 퍼포먼스를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 전문가에 의해 검증된 지식을 각 항목의 제품평가 기준으로 설정하고 삼각퍼지 수에 의한 컨텐츠만족도 평가를 통해 고객 의사의 반영비율을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 고객중심의 지원시스템은 고객관리 및 서비스지원부문에 활용 쥘 수 있을 것이다.

This research suggests the method of standardizing terms for raising the effectiveness of information retrieval. Especially for web search, I propose the proper terms which they will use in retrieval by surveying and analysing the related terms about information retrieval interface. The proper terms will solve the equivocation for user increase the effectiveness. And I think the proposed terms will be used to standard data for designers who are construct the user interface systems.

In this study, the factors of reading readiness were investigated theoretically and the web-based measurement systems for reading readiness that were developed and operated by the experts or the commercial vendors were examined. On the basis of the results examined, the web-based comprehensive measurement system for reading readiness was proposed. It‘s expected that this study will give libraries with such systems a chance to evaluate their systems and will do much for libraries’ ability to plan their desired system.

In this paper, we present a new model of web-based reading education system. The existing web-based reading education system was effective to reinforce interactions of the learners and elevate their reading interests, but the usability of web-based system was extremely unsatisfied during the process of reading required for a long time because it placed importance on the guidance as a result of reading. This paper has divided reading education activities depending upon the times: before reading, during reading and after reading, etc. Web-based reading strategies, which can be actively used at each stage, have been developed to do interaction actively among teachers, students and their parents. Furthermore, application methods of the strategies have been presented depending upon teaching-learning type of Korean language subject, such as professional's cooperative learning and problem solving learning, etc to revitalize reading guidance of regular Korean language class time.

As web technology and educational environments are in rapid progress, web-based cooperative learning systems have gained a lot of interests. Recently some studies have attempted to combine a learning system and simple games that enable learners to actively participate and have high interests in learning. These studies are based on TGT model, a cooperative learning model using games, and mostly remain system design levels. A few implemented systems have many problems because they focus only on pure TGT model. To solve these problems, this paper builds a extended TGT model and a new web-based cooperative learning system using this new model. The extended part contains ideas such as expert learning from Jigsaw II model, improvement scores from STAD model and making game problems by learners. A system using pure TGT model and a suggested system are implemented and used by two classes of middle school students to evaluate our system. The experimental results show that our system outperforms the other system.

본 논문에서는 웹기반의 TOEIC 문법 문제 자동 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 웹에서 문서를 가져온 후, 문서의 각 문장이 데이터베이스에 저장된 문제 패턴에 일치하는 지를 검사하여 문제를 생성한다. 본 시스템을 통해서 생성되는 문법 문제를 영어 전문가를 통해서 검중한 결과, 대부분의 문제가 TOEIC 실전 문제로 사용하기에 충분한 것이었다. 우리의 조사에 의하면, TOEIC 문법 문제의 자동 생성에 관한 기존 연구는 거의 발표되고 있지 않다.

To follow in change and the development which circumference environment of education are quick even from scene of education students form the structure of knowledge themselves, the place where own lead studying of personal small group studying is emphasized, here upon specialist learning activity there is a wild possibility in the model which is suitable. But, studying of the learning paper was most center mainly the specialist learning activity of existing, it solves a learning problem at unit hour to, the hour was too insufficient to solve and it became plentifully at block time. But, this is to the curriculum operation and or the schedule operation it is when trying to consider the intensive degree of learning the elementary student, a problem point there is. It grasps the strong point and a weak point of specialist learning activity model of existing from the research which consequently, it sees and it applies more efficiently from web base study to establish the instructional strategy for, it composed the modules which strengthen the interaction of learning subject for. Also, unit macro learning and block time learning in order to do to become accomplished at web with studying problem, it will be able to solve inside unit hour in order, specialist teaching-learning system based on the web. It developed, after applied in the electrification S elementary school 5 grades which will reach the result, it analyzed.

AHP는 원래 단일 의사결정자의 분석도구로 개발된 다속성 의사결정기법이지만 복잡한 시스템에 대해서는 여러 전문가가 참여하는 집단의사결정에 많이 쓰인다. AHP를 집단의사결정에 이용하기 위해서는 첫째, 전문가들의 의견을 종합하는 방법론의 문제와 둘째, 신속하고 정확한 의견수립의 도구문제가 해결되어야한다. 이 논문에서는 전문가들이 제시한 비교행렬들로부터 하나의 중요도(combined priority)를 구하는 베이지안 방법을 정리하고, 이를 바탕으로 웹 기반에서 AHP의사결정에 대한 설문지를 작성하여 의견을 수립하고 분석할 수 있는 의사결정 시스템을 제시한다. 개발된 시스템의 구성 및 특성을 설명하고 가상의 의사결정 문제를 통하여 시스템의 기능과 사용방법 및 화면설계 등을 예시한다.

규칙기반의 상품추천시스템은 많은 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 활용되고 있지만 규칙을 추출할 수 있는 마케팅 전문가 확보와 방대한 양의 고객 데이터 처리의 어려움으로 유용한 규칙을 찾는 것이 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 규칙기반 상품추천시스템의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 방법으로 전역 최적화 기법의 하나인 유전자 알고리즘을 활용하여 고객정보를 토대로 추천 규칙을 도출할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 유전자 알고리즘에 기반한 추천 규칙들이 장착된 웹 기반의 개인화된 상품추천시스템의 프로토타입을 개발하고 이에 대한 실제 사용자들의 이용 만족도를 확인함으로써 본 연구에서 제안한 방법론의 유용성을 확인하고자 한다.
