웹 기반 가상교육의 보편화로 교육 현장에서도 많은 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 웹 기반 가상교육은 시간과 공간에 제약을 받지 않으나 학습자의 학습 활동과 학습 성실도를 파악하기가 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학습자의 학습행동을 트래킹함으로써 학습자에 대한 수업 성실도를 판단하여 피드백함으로써 학습의 효과를 높이는 목적으로 학습관리시스템을 구현하였다.

인터넷 및 다양한 정보기술의 발달로 언제 어디서나 원격으로 학습할 수 있는 사이버 교육이 널리 확산되고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 학습자지원의 한 방안으로 수업 중 학습자 모니터링을 통해 학생들의 참여를 유도하고 수업에 주의 집중할 수 있는 웹 기반 교육시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술한다. 이는 학습과정에 있어서 학습 성과의 양적인 측면, 질적인 측면을 측정하고 교사지침에 어긋난 학생들을 관리함으로써 가능하다. 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 학습자들이 수업의 집중력을 향상시키고 학업성취와 만족도를 높일 수 있는 지원을 받을 것으로 기대한다.

In a small-scale class, children gradually lose interests in studying and develop negative and passive attitudes in class activities due to the uniform education. Although many cooperative instruction WBI models are studied and designed, there has not been any research on cooperative instruction model appropriate for a small-scale class. In this study, instructors participate in classes, each in connection with other small-scale classes, and WWW based cooperative instruction model, WIEZ, which can affect students' learning attitude on long-term basis, was designed and embodied. Currently, WIEZ is being under experimental test in three schools at Kyung-nam where instructors design classes, and students divided into groups participate in classes in this system.

기존의 학습 시스템은 실시간이나 VOD로만 학습자에게 제공되어 불필요한 컨텐츠나 중복되는 부분이 있을 뿐만 아니라 화상 없이 음성만으로 수업이 진행되었다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 실시간 음성 강의 시스템은 기존의 수업 진행 방식에서 벗어나 실시간 수업과 상호간의 대화가 지원되는 양방향 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 시스템이다. 그리고 웹을 통하여 시간, 공간에 구애받지 않고 수시로 접속하여 사용자가 필요한 자료를 받아서 학습이 가능한 시스템이다.

이 연구는 학교 교사가 직접 System을 운영할 수 있도록 함으로써 학교교육과 방과후 교육을 연계시키고 현장 교육 중심의 사이버교육이 되도록 함을 목적으로 했다. 현재 많은 가정에 고속의 전용선이 설치됨으로써 각 가정에서도 ON-Line 교육에 쉽게 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 가상학교, 가상수업에 관한 기존 연구들은 주로 시스템의 설계에 치중하여, 이러한 시스템을 도입하려는 일선 학교에 구체적인 도움을 주지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구들이 제시하는 가상수업의 구성요소 중 공통적인 것을 선택하고 학교 현장에서 수학 교육을 담당하고 있는 교사가 직접 이 사이트를 실험적으로 운영하게 함으로써 실제교육 현장에서 사용 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 수업과 관련된 주제로 토론을 하거나, 학습자료 파일을 업로드 및 다운로드 할 수 있게 하고, 다른 지역의 개인이나 학급과 편리하게 의사소통을 할 수 있게 하고 개인 상담을 할 수 있는 메일기능을 활용하여 교수-학습을 용이하도록 하였다.

The purpose of this thesis is to design and implement an efficient Web- based Project Learning System(WPLS) in particular for the interactive of an elementary school children. The WPLS in this paper has four main parts ; user interface, learner module, administrator module and database. This system was implemented in accordance with the project themes solving learning processes. So the learner module consists of five steps ; project theme proposal, project plan, project execution, web-publishing, and project test. WPLS can improve student`s ICT using ability and academic achievement.

In this paper, We designed and implemented a web based PBL system for ICT training. We surveyed special qualities and a learning model which have been researched for web based PBL system. According to the result of preceding research, we designed a web based PBL system consisted of teaming guidance, learning subject, collaboration learning, loaming result, help center, bulletin board. Also, We applied the web based PBL system to beginner. According to the result of this application, it was found that the students had more interest in learning and utilization of the system when using the web based PBL system. And the web based PBL system was very useful in setting up a problem-solving plan and a ICT learning plan.

본 논문에서는 월드와이드웹에 기반한 학습자 중심의 통합 가상교육시스템 CyberClass를 설계하고 구현한 방법을 소개한다. 기존의 가상교육시스템은 학습자 중심의 상호작용 유형을 분석하여 이에 따른 적당한 상호작용 모델을 제시하지 않고 기능면에서의 사용도구 및 방법만을 제시함으로써 각 기능들이 자연스럽게 통합되지 못하였다. 따라서 전통적인 교육 방식인 강의실 수업에 참여한 학습자들이 가지는 현장감이나 친밀감에서 오는 커다란 교육적 이득을 제공하지 못하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 가상교육시스템 CyberClass는 학습자 중심의 상호작용유형을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 상호작용모델을 제시한다. 그리고 제시된 모델에 기반하여 학습자와 교수, 학습자와 학습자 나아가 학습자와 가상교육시스템간의 상호작용에 기반한 시스템을 설계하였다. 따라서 학습자의 상호작용 모델에 기반함으로써 학습 참여도나 학습 능률의 향상을 기대할 수 있다. CyberClass는 학습자 중심의 상호작용을 위해 비동기공유 기공과 동기고유 기능을 모두 지원한다. 이들의 공유 기능들은 유기적으로 결합하고 직관적인 학습자 인터페이스를 제공함으로써 학습자에게 기능의 다양성에 따른 학습의 부담을 줄이고 자연스런 학습과정이 유도되도록 하였다.

본 논문은 웹을 이용한 실시간 원격강의 시스템을 제안하여 기존의 원격교육 시스템이 가지고 잇는 상호작용의 문제점을 극복하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템을 사용하면 전통적인 교실에서의 수업과는 달리 공간과 거리에 구애받지 않고 웹 브라우저만을 이용해 강의에 참여할 수 있다. ActiveX기술을 사용하여 비디오/오디오와 같은 멀티미디어 기능과 참가자들의 동기화 된 브라우징(browsing)기능을 구현하였다.

To provide a guideline for the development of a web-based sport biomechanics class in undergraduate program, thirty web sites, searched via search engines in May 2002, were analyzed intensively. In terms of requirement of log-in, only one site of 30 sites required user name and password. Seventeen(57%) sites provided the lecture note, which had various file formats such as 59% if PDF, 29% of HTML, and 12% of PPT. Fourteen(47%) sites provided the assignment and grade information on web. Eleven(37%) sites provided various resource and links which were related in sports biomechanics. Only four(13%) sites provided discussion or online digitizing or kinematic analysis program. Based on above results, a guideline for the development of a virtual classroom for college level sport biomechanics. A web-based sport biomechanics class should be developed with consideration of several functions as follows; homepage design, lecture note, measurement of class attendance, collaborative research system, and web-based data collection and analysis software for biomechanics laboratory.
