대학 입시 업무에서 원서 접수방식에 있어서 원서 접수를 하기 위해 학교에 직접 방문하여 접수하거나 각 지역 접수 창구와 팩스를 통해 원서를 접수하는데 이를 유기적으로 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 인터넷 원서 접수 환경이 최근 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나, 각 대학의 입시 업무 성격, 특정 학과 선발 과정 등의 충분한 자료 검증이 수행되지 않은 인터넷 원서 접수는 수험생에게 혼란과 복잡성을 유발할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 수험생에게 소신 지원 및 안정 지원을 위해 적합한 학과를 추천하여 수험생들의 인터넷 원서 접수를 하는데, 충분한 자료를 통해 적합한 학과를 추천해주는 지능형 진학 상담 에이전트 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

개인용 PC를 뛰어 넘어 정보의 저장대상이 모바일 기기들로 서서히 이전하면서 M-Commerce의 이용이 확대되어가고 있다. 이러한 모바일 환경을 기반으로 하여 본 논문은 무선 이동 환경을 위해 적용 가능한 원서접수시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 모바일 원서 접수를 통해 기존의 오프라인의 여러 문제점과 비용, 입시시스템의 비효율성을 극복할 수 있는 방법중 한가지를 제시한다. 무선 이동 환경의 특징을 기대로 이어받은 이 시스템은 자신이 원하는 대학의 학과에 지원할 수 있으며, 또한 지원한 학과의 경쟁률을 수시로 확인 한 수 있음으로서, 경쟁력 있는 지원이 가능하도록 하고자 한다.

온라인 원서 접수는 기존의 오프라인에서 가지고 있던 대학 입시 지원시의 여러 가지 폐단과 이에 따른 사회적 비용 절감, 입시 지원의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해서 새로운 paradigm인 인터넷 정보망을 이용하여 온라인 상에서 수험생들과 대학 입시 관계자들이 안전하고, 편리하게 원서접수를 하는 모든 행위를 의미한다. 온라인 원서 접수는 각 대학에서 요구하는 형태에 맞게 이루어져 있어야 한다. 하지만 각 대학에서 요구하는 형태가 각각 다르기 때문에 여러 번 데이터를 수정해야 하는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 원서 공고 및 접수 등 모든 관련 데이터를 XML로 작성하기 때문에 데이터의 재활용성을 극대화 할 뿐만 아니라 모든 원서 접수 관련 데이터가 처음부터 XML로 만들어져 저장되기 때문에, 향후 어떠한 시스템의 변화에도 원본 데이터의 호환성이 보장될 수 있다.

현재 온라인 서비스에서 사용되는 원서접수 시스템은 공간의 제약 없이 이용하려는 사용자한테 서비스를 제공 못한다는 단점을 갖고 있다. 이러한 문제점으로 인하여 서서히 E-Commerce에서 M-Commerce로 변화되오 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 DBMS(Database Management System)를 이용하여 무선 원서접수 시스템을 개발했다. 이 시스템은 원서지원자가 공간의 제약 없이 서비스를 제공받을 수가 있고 또한, 동기화 시에만 서버와 접속하기 때문에 네트워크 비용을 절감 시켜준다.

Users who visit pages on a one-time for accepting applications will find it inconvenient to have CS-based systems that require separate installation. However, since JSP is compiled into servlets by JSP engine, no installation is required. In this paper, we have studied the process and the construction process of the self - application receiving system developed on the basis of JSP as the case of D university.

The Internet is widely used by general people and the use of Internet is spread to all industrial fields. Especially, cyber education fields have been changed a lot with the Internet application development. One of them is the field of consultation for university admission. As for the business of university admission, there were two ways applicants handed in their applications directly to school which they applied to and to each place to receive applications or sent them through FAX. Recently, highlighted is the Internet environment to receive the application for admission which integrated organically the two ways. In this thesis, I designed and implemented on-line admission consulting system using of multi-agent. The examines can apply for safely and according to their conviction by recommending the university course suitable for their academic aptitude and scores with test KSAT(Scholastic Aptitude Test Administered by the Korean Ministry) and a university grade report on students' record using intelligent multi-agents and through a university course recommending wizard in the process of choosing it.

In this paper, We are design & implement to the Web based a written Application system using the objected oriented language UML. This system has the many effect which are reusing and maintenance by the pattern definition of implementation steps. This research employs the intelligent survey agent and online application from to help people to locate the information they would want from Internet quickly. Corporate sectors and indivisuals are in need of valuable and relevant information to swiftly adapt to the Internet-driven business or educational environment. Based on Internet GUI environment, this user-friendly online survey and online application form program uses the agent of increasing the interest and participation of users. The system helps along with the decision making process by quickening the information gathering process.
