by A.C. Clairaut is the first geometry textbook based on the historico-genetic principle against the logico-deduction method of Euclid's This paper aims to recognize Clairaut's historico-genetic principle by inquiring into this book and to search for its applications to school mathematics. For this purpose, we induce the following five characteristics that result from his principle and give some suggestions for school geometry in relation to these characteristics respectively : 1. The appearance of geometry is due to the necessity. 2. He approaches to the geometry through solving real-world problems.- the application of mathematics 3. He adopts natural methods for beginners.-the harmony of intuition and logic 4. He makes beginners to grasp the principles. 5. The activity principle is embodied. In addition, we analyze the two useful propositions that may prove these characteristics properly.

Sagnac interferometer gyroscopes can be divided into three large generations using starting points of time or highlights of their research. As the first generational Sagnac interferometer, the ring laser gyroscopes have been studied since the 1960s by laser invention, and as the second generational Sagnac interferometer, the fiber optic gyroscopes have been studied since the 1970s by invention of optical fiber for communication. In the latter half of the 1990s, after having confirmed the wave theory of the atom, studies of atomic interferometers were started for a next generation gyroscope application. This paper discusses the operation principles, application, and future prospects of these three generations of Sagnac gyroscopes.

In order to grow students' rational and creative problem-solving ability which is one of the primary goals in mathematics education. students' proper understanding of mathematical concepts, principles, and rules must be backed up as its foundational basis. For the relevant teaching strategies. National Mathematics Curriculum advises that students should be allowed to discover and justify the concepts, principles, and rules by themselves not only through the concrete hands-on activities but also through inquiry-based activities based on the learning topics experienced from the diverse phenomena in their surroundings. Hereby, this paper, firstly, looks into both the meaning and the inductive reasoning process of mathematical principles and rules, secondly, suggest "learning through discovery teaching method" for the proper teaching of the mathematical principles and rules recommended by the National Curriculum, and, thirdly, examines the possible discovery-led teaching strategies using inductive methods with the related matters to be attended to.

tele는 그리스어로 '멀리', vision은 라틴어로‘본다’는 뜻이다. 1931년 미국에서 첫 시험방송이 시작되었고, 1937년에 영국의 BBC 방송국이 세계 최초로 흑백텔레비전 방송을 시작하였다. 한국은 1956년 5월 12일 세계에서 15번째로 TV전파를 발사하였다. 이러한 흑백텔레비전을 시작으로 예전과는 달리 요즘 가정에서는 대다수가 컬러텔레비전(color television)을 시청한다. 이번에는 몇 호에 걸쳐서 이러한 컬러텔레비전의 구조 및 원리 등에 대하여 알아볼까 한다. 먼저 발광의 원리, 방송의 구성, 수상기 및 튜너 등에 대하여 알아보고, 더 나아가 HDTV(High Definition Television : HDTV) 의 구조 및 원리에 대해서도 알아보도록 하겠다.

본 논문에서는 Li-air 배터리의 동작원리를 설명하고, 모델링을 위해 Li-air 배터리의 내부와 충전 및 방전 원리를 보여주고 SOC(State Of Charge) 추정을 위한 OCV(Open-circuit Voltage) 그래프의 분석과 회로도에 대해 설명 하였다. 더불어, 전류적산법의 원리를 적용하여 SOC 추정의 기준이 되는 값을 추출하였다.
