교량설계에 있어서는 교량의 기능과 안전성, 경제성 등 구조 광학적인 면을 고려하여 설계하게 되는데 최근에는 교량의 경관설계에 관해서도 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. 그러나, 국내에선 교량의 구조적인 측면에서의 연구는 활발하게 이루어지고 있으나 교량의 경관설계에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 교량의 구조 공학적인 판단과 경관 공학적인 판단에 의해서 교량 형식을 결정하는 방법과 선호도가 높은 현수교의 시점장을 분석하는데 있다. 교량형식을 결정하는 방법은 기초설계단계에서 Seen 경관을 고려하여 교량의 유형을 결정하고, 교량의 구조적인 정.동역학적 검토와 Seen경관.Sequence 경관 등을 고려하여 교종의 형식을 결정하게 되는 각 단계별 설계조건에 따른 교량설계 방법을 흐름도로 제시하였다. 또한, 현수교의 시점장의 범위를 정량적으로 나타내기 위해서 교량전체에 대한 시선입사각, 가까운 쪽의 주탑에 대한 시선입사각, 가까운 쪽 주탑의 외관 크기에 대한 연직시각, 교량전체가 시야에 들어올 수 있는 수평시각 등을 주시실험 자료와 Professional 현수교의 사진에 의한 구조형태의 비율 등을 측정하여 분석 교차한 결과 교량전체에 대한 시선입사각 $\alpha$=(15$\pm$7.5)$^{\circ}$, 가까운 쪽의 주탑에 대한 시선입사각 V=(30$\pm$7.5)$^{\circ}$, 가까운 쪽 주탑의 외관 크기에 대한 연직시각 18$^{\circ}$$\leq$$\delta$27$^{\circ}$, 교량전체가 시야에 들어올 수 있는 수평시각 $\theta$$\leq$60$^{\circ}$의 시점장을 얻을 수 있었다.

본 연구는 소형망원경 네트워크 구축과 활용을 위해 수행한 국내 천문대(천문과학관)에서 운용중인 주 망원경의 현황을 파악하고 망원경보유 기관의 종사자들이 소형망원 경네트워크 구축에 대한 관심을 알아보보는 설문조사 및 분석으로 구성되었다. 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 주망원경에 대한 제원, 사용하고 있는 관측기기, 원격관측 가능여부 및 향후 네트워크 참여 의향 여부 및 주망원경을 이용한 교육프로그램 등에 대한 15가지 설문내용을 국내 망원경보유기관에 설문의뢰해서 얻어진 결과들을 발표할 예정이다. 국내 소형망원경들을 공동 활용하여 연구 및 교육활동에 활발하게 사용하는데 기여하기 위한 방안의 일환으로 사용될것으로 판단된다.

The ignition of methane-oxygen mixtures highly diluted with argon was examined in the temperature range of 1516-1937 K behind a reflected shock wave. The ignition delay times were measured by monitoring pressure profiles and the total emissions at 5.0 cm from the end wall. It was found that the experimental result was correlated by the temperature and the concentrations of the gases. To complement the experiment, computer modeling study of methane oxidation was carried out using a GRI 1.2 mechanism.

2000년대에 들어오면서 우리나라에는 대전, 영월, 김해를 시작으로 많은 시민천문대가 생겨나면서 지방자치단체에서 건립한 시민천문대 외에도 다양한 형태로 시민들이 이용할 수 있는 천문대가 생겨났다. 현재 전국적으로 파악되는 공립, 사립 천문대의 수가 50개를 훨씬 넘으며, 이 가운데 약 절반은 지방자치단체에서 건립한 시민천문대이다. 그러나 이런 시대의 흐름에도 불구하고 인구 350만인 거대도시 부산에는 제대로 된 시민천문대가 아직 없는 실정이다. 수도권의 경우 서울시청을 기준으로 접근거리 150km이내의 시민천문대는 최소 15개가 넘으며, 사설 천문대 등을 합하면 이 수치의 2~3배에 달한다. 한국천문학회는 부산시민의 전폭적인 지원에 힘입어 2021년 제 31차 국제천문연맹총회(IAUGA 2021)를 부산으로 유치하는데 성공하였다. 부산시는 과학문화도시로서 시민의 과학대중화 사업, 특히 천문학 관련 교육과 홍보에 심혈을 기울여 왔으며, IAUGA2021의 부산 개최를 맞이하여 세계적인 과학도시로 성장할 계기를 마련하게 되었다. 21세계 우주시대를 살아가는 선진 시민으로서 350만 부산 시민의 우주에 대한 호기심을 충족시켜주며 청소년에게 현대적인 우주관을 교육할 수 있는 시민천문대의 건립을 제안한다. 구경 1m 급 주망원경을 갖춘 천문돔, 다수의 보조망원경을 갖춘 관측실, 천체투영관, 강의동 등으로 구성될 부산 시민천문대는 부산뿐만 아니라 과학문화가 상대적으로 낙후된 동남권 지역의 천문학 교육을 위한 중추적인 과학문화시설이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The ionic character of antibiotics and suitable pH values for their extraction can simultaneously be determined by pH-chromatography. The authors utilized the analytical procedure in determining the ionic character of several antibiotics, followed by microbiological Rf determination. The folowing conclusions were made: (1) Antibiotics analyzed can be devided into four groups according to their ionic chracter, that is acidic, basic, neutral, and amphoteric compounds. (2) Penicillin and aureomycin are proved to be acidic, streptomycin to be basic, polymyxin-B to be neutral, and finally both chloromycetin and erythromycin to be amphoteric. The results on their ionic character with regard to their molecular structure were briefly discussed.

The present study purposed to examine the possibility of developing historicity inherent in places into tourism resources from the view that the history and location of historical cities have the nature of cultural contents. Previous researches on tourism have been focused on tourist facilities, the development of tourist attractions, economic effects, cultural policies, etc. However, the present study makes a cultural approach to historical cities to explore the meaning of places formed through history and the historicity of places, assuming that the temporal and spatial characteristics of Hanseong-bu can be developed into tourism resources. Major places of Hanseong-bu are classified according to their functions and cultural meanings, and these factors are associated with the geographical structure of the area. By landform and cultural characteristics during the Chosun Dynasty, Hanseong-bu is divided into the central part, the boundary area, and the outskirts. In addition, different elements, which can be developed into tourism resources, are found according to the landscape of Hanseong-bu, the character as a dynastic city, the environs inside the wall, and differences among localities reflecting pre-modem lifestyle.
