As the society evolves into information age, new teaching and learning methods are proposed. In this paper, we design and implement an on-line quiz program for the formative evaluation of Distance Computer Education. The computer studies include many difficult concepts and those are hard to learn and the distance learning has the advantage of overcoming time and spatial limitations but it needs learner's strong motivations to study. Also, the formative evaluation may guide teachers and learners to studying course and it is necessary to prevent both users from too much load. Therefore, presenting quiz and solving it may be a better way for the formative evaluation and we design and implement a Quiz Program for the formative evaluation of Distance Computer Education. We believe that our program will improve motivation of students in Distance Computer Education

Distance learning (DL) has become a major issue in the educational field with the spread of COVID-19. In order to enhance the satisfaction of DL learners, efforts to cultivate learners' competencies, as well as investment to build IT infrastructure, and activities to support high-quality content provision should be comprehensively considered. Based on a survey of 221 college students, this study verified that digital literacy (knowledge, skill, and mind) and information systems success factors (system, information, and service quality) all positively affect DL satisfaction, in turn, which positively influences on DL continuance. This study is meaningful in that it comprehensively considered learner's ability and IT infrastructure and analyzed the effect on the satisfaction and intention of continuous use of DL. In the future, it is necessary to expand the target of not only college students but also elementary and secondary students and instructors, and to further consider interaction, which is a major factor in the distance learning process.

인터넷의 급속한 보급과 사용자의 증가로 인터넷 서비스의 하나인 웹 중요성이 크게 대두되고, 이 흐름의 일환으로 여러 종류의 컴퓨터 응용이 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 이러한 주류 중에 한 흐름인 원격강의시스템은 미래 학습장을 발전시킬 수 있다는 점에 주안점을 두고 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있는 분야이다. 원격강의시스템은 장소에 크게 구애받지 않고 교수자의 강의를 학습자가 같은 시간에 바로 학습한 수 있는 실시간 서비스와 교수자가 미리 강의한 내용을 학습자가 원하는 시간에 원하는 장소에서 학습할 수 있는 비 실시간 서비스로 나눌 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 강의 컨텐츠 저작툴인 강의 녹화기와 저작된 강의컨텐츠를 웹 상에서 시공간에 구애받지 않고 학습 할 수 있도록 하는 클라이언트로 구성된 WMT를 이용한 웩 기반의 비 실시간 원격강의 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

This study purpose to empirically investigated the effects of Learning Presence perceived by university students at general universities who took Remote Classification in the first semester of 2020 on Learning Outcomes and the mediating effects of Learning Immersion. A total of 293 students were surveyed by conducting an online survey for about a month from Sep. 15, 2020, targeting college students attending general universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The results of the study are as follows: First, Learning Presence had an effect on Learning Immersion and Learning Outcomes, and Learning Immersion had an effect on Learning Outcomes. Second, Learning Immersion had a mediating effect on the relationship between Learning Presence and Learning Outcomes. This study is meaningful in that it verified the relationship between Learning Presence, Learning Outcomes, and Learning Immersion perceived by college students who took Remote Classification in COVID19 response dimension.

In this paper, we present the design and implementation of a web-based distance learning system supporting the collaborative browsing. Our system consists of an education affair management system, a video conferencing server/client, a white-board server/client, a session manager and a web browser sharing system. Among other things, our collaborative web browser is unique and not found in any other system. The web browser shows synchronously the same web pages as the lecturer moves through them. Therefore, it allows the student to feel real-time surfing gust as the lecturer would. The session manager supports multi-user and multi-group, and integrates various synchronous collaborative component into one distance learning system by providing the same session data and information of users in a session group. Our collaborative browsing system can increase the efficiency of distance learning and provides the effect of learning in the same classroom by supporting various synchronous functionalities, such as collaborative browsing.

In this paper, from the pervious studies investigating the current status of distance learning due to COVID-19, the needs of teachers for effective distance learning were analyzed. As a result, it was found that support related to distance learning contents was necessary. Specifically, it is necessary to establish a platform specialized for content production for distance learning, expand teacher training related to content production and operation, and improve the copyright system related to content production. In addition, since distance classes differ from those of back-to-school classes in system and characteristics, it is necessary to supplement the institutional aspects for distance classes. It is judged that it is necessary to support the evaluation method suitable for distance learning, the authority to operate the curriculum, and the learning management system. In addition, it was analyzed that it is necessary to expand the infrastructure for distance learning, and a structure and platform for self-directed improvement programs and self-directed distance learning are needed to prevent the learning gap problem from repeating due to distance learning.

본 논문은 비구조적인 자연어 문장으로부터 두 개체 사이의 관계를 표현하는 구조적인 트리플을 밝히는 관계추출에 관한 연구를 기술한다. 사람이 직접 언어적 분석을 통해 트리플이 표현되는 형식을 입력하여 관계를 추출하는 규칙 기반 접근법에 비해 기계가 데이터로부터 표현 형식을 학습하는 기계학습 기반 접근법은 더 다양한 표현 형식을 확보할 수 있다. 기계학습을 이용하려면 모델을 훈련하기 위한 학습 데이터가 필요한데 학습 데이터가 수집되는 방식에 따라 지도 학습, 원격지도 학습 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 지도 학습은 사람이 학습 데이터를 만들어야하므로 사람의 노력이 많이 필요한 단점이 있지만 양질의 데이터를 사용하는 만큼 고성능의 관계추출 모델을 만들기 용이하다. 원격지도 학습은 사람의 노력을 필요로 하지 않고 학습 데이터를 만들 수 있지만 데이터의 질이 떨어지는 만큼 높은 관계추출 모델의 성능을 기대하기 어렵다. 본 연구는 기계학습을 통해 관계추출 모델을 훈련하는데 있어 지도 학습과 원격지도 학습이 가지는 단점을 서로 보완하여 타협점을 제시하는 학습 방법을 제안한다.

원격강의 방식은 일반 면대면 수업 방식과 비교할 때 교수자와 학습자의 실시간 질의응답이 잘 이루어지지 않는 점과 학습자의 흥미도와 집중도를 높이기 어려운 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 일부 웹사이트에서는 메신저 등을 사용하기도 하지만, 키보드에 익숙하지 않은 학습자는 학습 도중에 키보드를 통해 질문을 하는데 많은 어려움을 겪을 수 있다. 그러나, 실시간 음성과 화상통신(H.323)과 SIP을 사용하면 교수자와 학습자간에 또는 학습자와 학습자들 간의 질의응답을 보다 편리하게 처리한 수 있고 공동체 활동을 활성화 할 수 있다.

인터넷이 급속히 확산되면서 인터넷을 이용한 원격학습 시스템의 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 원격학습 서비스를 인터넷을 통해 받을 수 있도록 원격 CAI(Computer Assistant Instruction) 기술과 자바(Java) 기술을 이용하여 웹 브라우저상에서 코스웨어(Courseware) 및 문자강의 그리고 원격 OHP를 설계 및 구현하였다. 코스웨어는 오소웨어(Authorware)로 구축하였으며, 문자강의 및 원격 OHP의 서버/클라이언트 프로그램은 자바로 설계 및 구현하였다.
