의료기관의 정보화 수준이 높아짐에 따라 권한 없는 자의 정보 접근 및 유출, 진료정보 및 개인정보의 손실이나 파손, 환자 안전에 대한 위협 등 여러 가지 정보보호 리스크 요인이 대두되고 있다. 의료기관이 취급하고 있는 의료정보는 환자 개인을 식별할 수 있는 개인정보뿐만 아니라 개인의 사생활보호 차원에서 신중하게 취급해야 하는 매우 민감한 진료 정보를 포함하고 있으므로 정보보호의 중요성이 매우 크다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 개인의료정보를 컴퓨터와 네트워크를 통해 처리하는 의료기관의 정보보호 수준 제고가 매우 중요하고 시급한 과제로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 의료기관 정보화의 진전과 원격의료/재택의료의 발전, 국가보건의료정보 인프라 구축, e-Health 및 유비쿼터스 건강관리 시대의 도래 등과 같은 중대한 의료정보 패러다임의 변화 속에서 정보보호의 이슈와 해결방안을 모색해 보았으며, 의료정보보호 수준제고를 위한 정책방향을 제시하였다. 개별 의료기관뿐만 아니라 국가 차원의 의료정보 인프라 구축 사업 추진 시에도 본 연구에서 제안한 의료정보 보호 수준제고 방안이 적용되어 정보화의 효율성과 정보보호가 균형을 이룰 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 코로나 19가 장기화하면서, 비대면서비스로 대체되고 있는 한편, 의료분야에도 서비스 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 특히, 국내의 법 제도적으로 묶여 있는 원격 의료서비스의 적용이 가능하고 상급종합병원에서는 비대면 진료서비스를 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비대면 원격판독시스템은 모바일 의료영상진단기기를 기반으로 의료사각지대에 있는 환자들의 영상촬영과 이에 대한 판독 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이다. 제안한 시스템은 의료환경에 적용하기 위해 환자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 원격으로 환자의 영상 데이터를 판독하기 위한 시스템과 그 처리 과정을 보인다. 그리고 끝으로 구축된 시스템의 수행 결과를 보인다.

It has been reported that cerebral disease is the most leading to death as a single disease even though next to cancer in the most important cause of death in the country. Even if patients maintain a life without death, it will have to suffer from side effects such as hemiplegia and language disorders. In this paper, the symptoms and treatment of cerebral infarction cases are described through the medical dramas (The Third Hospital, The Brain) and movie (Amur). Even if there is the same stroke each drama or movie, depending on the previous history or current physical condition of the patient knew which treatment the law is different.

With the development of recent IT is spreading and dissemination of smart terminals, telemedicine and electronic medical records (EMR) and other common anywhere due to medical advances are being digitized environment. This trend is in line with the information to take advantage of smart terminals in the mobile medical information system increasing. In this paper, the recent trend to examine healthcare information technology standardization, predicting the future prospects look healthcare information systems. In addition, the security of mobile medical information system, to look at aspects of mobile-based health information systems in the country's need to discuss the trends and standards.

Our society is currently exposed to environment of various information that is exchanged real time through networks. Especially regarding medical policy, the government rushes to practice remote medical treatment to improve the quality of medical services for citizens. The remote medical practice requires establishment of medical information based on big data for customized treatment regardless of where patients are. This study suggests establishment of regional medical cluster along with defense and protection cooperation models that in case service availability is harmed, and attacks occur, the attacks can be detected, and proper measures can be taken. For this, the study suggested forming networks with nationwide local government hospitals as regional virtual medical cluster bases by the same medical information system. The study also designed a mutual cooperation security model that can real time cope with IP Spoofing attack that can occur in the medical cluster and DDoS attacks accordingly, so that the limit that sole system and sole security policy have can be overcome.

코로나19 팬데믹을 계기로 원격의료의 수요가 폭발하여 비대면 진료가 가능하도록 법률을 개정하려는 추세에 필요한 서비스로 시간과 비용이 없고, 거리 두기 단계 상향등으로 병원에 방문하지 못하는 환자가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 시중에 건강상태를 확인할수 있는 장비를 판매하지만 전문적인 지식이 없는 일반인은 정확하게 결과를 알 수 없고 한가지의 검사만 측정이 가능하기 때문에 검사결과를 확인하고 싶으면 병원을 방문해야한다. 본 논문은 전문적인 지식이 없는 일반인도 자신의 건강상태를 확인가능하게 하기 위해 심박, 심전도, 산소포화도, 체온센서의 측정값을 그래프로 표현한 후 검사결과를 토대로 의사와 원격진료가 가능하여 병원을 방문하지 않고 의사와 상담 및 진료가 가능하다. 병원에 입원이 불가능한 환자일 경우 산소포화도 측정값이 95%미만이면 산소공급 즉 응급처치가 가능하다.

This paper is focused on problem in the law and system caused by the infringement of medical information and in the law and system indicate the solution. Interests in the medical service are increasing in internet environment as life quality of the people improves because of development in information and medical technology. The current main issues of the legislative system and the law improvement suggestion for telemedicine activation which is related to the ubiquitous health in which the medicine field and IT technology convergence appearance. In particular, South Korea in the privacy-related legislation should be amended. The reason, Medical information record contains a lot of patient's private secrets. Therefore, if privacy protection is not enough this could cause problem violate a patient's privacy. Thus we need consequently the maintenance of the health medical treatment field to suit a telemedicine environment of a law system. Specifically, this law enacted to protect medical treatment information and the technical security services with confidence and stability against security treats are necessary.

본 논문은 기존의 헬스케어 서비스의 한계를 극복하기 위해 최근 대두되고 있는 스마트 헬스케어 서비스(smart healthcare service)에 관한 연구이다. 스마트 헬스케어는 스마트폰의 기능에 맞추어 기초체력 운동 지수, 섭취 칼로리, 심박 체크 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있지만, 최근에는 보건의료서비스에 특화시켜 환자와 의사가 직 간접적으로 진료를 할 수 있게끔 하는 스마트폰 환경에서의 원격진료 서비스가 부각되고 있다. 그러나 헬스케어를 위한 HL7 CDA 표준의 문서 교환방식은 실시간 데이터 획득을 요구하는 원격진료 서비스 환경에 적합하지 못하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 HL7v2.x의 트리거 이벤트를 통한 메시지 전송방식과 HL7 CDA RIM(Reference Information Model)을 응용하는 실시간 HL7 의료정보 전송 방안을 제안한다.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the active utilization of new health care service utilizing the ICT technology and data science such as telemedicine, smart hospital, AI dignosis has been increasingly found. In this study we examined the business model of Amazon healthcare which leads disruptive innovation in U.S. health care industry with the introduction of hybrid model of telemedicin, in-person care and customer-centric online drug delivery, home-use diagnostic kit, characterized by the integrated model combining medical care, drug delivery and the use of diagnostic kit. We showed using the multiproduct competition model that the synergy effect between the Amazon's original business areas and the healthcare business area causes the active market penetration and the increase in the customer value from utilization of the Amazon care. Using Hotelling's spatial competition model, we also showed that the competition in the health care market can be greater when consumer's choice of health care providers are available in telemedicine platform. In the long, run the issue of competition being weakened due to the exit of less competent healthcare providers may arise, to which the policymakers in the charge of fair competition in health care industry should pay attention.

A u-healthcare remote diagnosis system is proposed for chronic disease and medical vulnerable groups check the health systematically and support for the most optimal environment to improve the quality of life. The u-healthcare remote diagnosis system using wireless measure the thoracic sound in the chest. And this is demonstrated that the system using radio frequency is not be affected by the electromagnetic wave with the use of an experiment and by confirming that this u-healthcare remote diagnosis system can not affect the doctors and the patients.
