The purpose of this study was to understand the parents' perceptions of the distance learning provided to students with disabilities and to explore the demands for educational support. A survey was conducted on a total of 2,392 parents of school-age children with disabilities. The survey questions were largely divided into the learning support to prevent educational gap, support for behavioral and psychological difficulties, and care support for educational welfare. As a result of the study, it was found that face-to-face education in schools was the most important to prevent the educational gap between students with disabilities, and counseling on distance learning methods and strategies suitable for the characteristics of the disabled in connection with the Special Education Support Center was the most necessary. As a learning support method for distance learning for students with disabilities, there was a high demand for individual learning support through preparatory special education teachers, and it was necessary to secure enough learning aids and assistive technology devices to be used appropriately when needed. In addition, psychological counseling and educational support for students with disabilities were requested, and there were demands for development of care programs suitable for the characteristics of the disabled and assignment of dedicated personnel. Based on the results of this study, this study suggested implications for students with disabilities to bridge the learning gap and provide educational support due to distance learning.

This study investigated the copyright problems in the course of distance teaming. The Copyright Act of Korea is built to protect the rights of authors and the rights neighboring on them and to promote fair use of works in order to contribute to the improvement and development of culture. However, for efficient use of library's materials for distance education, some articles in the Copyright Act of Korea is needed to be changed. We suggested the revision in the article 23 “Reproduction for the Purpose of School Education” and the article 28 “Reproduction in Libraries, etc”.

Corona19 has experienced radical changes in teaching methods in primary and secondary schools and higher education institutions, and the Ministry of Education has continued various attempts and support to ensure the quality of teaching and to promote learning participation in distance education. In this study, the support policy of the Ministry of Education for the post-Corona era was reviewed, and the professors' experiences in remote education were investigated and analyzed through intensive interviews. As a way to utilize programs to support participation in learning in real-time distance education, first, consideration of the proper period of concentration of learning by learners, second, coping with unexpected problems during learning activities, and using small meeting rooms and chatting as a collaboration tool were presented.

정보통신기술의 발달과 인터넷의 등장으로 원격교육은 새로운 교육패러다임을 주도할 역량있는 교육방식으로 대두되고 있다. 하지만 이런 시점에서 학교교육을 보다 효율적이며 실용적으로 지원할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 특히 초등교육에서의 원격교육은 이제 걸음마를 시작한 단계이며 평가분야에 대한 연구는 전무후무한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습자가 동영상 원격교육으로 학습과정을 진행한 후 만족할 만한 성취수준에서 자기평가를 실시하고 동영상 촬영하여 평가자료를 탑재하며, 이를 토대로 교사가 피드백할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 학습자가 학습과정 뿐만 아니라 평가영역에 있어서도 개인의 수준과 여건을 고려하여 자기 주도적으로 자기평가를 함으로써 자기주도적 학습능력을 향상시키며, 초등교육과정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Most existing mobile distance learning systems are asynchronous ones that allow students to download lecture video and presentation material. However, there are a few synchronous real-time mobile distance learning systems that support slide, annotation, feedback from student, and lecture video and audio at the same time. These live mobile distance learning systems have an advantage of supporting real-time interaction between students and a lecturer thereby making students understand the lecture better. But, they also have a disadvantage in the sense that they don't allow students to experience the past lecture. This problem can be solved by recording and replaying lecture session. So far, there are few mobile distance learning systems that support session recording and replay. This paper presents a synchronous mobile distance learning system that supports video and audio, slide with annotation, and real-time feedback from students, as well as session recording and replay, which is not supported by the existing mobile distance learning systems. The evaluation of the system among students shows that 61.3% of them were satisfied while 3.2% weren't.

Academic libraries need to support effectively cyber education which should be managed successfully. When the information materials and library services for distance learners are supported efficiently, they can maximize learning effects. This study explored the role and function of academic libraries that seek to support cyber education successfully through previous foreign studies and presented the elements of the librarian, library service, digital library, library administration and policy that academic libraries must consider to support cyber education successfully.

최근 회선망의 확충과 멀티미디어기술의 발달로 대용량의 데이터를 보내고 받을 수 있게 되었다. 이에 인터넷 방송이나 원격 화상교육등 질적으로 높은 서비스를 받을 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 멀티캐스트를 중심으로 개발되었을 경우 대부분의 라우터에서 지원하지 못하는 단점이 있으며 멀티캐스트를 지원하는 라우터로 교환할 경우 추가적인 비용부담이 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 원격화상교육을 위한 유니캐스트와 P2P를 응용한 에이전트를 설계 및 구현하였다.

인터넷의 보급과 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠로 인해서 기존의 특정 지역에서만 사용할 수 있는 교육 시스템은 인터넷 환경으로 변환되고 있고 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 지원해야 한다. 인터넷 환경의 특성상 멀티 그룹과 멀티 세션(Session)을 지원해야 하고, 더불어 새롭게 생겨날 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 지원하는 컴포넌트(Component)를 추가할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 멀티 그룹과 멀티 세션의 효과적인 관리 방법과 이에 따른 독립적으로 구현되고 작동하여 시스템의 변경 없이 향후 확장이 가능한 컴포넌트로 구성된 서버/클라이언트 원격교육 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

컴퓨터와 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인해 원격교육(Distance Learning)에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 지금까지 대부분의 원격교육 시스템은 웹 기반의(Web-Based) 비동기(asynchronous) 형태로써 피교육자가 이미 제작된 컨텐츠를 다운로드하여 보는 단순한 형태의 교육방식이다. 따라서, 전통적인 면대면(Face-to-Face) 교육방식을 대체할수 있는 원격교육이 되기 위해서는 교육자와 피교육자, 피교육자와 피교육자간에 인지(awareness) 및 상호작용(interaction)이 가능한 원격교육의 기능이 지원되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 및 오디오 컨퍼런싱(video and audio conferencing), 텍스트 기반 대화(text-based chat), 선 밀 텍스트 애노테이션이 가능한 슬라이드(slide with line and text annotation)를 제공하고 피교육자에 대한 인지정보(awareness information)를 공유하는 동기식 세미나용 원격교육 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

A place for the blind people movement restrictions in place on a relatively equal opportunity of education can not be provided. In this paper, blind people, as well as web access to information on the catch of the blind people and their preference for acquiring information on how to analyze the survey and analyze national and international stories. targeting the blind people Internet using Web Services in a high-speed network system design, training and support services, analyze and exchange information in real-time training program to develop a community, remote from the home education support system to revitalize blind people and would like to contribute to the information service.
