The auxiliary power unit (APU) of a rotorcraft starts the engine during operation/flying. The APU is composed of a gas turbine engine type. The starting principle of the component is that the electric start motor generates the power required for starting by rotating the shaft. In this study, quality improvement was performed by applying an over-running clutch (ORC) between the APU and the starter motor to secure the operability of the starter motor of the APU mounted on the rotorcraft. The starter motor has the main role of starting the APU, but during operation, it is rotated without load by the rotational force of the APU gear shaft, resulting in friction at the brush. This phenomenon causes abrasion of the brush of the starter motor. Consequently, when the APU operation time increases, the brush life decreases, and the operability of the APU is affected. In this study, an ORC that separates the interlocking between the start motor brush abrasion and the APU operation time was applied to improve the operability/durability of the APU starter motor. The effect was verified through a test, and the technical feasibility of the design change was analyzed.

The purpose of this paper is to see what the problem is and what the direction of the strategy of asset management after this study has analyzed asset management status of domestic life insurance companies according to interest rate trends, analyzing in time series management asset lists, asset distribution state, and securities list of life insurance companies during 2000~2014. It has carried correlation analysis and regression analysis between yield and bond interest KOSPI index. As the study result, life insurance companies have managed assets in stability than profitability. The correlation coefficient between interest rate and performance rates of total asset, management asset and securities is highly plus, correlation of management asset performance rate is higher than that of total asset performance rate, and the correlation of securities performance rate is higher than that of management asset performance rate. The correlation coefficient of KOSPI and performance rate shows minus. The suggestion is that the change of asset management is required as the interest decline rises up a reverse margin risk because of the asset management of stability.

WiMAX 포럼은 WiMAX 기술이 적용된 단말기 및 기지국 간의 상호운용성을 확보하기 위해 WiMAX 포럼 공인 적합성 시험 및 상호운용성 시험을 통과한 제품만이 시장에 출시된 수 있도록 권고하고 있다. TTA는 WiMAX 포럼 국제공인 인증시험소로 지정되어 적합성 시험과 상호운용성 시험을 제공할 수 있는 인증시험소를 구축 중에 있으며, 국제 WiMAX 포럼 활동을 통해 최신 인증시험 동향을 파악하고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 WiMAX 인증시험 개요 및 최신 동향과 TTA 공인인증시험소 구축 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

열차운용이라 함은 열차의 출발과 도착 시간을 나타내는 열차번호들에 여러 객차들로 구성된 하나의 열차를 일컫는 열차 다이아(train DIAgram)들을 여러 제약조건을 고려하여 배정함으로서 열차 번호가 열차 다이아에 의해 운행될 수 있도록 열차운용 다이아를 작성하는 작업이다. 이러한 작업을 다수의 스케줄링 전문가들이 스케줄링 할 경우 많은 시간과 노력을 감수해야만 하며, 전문가의 실수로 인해 오류가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 복잡한 스케줄의 특성상 운용 비용이 적게 드는 스케줄 결과를 이끌어 내기가 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 열차운용 시스템을 구성하기 위해서 현재 철도청에서 사용하는 시스템을 분석하여, 열차운용 스케줄링 시스템을 모델링 하였고, 이에 모델링한 시스템을 바탕으로 CSP(Constraint Satisfaction Problems: 제약조건 만족 문제) 해결 기법을 적용하여 계산시간 및 계산 복잡성 면에서 효율적인 스케줄링을 행함과 동시에 비용 최적 함수를 적용함으로서 열차 운용 비용이 최소가 되는 열차운용 스케줄링 시스템을 구현하였다. 더불어, 시스템모델 검증과정의 하나로 과거 운용되었던 새마을호 열차시간표와 열차 데이터를 사용하여 열차 운용 및 운용 비용의 최적화를 실험하였다.

최근 전세계적으로 B2B 시장의 규모가 커짐에 따라 기업들간의 e-비즈니스를 실현하기 위한 환경 구축 및 e-비즈니스 솔루션의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 기업간의 전자거래는 둘 이상의 거래 파트너들간에 이루어지는 정보의 등록, 메시지 및 문서 교환 등을 기반으로 이루어지는 것으로 거래의 기반이 되는 e-비즈니스 솔루션들간의 상호운용성이 가장 핵심이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 상호 운용성은 e-비즈니스 프레임워크에 대한 표준의 정립을 기점으로 표준에 적합한 e-비즈니스 솔루션의 구현, 도입 및 활용에 의해서 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 e-비즈니스 솔루션의 상호운용성 확보를 위한 기반이 되는 e-비즈니스 솔루션에 대한 표준적합성 테스트의 필요성을 제시하고, 실제로 테스트 환경을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 그리고 더 나아가 e-비즈니스 솔루션의 표준적 합성 테스트 환경이 인증 체계로 발전하기 위한 절차를 보여준다.

CORBA는 이종의 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 재사용성, 이식성, 상호 운용성을 유지하며 통합할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 그러나 표준 CORBA는 객체 복제를 이용하여 지원할 수 있는 결함 감내와 고 가용성을 지원하지 못한다. 지금까지의 CORBA 기반 그룹 통신에 관한 연구들은 CORBA 애플리케이션 프로그래머가 그룹 통신 프로토콜을 직접 이용할 수 있는 방법이 없었다. 또한 CORBA 또는 OS의 수정이 요구되거나, 기존의 다양한 그룹 통신 프로토콜을 적용할 수 없었다. 본 연구에서는 상호 운용성, 기존 그룹 통신 프로토콜의 재사용, ORB와 OS에 대한 독립성을 유지하고, 유연성 있는 하부 프로토콜 적용을 가능하게 하는 OCI를 확장함으로써, 표준 CORBA의 수정 없이 다양한 그룹 통신 프로토콜을 적용할 수 있는 그룹 통신 프레임웍을 제안한다.

This study suggests for effective operation of systematic analysis method for human factors which is based on the requirement architecture framework a requirement process to manage requirements for improvement is discussed, such as in requirements generation, database construction, management of experimental design, and management of the design traceability. For the objectives, we analyzed the method construct of the starting point views of user requirement which is adopted the requirement architecture concept to cover the whole activities required to do and the human factors guidelines and standards are suggested for verification and validation of the develop requirements. It is getting more attention as the operation of the enabling systems goes up these days. Throughout the propose of this study, human factors requirement database design presented in operational environment system for enabling system which is based on case study using a computer aided se tool. This study will be contributed to how the operational requirement database for the enabling system and operational human factors can be constructed in an integrated system design fashion.

Without human dynamics effects, the manually operated target tracking system has poor performance or instability in real environments. The tracking system is invalid when a human is added to the control loop as a real time delay, because input signals are generated by human operator to reduce the errors between target and gun. In this paper, we consider the human operator as a part of controller and modeling the human operator as a first-order model to generate the intentional force. But it is known that human modeling is not easy because of disturbance or noise of the vehicle while moving for the target. We performed a variety of experiments with real plant to identify the model's parameters and verify the proposed operator model's efficiency.

Web 서비스라는 킬러 application의 등장이 1990 년대 초부터 인터넷 보편화를 가속화하여 현재는 거의 모두가 인터넷을 손쉽게 누리게 되었다. 인터넷서비스의 발달에 따라 인터넷의 기반을 이루는 네트워크의 광대역화, CPU의 고속화 기술 등도 함께 발전되었다. 그러나 아직까지 인터넷 서비스의 경우 기술적 차이로 인해 유선과 무선이 결합된 Seamless 한 유비쿼터스 서비스 환경을 구현하기에는 부족한 상태이다. 최근 아날로그로부터 디지털로의 전이와 그에 따른 시스템의 발달에 따라 서서히 유무선의 융합화가 이루어지고 있는 상황이나 상호 운용성 등과 같은 아직도 풀어야 할 많은 난제가 존재한다. 최근 전자설비를 바탕으로 한 고도 정밀산업의 발달과 국민 생활수준 향상은 전력의 고품질화와 고신뢰성을 절실히 요구하고 있다. 즉, 전력이라는 에너지를 수용가에게 공급하는 것으로 그치지 않고 전력의 품질(주파수와 전압을 규정값 이내로 유지)에 엄격한 제한을 두어야 함은 물론 공급의 신뢰성, 즉 중단없는 전력 공급이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 미래의 전력 경영상의 어려운 과제를 해결하기 위하여 지금까지 이용되어 왔던 자동 급전시스템(ALD:Automatic Load Dispatching)을 최신 기술이 집약된 급전종합자동화시스템(EMS:Energy Management System)으로 교체운용할 계획이다. 지금까지의 분산 설차 운용되어 왔던 지역급전 시스템(SCADA)과 한강수계제어시스템을 EMS시스템과 연계하여 운용함으로써 전력계통을 종합 감시 제어하게 될 것이다.
