센서 네트워크 운영체제는 다양한 실험과 작업을 위해 다양한 기능을 수행해야한다. 이를 위해 센서 운영체제는 필요에 따라 응용프로그램을 설치하여 사용하고 이를 필요에 따라 수정하는 것을 지원한다. 이에 따라 센서 운영체제는 다양한 응용프로그램을 사용할 수 있도록 범용화 되고 고정된다. 또한 운영 체제 와 응용프로그램의 분리에 따라 오버헤드가 발생하게 된다. 따라서 센서 운영체제가 설치된 운영체제에 따라 커널의 구조를 최적화하고 응용프로그램수행에 따른 오버헤드를 최적화하는 작업이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 커널을 모듈화하고 필요에 따라 선택적으로 커널을 재구성 할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 모듈화 된 커널 자원을 효율적으로 관리하며, 수행하는 응용 프로그램의 요구 기능에 따라 커널의 구성을 바꿀 수 있어 최적화된 커널을 유지할 수 있다.

기술지도제도는 전문기술인력을 활용하여 재해율이 높은 중ㆍ소규모 현장의 건설재해를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 정부가 간접적인 안전관리 전문제도로 도입하였다. 하지만 IMF 이후 급격히 변화된 건설현장 안전관리 체계와 재해율 증가, 지도기관 업체의 난립과 부실한 지도업무수행 등으로 기술지도제도의 실효성에 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술지도제도의 운영 실태와 관계 법령, 설문조사 자료를 분석하여 문제점을 도출한 후 제도 운영상의 개선 방안, 지도기관의 전문성 강화 방안, 자율적인 안전관리 유도 방안으로 구분한 내실화 방안을 제시함으로써 효율적인 재해예방대책으로서 기술지도제도의 신뢰성을 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다.

An elevator is a mechanical and electronic device composed of about 20,000 various parts, and is systematically operated with a close relationship with each other. By intuitively understanding this complex elevator structure and efficiently recognizing the operating model, it will be possible to increase the understanding of the elevator system and the efficiency of maintenance. The existing elevator management system is a process of collecting and understanding information based on data generated from elevators, and has a structure that lacks efficiency in expressing and managing real-world information during elevator maintenance. Therefore, this paper proposes a simulator framework that can operate efficiently based on the actual elevator model. By constructing the recognition of specific objects through a 3D-based service model and visualizing the operation process, it will be possible to enhance the understanding of the structure and operation required for elevator operation. To this end, the core components of the elevator system are identified, the relationship between them and the operating method are visualized, and a simulator is implemented. Based on this, it will be possible to provide a realistic information management and operating environment in virtual space and real platform.

본 연구는 한국, 미국, 일본의 ITS 표준추진체계 비교분석(Comparative Analysis)을 통해, 국가 ITS표준 추진체계의 운영효율화방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 ITS표준추진체계의 문제점을 파악하고, 국외사례분석을 통해 이를 개선할 수 있는 대응방안을 제언하였다. 미국, 일본사례 비교분석결과, 국가ITS표준화추진체계의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 관.민협력적, 범부처적 국가ITS표준추진체계 모델을 정립하고, 국제표준과 연계하여 국가표준, 부처표준, 단체표준을 추진하되, 해당표준이 표준의 기능과 역할에 부합하도록 개발.제정되어야한다. 사업자와 수요자의 다양한 요구(Need)를 신속히 표준화할 수 있도록 단체표준화육성을 통해 국가 표준화하고, 특히 교통안전과 공공성에 관련된 ITS기술은 정부부터가 강력히 규제할 수 있는 기술기준(Technical Regulation)을 도입하도록 하였다. 아울러 표준제정 뿐만 아니라 데이터등록소(Data Registry) 및 웹기반의 표준화활동 등 표준화구축사업을 통해 표준화의 활동을 활성화하도록 제언하였다.

In unmanned lighthouse unmanned construction, it is necessary to establish a standardized system for efficient management and operation, and RTU standard protocols for condition monitoring and control are used to efficiently manage rotary lighters as the management system for the most important lighthouses. It is enacted to ensure the safety of maritime traffic through efficient management.

국내에 진출한 Carrefour, Wal-Mart, Tesco(home plus) 등 다국적화된 소매기업들을 통하여 주 2 휴일제 실시로 변화가 예상되는 그들의 점포운영방안을 실적을 분석해봄으로써 보다 효율적인 경영전략과 운영 방안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 국내 할인점의 포화기 진입단계에 들어선 시점에서 국내 진출 다국적 기업들은 국내 선두 기업과 비교하여 짧은 진출 역사에도 안정성과 수익성 측면, 활동성 부문에도 양호한 결과를 나타내고 있으며, 이들의 운영의 전략적 측면은 구매 부문의 EDLP와 운영부문에 EDLC가 선 순환되고 유통·물류정보시스템과 결합하면서 Low Cost Operation이 추진하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 다국적 소매기업들은 표준화와 현지화를 대립이 아닌 양립과 조화로 보면서 현지화 부문에서는 MD(VMD) 부문 개선과 고객서비스를 개선함으로써 국내 기업들의 강한 경쟁자로서 접근하고 있다고 판단된다. 일부 우려에 대한 다국적 기업의 실적 저조에 대한 판단은 그들의 경영전략과 현지화 단계에서의 차이를 감안하면 이른 판단으로 사려 되며, 이러한 다국적화 소매유통기업에 대한 운영방안에 대한 고찰은 다국적 소매기업 및 국내 소매업체들의 경쟁력 향상에도 기여할 것으로 본다.

ESCO의 민간투자사업(BTL)이 확대되고 있다. 운영관리를 기본적으로 포함하는 민간투자사업 기본계획상의 민간투자 대상시설을 기존의 도로 철도 항만 등의 교통시설 위주에서 교육 문화 복지시설 등의 생활기반시설로까지 확대되었다. 민간의 창의와 경영기법을 활용함으로써 운영비절감 및 에너지효율 향상을 기대할 수 있는 BTL 사업화의 발전을 눈 여겨 볼 시점이다.

In this paper, a methodology for effectively treating daily waste at D metropolitan city is considered using reverse logistics(RL) network. Currently, eight district offices at D metropolitan city are treating their daily wastes using each RL network. However, unfortunately, current method has a weakness such as inefficiency of RL network operation. Therefore, we propose a revised method for improving the inefficiency. In case study, we compare the performances of the current and revised methods using various real-life data. The analysis result shows that the revised method outperforms the current method.

The wireless sensor networks are sensing, computing and communication infrastructures that allow us to monitor, instrument, observe, and respond to phenomena in the harsh environment. Sensor operating systems that run on tiny sensor nodes are the key to the performance of the distributed computing environment for the wireless sensor networks. Therefore, sensor operating systems should be able to operate efficiently in terms of energy consumption and resource management. In this paper, we present an efficient memory allocation scheme to improve the time and space efficiency of memory management for the sensor operating systems. Our experimental results show that the proposed scheme performs efficiently in both time and space compared with existing memory allocation mechanisms.

In this paper, we design and implement a framework based on Web Services for effective management of the profiles that were proposed to provide a user with personalized service. The profiles must be constituted the related information of the user and could be exchanged according to cyclic.acyclic or event among user's device, profile repository and service server for providing the user with personalized service. The profiles also must be supplied the services providers that need to the profiles for the personalized service. The profile framework is necessary to provide the functions like this for managing effectively of the personalized service. The proposed framework used the Web Services for exchanging and providing the profile regardless the various devices and platform. The framework also was applied the metadata constitute method and dynamic constitute method for managing effectively of the profile. The result of experiment using proposed framework was effective process and management of the profile and could exchange the profile with regardless of platform and device. The implemented system using the proposed framework was foundation of providing the personalized services with a user by through a effective management function of the profile.
