고객의 요구사항 다양화 및 콜서비스 요청의 지속적인 증가로 서비스 접점(MOT)의 중요성이 크게 확대되고 있으며, 이는 산업과 업종에 관계없이 모두가 동일한 현안사항을 가지고 있다. 콜량의 예측을 통해 적정인원을 산출하여 실제로 인입되는 콜량과 예측된 콜량을 트래킹하여 예측과 실제의 갭을 최소화하는 것으로 고객만족도 향상에 성패를 좌우한다. 양질의 상담 서비스 제공과 운영 사업비의 효율화는 우리 모두의 관심이자 동시에 해결해야 할 과제이다. 본 연구는 콜센터의 ARS 운영현황과 시장 동향 분석 및 ARS 운영기관 실태점검 및 평가를 통하여 효율적인 운영전략을 모색하고자 한다.

부산항 컨테이너 하역시장의 안정화를 위해서는 시장의 구조적 문제해결이 긴요하다. 이 연구에서는 부산항의 현황과 문제점을 살펴본 후, 컨테이너 물동량과 유효하역능력을 비교 분석하여 운영구조 개편을 위한 컨테이너부두 통합운영 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 이 연구에서는 통합운영 구도 및 프로세스는 물론 신항으로의 북항부두 대체 적정시기를 제안하였다.

The SBA Integrated Information system is constructed and operated for scientific and systematic management of Defense information utilizing whole process of weapon system acquisition from requirement institution to operation maintenance. In order to utilize m&s resources actively and effectively in the life cycle of weapon system acquisition, efficient management plans of the SBA integrated Information system is required. As a result of identifying usage on SBA Information system and performance of operation performance measurement, it was defined that establishment of the SBA Integrated Information system process and provision of detailed system are mandatory for activating m&s resource and supporting process of acquisitions. In this study, Defense m&s information system is analyzed and improvement plans of SBA Integrated Information system is provided for efficient operation of SBA integrated Information system.

This study aims at presenting the scheme for operation of reading classroom programs through analysis of present situation of reading education programs in public libraries. To collect data for analyzing the present situation, the plan and its report in relation to operation of reading classroom programs in 22 public libraries, implemented in winter, 2007, were used. In addition, questionnaire surveys to the librarians in charge of reading classroom programs in 22 public libraries were also carried out. As the remedies to problems of the program operations were presented in identification and participation, contents of education, manpower, reeducation of librarians, budgets, facilities, and work structure. The scheme for operation of reading classroom programs for keeping the characteristics and tradition of public libraries needs to develop an operation manual for reading classroom programs.

This study aims to establish basic data of operating status for ecological learning facilities in Korea, investigate their characteristics for operating methods, and present proposals for the efficient operation and management of ecological learning facilities. For this purpose, a list of ecological learning facilities in Korea was established and 50 facilities were surveyed about the current status regarding the operation and management. Based on the survey, operation form, interpreter and volunteer, visitor, budget and revenue, promotion method, and other items were analyzed. Concerning the operating forms, most of the facilities were direct-operated facilities by government, and they are operating mainly by officials. Visitors are mostly families on weekends, while kindergarten children are main visitors during weekdays. Most facilities have higher proportion of visitors nationwide, and they get information mainly from websites operated by facilities and related organization. The annual operating budget and revenue depend on the facility size and operating forms, and the direct-operated facilities by government use higher budget compared to commission-operated ones. For the efficient operation of ecological learning, expert with specialized knowledge should participate in the operation, and intuitive and informative websites should be established and continually managed. In addition, it is necessary to support revenue of by national and local governments and to secure external funding network like local companies and donation.

호주 연방산업과학연구회(CSIRO)는 1949년에 설립되어 호주 국내외에 56개의 연구소를 거느린 거대 연구 조직이다. 본고에서는 향후 CSIRO와 국내 소재연구 기관 간의 국제협력 관계 증진을 목표로 호주 연방산업과학연구회(CSIRO)의 인력, 예산, 조직 등 운영 현황과 전략 및 소재관련 연구분야를 소개하고자 한다. 전략적으로 CSIRO는 외부기관과의 협력 관계 증진, 과학기술 관련 지식의 유지 및 발전, 운영 절차의 간소화에 중점을 두고 이를 달성하는데 노력을 기울이고 있다. 또한 CSIRO의 소재관련 연구는 CSIRO 소재과학 및 공정(CSIRO Materials Science and Engineering)본부, CSIRO 공정과학 및 엔지니어링(CSIRO Proces Science and Engineering)본부, 경량소재 플래그십(Light Metals Flagship)에서 중점적으로 수행하고 있다.

국내 PC 산업은 노동비용의 비중이 높은 조립산업의 특성에 따른 수익성 악화와 대기업의 생산시설 중국이전, 해외 브랜드에 의한 국내시장 재편 등으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있다. 삼성전자와 LG전자는 PC 생산시설이 중국으로 이전한 상태이며, 세계 PC 산업 역시 중국의 저임금으로 인한 경쟁이 가속화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 차세대 PC 산업의 정의 및 분류체계를 정립하고, 실태조사를 통한 국내 시장 현황을 분석하였다. 또한, 국내 차세대 PC 제조업체의 선진기업 대비 기술 이외의 요인까지 고려한 종합적 경쟁력 수준을 제품역량과 운영역량을 중심으로 분석하였다. 제품역량은 가격경쟁력, 기능경쟁력, 디자인 등을 중심으로 분석하였고, 운영경쟁력은 마케팅경쟁력, 자금조달능력 등을 중심으로 분석하였다.

분산된 아키텍처 구조하에서의 정보시스템 구성은 처리해야 할 정보의 양에 따라 서버의 수가 증가될 수 밖에 없으며, 다수의 하드웨어와 운영체제 그리고 다양한 소프트웨어를 운영하여야 하므로 운영 및 관리의 리스크와 비용은 급격히 증가하게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 그동안 도입 서버의 통합기술, 시스템 이중화 기술 등이 개발되어 적용되었으며, 수년전부터는 ITSM 프레임워크 도입되어 시스템의 운영과 관리의 효율성을 높이고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 운영관리의 핵심지표인 가동율에 영향을 미치는 장애현황을 요인별로 분석하여 ITSM 프레임워크하에서 운영되는 정보시스템 운영관리 프로세스의 적용 효과를 측정하고 운영관리프로세스의 바람직한 개선 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

"전국에 설치되어 운영 중인 커피자판기가 몇 대가되나요?" 협회로 이런 문의를 하는 전화들이 가끔씩 걸려 온다. 이렇게 외부에서는 실질적으로 자판기 운영대수를 궁금해 하는 경우가 많다. 하지만 협회에서 내는 통계는 매년 생산량기준으로 집계가 되기 때문에 이런 궁금증을 흡족하게 풀어주지 못했다. 실제 운영 중인 커피자판기의 추정대수 정도만을 이야기 할 수 있었지, 객관적인 데이터를 제공하지 못해 왔다. 이 같은 현상은 전국에 산재해 있는 커피자판기들의 대수를 합산하여 통계를 내는 시스템을 구축하기가 힘들기 때문이다. 국내의 경우 전문 운영업자들의 수도 무척 많은 데다가, 거미줄처럼 연계된 개인 운영자까지 포함을 하면 통계 대상이 엄청 광범위해 진다. 따라서 이들을 대상으로 통계 데이터를 합산하는 일은 거의 불가능에 가깝다. 캔음료자판기의 경우는 그래도 대형 음료업체의 수량 데이터를 제공받으면 객관적인 집계가 가능한 점과는 차이가 있다. 이런 탓에 국내는 커피자판기 운영 통계에 대한 갈증이 컸다. 전국에 몇 대 커피자판기가 운영되는지 지역별 분포는 어떻게 되는지 알고자 하는 수요는 많았지만 정보공급자는 없었다. 이러한 현실에서 금호 '마켓 리서치'에서는 운영 통계에 대한 정보갈증을 해소시키는 데이터를 공개한다. 이번에 공개하는 자료는 전국에 영업 신고된 식품자판기의 전체 통계이다. 본지에서 이미 지난 2009년 여름호에 '서울시 영업신고된 식품자판기 운영 현황'을 분석한 기사를 게재하여 큰 반향을 일으킨바 있다. 하지만 이번에 공개되는 데이터는 전국을 대상으로 해 정보가치가 더 크다. 과연 전국에는 몇 대의 식품자판기가 설치되어 있고, 지역별 어떠한 분포와 특징을 나타내고 있는지를 살펴보기로 하자.

As the ticket issuing methods have been diversified for the convenience of the passengers such as ticketless service(SMS ticket, e-ticket, home ticket), automatic ticket issuing machine and consignment ticket sale, maintaining the current number of ticket booth has been becoming a issue. This study is designed to simulation for the optimum number of ticket booth and which can affect an efficient operation of train station and improvement of customer convenience. This study will contribute to minimize customer waiting time at the ticket booth. In addition, presenting the optimum number of booth is expected to have an effect on the increase of productivity and cost savings.
