'21년 전국 20개 해상교통관제센터의 선박통항량, 교신량, 관제정보 제공 등 VTS 운영실적 분석 및 사고현황, 원인 분석을 통한 관제서비스 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 해양사고 예방기능 강화를 위해 관제사 경험·직관에 의한 관제에서 빅데이터·인공지능(AI) 기반 첨단관제로의 전환, VTS 운영성과에 대한 공신력 확보 및 첨단관제 기술개발에 활용 등을 위한 VTS 통계관리체계 개산 방안에 대해서도 고찰해보았다.

2014년 4월 8일 마이크로소프트(MS)가 2001년 출시한 윈도우XP와 오피스 2003에 대한 지원을 종료하면서 국내는 또다시 운영체제의 글로벌 기업 종속성에 대한 문제가 관심사로 대두되었다. 윈도우XP의 국내 시장점유율은 2013년 12월 기준 18.96%로 미국, 일본보다 높다. 기술지원 없는 운영체제는 공격대상이 되기 쉬워 국내 금융, 상하수도 시설 등 주요 시설에 사용되는 있는 국내 현황에 비추어 심각한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 이와 같은 소프트웨어 종속성을 탈피하기 위해 운영체제 분야의 공개 SW인 리눅스의 활용이 또다시 대두되었다. 2000년대 데스크톱 운영체제를 리눅스로 교체하고자 하는 시도는 이용의 불편함 때문에 실패하였지만 최근 리눅스는 일반 사용자들이 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 발전하였기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 변화에 따라 리눅스의 데스크톱 운영체제의 도입 가능성 확인을 위해 최근 리눅스의 기술동향 및 대표적인 배포판 현황에 대해 살펴보고, 해외 공공기관에서 리눅스 도입사례에 대해 살펴본다.

The objective of this study was to evolve development strategies used as primary resources for the development plan establishment of public libraries in Yongsan-gu. To reach the aims of this research, this study examined precedent studies related to the status of domestic libraries operation and development plan. This research derived integral factors such as regional characteristics, library facilities, human resources, collections, and budges to be considered for analysis of the current situations. By using in-depth interviews with librarians and professionals, the operational and development plans of public libraries in Yongsan-gu were explored. The findings presented in this study suggested development strategies such as an expansion of library infrastructure and reading culture and development of regional specialization programs and redesign the management system.

본 연구는 도서관운영위원회의 현황을 살피고, 문제점을 파악하여 발전방안을 제시하는 데 목적을 둔다. 서울시 구립 공공도서관을 중심으로 조례를 비롯한 관련 법제도를 분석하고, 도서관운영위원회 현황을 살펴, 서울 지역 공공도서관 80개관 중 62.5%에 해당하는 50개관에 도서관운영위원회가 운영되고 있음을 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 다수 도서관의 도서관운영위원회 위원들과의 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 도서관운영위원회가 형식적으로 운영되고 있으며 영향력도 미약한 것으로 나타났다. 도서관운영위원회의 올바른 운영을 위해서는 제도적 정비와 관련 기관의 적극적인 지원 및 올바른 인식 등이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a guidelines for emerging military library development. The history and current environment relating to the military library development were examined through literature review and policy analysis, field survey and interview methods. The results show that current library administration and services are far behind in terms of meeting user needs. An administration model and policy for military library development were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to survey the current situation of young adults' reading programs in public library. For this purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey to the young adults' program librarians on the current state of the young adults' reading programs. Based on the survey results, this study suggested directions of reading education. reading policy and reading programs operation in public library.

본 연구는 다양한 공법으로 설치 운영되고 있는 고도처리시설에 대한 처리효율 및 운영현황을 조사하여 고도처리공법 선정시 활용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고, 각 공법별 현장적용 및 운영상 문제점을 파악하여 하수처리시설 운영의 효율성을 도모하기 위한 목적으로 실시하였다. 6개월 이상 운영 중인 하수종말처리시설 145개소를 대상으로 일반적 현황을 분석하고 실제 현장조사는 고도처리시설 37개소의 현장조사표를 중심으로 실시하였다. 고도처리 공법은 $A_2O$계열, SBR계열이 대부분을 차지하였으며 대규모처리장은 $A_2O$계열, 소규모처리장은 SBR계열이 주로 적용되었으며 대규모 하수처리시설일수록 유입수질의 농도 및 처리효율이 높고 톤당 시설설치비용과 유지관리비용이 적었다. 현장조사 결과, 첫째, 하수처리시설의 유입문제로 시설용량대비 하수유입량이 초과되거나 50%미만인 시설이 10개소로 조사되었다. 이에 따라 하수관거의 조속한 정비 및 인구감소에 따른 대책수립, 효율적인 운영을 위한 하수처리시설 증설 및 계열 축소운전이 필요하였다. 둘째, 각 처리공법별로 몇몇 문제점이 있어 공법사의 문제점 보완, 운영기술전수 및 원활한 A/S가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운영관리자가 수시로 현상을 파악하고 주의하여 운전해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

Viewing and approaching problems based on computational thinking can be improved through informatics education, which is essential for students to live in a future society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation status of informatics subjects that have become general electives in the 2015 revised curriculum, and to contribute to enhancing the effect of future informatics subject. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was conducted for 400 students who graduated from high school in 2015-2016, and five students and five informatics subjects teachers were interviewed. Operation period of Infomatics subject, contents, method and evaluation method were analyzed. As a result, the operation of informatics subjects varied greatly from the second semester of the first year to the second semester of the third year. The most common method was teaching type, but the percentage of self-study was high in the second semester of the third year. The contents of the study did not learn all the contents, and the use rate of textbooks was low in the class. This study confirmed that the informatics subject class did not proceed in the form of observing the curriculum similarly to other subjects excluded. It is also significant that for the first time, the operational status of informatics subjects was analyzed.

본 고에서는 이동전화요금부과방식으로서 발신자부담방식(CPP)과 수신자부담방식(RPP)의 개념과 장.단점, CPP와 RPP 도입국가의 운영현황을 조사 분석하였다. 아울러 RPP를 CPP로 전환할 경우 발생되는 문제점과 영향에 대해서도 조사하는 한편 그 시사점을 분석 제시하였다.
