Special subject archives in different fields have been established and the related studies have been constantly made so far, but no evaluation index reflecting the characteristics of the archives has yet been developed. Thus, this study intends to develop a draft of the special subject archive operation evaluation index through literature research and propose the special subject archive operation evaluation index through a Delphi survey. A Delphi survey was conducted thrice, with 10 persons in charge of archiving thematic archives in 5 fields. Finally, a special subject archive operation evaluation index consisting of 4 evaluation categories, 10 evaluation items, and 28 detailed items was proposed. This study is significant because it was the first in Korea to develop and propose an operation evaluation index for special subject archives.

This study aims to examine the relationship between performance evaluation systems and managerial effectiveness of responsible administrative agencies. Previous studies mainly emphasize the institutional changes of evaluation system and its impacts. This study articulate important factors in performance evaluation systems like interactive communications the credibility of performance indicators top manager's concern. A survey was conducted by 510 employees of local statistical office agencies and a structural equation modeling was used in order to test hypotheses. Results show that the credibility of performance indicators and top manager's concern about evaluation are positively related to performance results and procedural transparency and to managerial effectiveness. Interactive communication did not show statistically significant on managerial effectiveness. The empirical test results indicated that the interactive communication about the evaluation system of responsible administrative agencies should be considered.

This study conducted a basic study to develop ISM Code operation evaluation module, which is part of development of Safety Management System(ISM Code) Implementation supporting module. In particular, the significant of this study is that it established AHP operation evaluation analysis process, the design of questionnaire, and the hierarchical structure of operation evaluation model standard, focusing on the development of ISM Code operation evaluation module. Also, this study has its value in the point that it attempted to apply AHP scheme, which is part of the main decision­making in management science field, to develop operation evaluation module.

The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve the evaluation system of school library operation whose participation rate is getting lower. We conducted analyzing the current status of operating evaluation of school libraries through literature search. In doing so, questionnaire method was conducted to inquire the recognition of the 205 staff members of school libraries. The outcome of the survey shows that the participation rate of operating evaluation of school libraries decreased from 22.2% in 2009 to 7.2% in 2017. The validity of the quantitative evaluation method was significantly low at 2.84 and the validity of the qualitative evaluation method was 2.97. The average score of the validity index for 'Establishing the annual operation plan' was the highest at 3.90, and that of 'Community service' was the lowest at 2.27. The biggest reason for not participating in the evaluation was due to the staff's high workload. There is a need to seek ways to improve the evaluation index and ways to participate since the result shows very low awareness of the school library evaluation. Through this study, it is expected that the school library evaluation will become the foundation for effective revitalization of school library operation.

오늘날 많은 제조업체 또는 물류업체는 물류의 효과적 수행을 위해 물류센터를 운영하고 있으며, 물류센터의 효과적 이용을 통한 물류문제 해결은 기업운영에 있어서 주요 해결과제 가운데 하나로 자리잡게 되었다. 이러한 물류센터를 운영하고 관리함에 있어서 물류센터의 전략적 의사결정과 투자계획의 수립을 위해 물류센터의 수행도 측정을 통한 정량적인 평가가 절대적으로 필요하게 되었다. 그러나 현재 기업물류활동을 평가하기 위한 여러가지 물류활동 측정지표들이 제시되고 있으나 물류센터들의 수행도 측정을 위해 체계적으로 정의화되고, 표준적으로 사용되는 유력한 정량적 평가방법이 아직 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 물류센터의 특성을 Cost(비용), Operation(설비운영). Quality(성과), Speed(속도), Flexibility(유연성), Safety(안전성)등 모두 여섯 가지로 구분하여 각각의 특성을 통해 물류센터를 정량적으로 평가한다. 이중 Safety(안전성)를 기본으로 삼고 나머지 주요인자들의 정량적 평가치 들을 통해 물류센터의 종합적인 수행도 평가 모델을 제시하였다. 물류센터의 운영평가는 궁극적인 공급체인관리망(SCM: Supply Chain Management)의 완성과 기업의 업무효율에 이바지하는 것이다.

This study was to investigate the usefulness of the measures of the Korean Public Library Operation Assessment. The analyzed data were collected through a fulfillment degree of the evaluation indicators and the opinions of librarians for public libraries evaluation indicators. Same time, the comparative analysis of public library statistical indicators and evaluation indicators was performed. Based on the results of the analysis, I was selected assessment items that need to delete and modify. The improvements proposed in this study will provide a direction for the improvement of the Korean Public Library Operation Assessment. And may be applied to improve the process of the public library evaluation.

Since 2000, many local governments have been trying to introduce trams because of the government's failure to adopt environment-friendly policies and light rail. However, there is no service evaluation system that can maintain and enhance tram users' convenience, safety, and comfort during operation. In addition, the tram characteristics are not reflected in the application of the evaluation system of "management and service evaluation for public transportation operators" which is being implemented to railway operators or bus transportation operators. The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation criteria of operating service according to tram operation model. First, we reviewed cases related to the evaluation of operating services in roads, buses, railways, and airways. And the evaluation criteria and the evaluation items are presented. This study is expected to help to secure and improve operational service in the operation phase of the tram that will be introduced in the future.

본 연구는 국내 공공부문 정보시스템 운영관리 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 선진사례, 관련 표준, 지침을 분석하여 공공부문 운영관리업무에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 11개 업무 분석영역을 도출하였고 각 업무영역의 평가를 위한 평가기준을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 공공부문 운영관리 업무에 대한 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 평가모델은 특정 이슈 발생시 일부 중앙부처의 요구에 따라 공공기관들을 대상으로 행하여진 단편적인 운영수준 점검 분석 활동들이 국내 실정에 맞게 운영업무 전반에 대한 종합적, 체계적 수준평가를 할 수 있는 기반을 제공하게 하였으며, 기관 내부적으로도 자체평가를 통해 운영관리업무 성숙도 제고를 위한 핵심요소를 손쉽게 식별하고 효율적인 품질향상 활동을 수행할 수 있게 하였다.

필요한 수자원을 추가확보하기 위한 댐 건설이 갈수록 어려워짐에 따라 이미 건설된 댐을 최대한 활용하는 과학적 저수지운영 방안이 필요하다. 또한 댐운영자가 쉽게 실무에 적용할 수 있는 방법이어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 댐관리자가 이해하기 쉽고 사용하기 쉬운 장기 저수지운영 방안을 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 수위구간별 저수지운영을 위한 운영률을 구성하고 이에 따른 순단위 저수지운영 모형을 구축하였다. 다변량 추계학적 모의발생기법을 사용하여 댐 유입량을 모의 발생하였다. 저수지운영의 수위구간을 결정하기 위한 최적화 방법으로 메타휴리스틱 방법으로 차원변화 탐색기법을 선정하였다. 안동댐의 단독운영을 위한 수위구간별 저수지운영률을 도출하여 저수지 모의운영을 수행하고 기존의 운영실적과 모의결과를 저수지운영 평가기준에 따라 비교하여 평가하였다. 안동댐의 단독운영 결과 모의된 저수위는 실적 저수위보다 전반적으로 높게 유지되었고, 모의 발전량이 실적 발전량보다 평균적으로 높음을 볼 수 있었다. 안동댐의 실적 발전량 평균값은 124.81 GWh이며, 모의결과의 발전량은 131.01 GWh이었다. 모의 발전량이 전반적으로 높은 이유는 방류량이 적은 상황에서 저수위를 높게 유지하여 발전효율을 높게 한 것이 주된 이유라고 사료된다. 안동댐의 실적과 모의 결과를 3 가지 저수지운영 평가기준으로 평가한 결과, 실패한 횟수는 실적이 554 회, 모의결과는 426 회이었다. 또한 2 순 연속하여 실패가 발생한 횟수는 각각 71회, 48 회이었고, 최대 연속 실패는 각각 52 순, 51 순이었다. 또한 총운영 기간에 대한 성공 횟수의 비율을 나타내는 신뢰도는 실적은 0.53, 모의된 결과는 0.64로 약 9 %의 차이를 보였다. 취약도는 실적이 $12.69\times10^6\;m^3$, 모의된 결과가 $5.14\times10^6\;m^3$로 $7.55\times10^6\;m^3$의 차이를 보였다. 회복도는 실적이 0.21, 모의 결과가 0.13으로 모의결과가 0.08 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 도출된 장기 저수지운영률을 안동댐의 단독운영에 적용한 결과 실적보다 본 연구에서 개발한 방법론에 의한 모의운영이 공급량, 발전량, 저수지 운영평가 통계량에서 나은 결과를 보였다.

2012년 9월부터 건설현장 위험성평가는 안전관리 업무로 의무화되었으나, 해당 근로자가 사전위험성을 추정하고 대책을 수립하여 재해예방 활동으로 연계되기에는 위험성평가 작성부터 어려움이 있다. 위험성평가 운영시스템 구축을 통해 건설현장 근로자가 해당작업의 위험요인 및 안전대책을 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록, 작업 공종 선택만으로 해당작업의 다양한 위험요인과 안전대책을 제시하고, 해당 공종에서 발생한 재해사례를 보여줌으로써 동종 재해 재발방지 대책수립이 가능하도록 시스템을 구축하였다. 이러한 위험성평가 활동의 효과분석을 위해 H건설사의 운영평가에서, 위험성평가 운영시스템 구축 이후 건설현장 근로자가 위험성평가 활용에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 해당공정의 위험요인 추정 및 위험예방 대책 수립이 가능하게 되었으며, 평가기간 동안 재해율 감소에도 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
