With the advent of distributed computing and Web service technologies, lots of users have been requiring services that can conveniently obtain and/or support well-assembled information based on Web. For this reason, we are to construct Automatic Linking Support Systems for generating Web-based integrated information and supporting retrieval information according to user's various requirements. Our system organization is based on client/server system. A server environment consisted of automatic linking engine that can provide lexical analyzing, query processing and integrated document generating functions, and databases that are made of dictionaries, image and URL contents. Also, client environments consisted of Web editor that can generate integrated documents and Web helper that can retrieve them via automatic linking engine and databases. For client's user-friendly interfaces, web editor and helper programs can directly execute by down leading from a server without setup them before inside clients. For reducing server's overheads, Parts of server's executing modules are distributed to clients on which they can be executing. As an implementation of our system, we use the JDK 1.3, SWING for user interfaces like Web editor and helper, RMI mechanism for interaction between clients and a server, and SQL server 7.0 for database development, respectively. Finally, we showed the access procedures of automatic document linking engine and databases from Web editor or Web helper, and results appearing on their screens.

The importance of the call center as a contact point for the enterprise is growing. However, call centers have difficulty with their operating agents due to the agents' lack of knowledge and owing to frequent agent turnover due to downturns in the business, which causes deterioration in the quality of customer service. Therefore, through an N-bank call center case study, we developed a system to reduce the burden of keeping up business knowledge and to improve customer service quality. It is a "real-time agent advisor" system that provides agents with answers to customer questions in real time by combining AI technology for speech recognition, natural language processing, and questions & answers for existing call center information systems, such as a private branch exchange (PBX) and computer telephony integration (CTI). As a result of the case study, we confirmed that the speech recognition system for real-time call analysis and the corpus construction method improves the natural speech processing performance of the query response system. Especially with name entity recognition (NER), the accuracy of the corpus learning improved by 31%. Also, after applying the agent advisor system, the positive feedback rate of agents about the answers from the agent advisor was 93.1%, which proved the system is helpful to the agents.

In this study, we sought to investigate how animal-assisted therapy using therapy dogs affects the relationship between children's self-esteem and age. The subjects of the study were 20 children in the lower grades of elementary school in I City who were recommended by a school social worker and their homeroom teacher, and 10 control groups of 10 experimental groups were selected. From October 1st to December 17th, 2019, the program conducted an animal-mediated treatment program once a week for 50 minutes for 12 sessions. Using SPSS 20.0 for verification, the experimental and control groups were analyzed by performing pre- and post-relationship calm scale measurements of self-esteem and age. As a result, first, the overall self-esteem of the experimental group (Z = -2.75, p<.05), the self-esteem at home (Z = -2.02, p<.05), and the academic self-esteem (Z = -2.06, p<. 05) shows a statistically significant difference. Second, significant differences were shown in overall peer relationships(Z=-3.83, p<.05), scrupulosity(Z=-2.68, p<.05), and empathy(Z=-2.81, p<.05) in the experimental population. Therefore, in this study, it was confirmed that animal-assisted therapy using therapy dogs had a positive effect on the relationship between children's self-esteem and age.
