This paper was studied on developmental direction of Telecommunications system for aged welfare policy. The results of this study is as follow: An economic needs must development of home shopping system, home banking system and telecommuting system. A medical needs must development of medical support system, medical information system and telemedical support system. A house needs must development of home automatic system, internet system. A culture needs must development of event system, leisure information system. A traffic needs must development of automatic traffic geographical system, automatic operating system. An education needs must development of teleeducation system, knowledge studying support system.

The purpose of this study is to develop an experimental model for information needs assessment, which could be utilized to investigate the 'real' information needs of the user(or group). The focus was on the perspectives of users rather than those of system managers. In details, this study identifies the conceptual definition of the keyword 'information need', analyzes the limitation and problems the previously conducted needs assessments in this area, and finally, develops an experimental model based on the cognitive and affective variables which might influence both production and strength of information needs in the user(or group}. The model emphasizes four influencing variable, namely, individual, work-related, organizational(or institutional), and socio-cultural variables. Also discussed is the relationships among these variables.

2009년 경주 윌성 지역에 건설 중이던 중 저준위 방사성폐기물 처분장(이하 방폐장) 건설의 완공이 지하 동굴 굴진 공사중 연약 암반이 발견된 것과 관련하여 애초 계획보다 30개월 지연된다고 지식경제부와 방사성폐기물공단이 발표하였다. 경주 주민들은 이에 대해 방폐장 건설의 안전성에 의혹을 제기하면서 진상조사를 할 것을 요구하였고 지경부는 한국지질학회에 의뢰하여 진상조사단을 구성하여 지연 사유를 조사하도록 하였으며 조사 결과 발표회가 개최되었다. 그러나 이에 만족하지 않고 추가 조사 등을 요구하는 지역 주민들의 요구에 의해 '방폐장 현안사항 해결을 위한 지역 공동협의회'가 구성되었으며 이들이 구성한 '방폐장 안전성 검증조사단'이 방폐장 안전성 확인을 위해 현재 조사 활동을 수행하고 있다.

Recently, client requirements concept is an important issue related to many effects of firms. Especially, if we think that apartment is given a great deal of national construction industry, it is requested that we should try to improve apartment quality with various methods of client requirements survey and reflecting those on apartment project. The technique searching and applying client requirements to apartment project is requested for that and ROQ(Return On Quality) process connected to QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is a technique which is used in manufacturing industry and help to make money by rising client satisfaction with searching clients requirements, and applying this to quality improvement program. In this study apartment quality management development is suggested through using ROQ process. For this customer interview research and FGI(Focus Group Interview) was carried out and clients requirement was analyzed with this. Then quality improvement program applicable to developing a new apartment product was established with specialist monitoring. A new apartment quality management development plan is prosed with this process.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the information need of senior users of public libraries and to present ways to improve senior services based on this. To this end, demographics and public library statistics were analyzed, and opinions and demands on book collection, programs, services, and spaces were investigated for senior users of Gangseo-gu libraries. The survey was conducted with surveys and interviews, and based on the results of the survey, it was suggested that the improvement of senior service should be carried out to customized contents collection, program connecting the past, present and future, services with enhanced access and publicity and securing dedicated space for seniors.

환경대응문제는 인쇄사를 포함해 모든 분야에 걸쳐 커다란 테마이기도 하다. 또 거꾸로 환경대응이 기업의 세일즈포인트로서 자사를 특화하는 요소라고도 할 수 있다. 현재 발주자는 환경을 어떻게 받아들이고, 인쇄회사는 어떻게 이 문제에 대해 노력하고 있는지, 최근 발표된 일본인쇄산업연합회의 보고서 '순환형 경제사회에 있어서 인쇄시장 요구의 변화와 대응에 관한 조사연구보고서' 중에서 고객에 대한 앙케이트 조사결과(260사 회답) 및 앙케이트 조사의 보조수단으로서 실시한 청취조사결과로 본 고객의 환경대응 현황과 인쇄사에 대한 요구 현황에 관해 일부를 소개한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop competency model in preparation for training programs for CEO of vocational training institutes in terms of needs assessment. This study collected data from 230 public and designated vocational training institutes including commercial learning facilities and life-long training centers using questionnaire by web mail. The frame of assessing training needs of competency applied to this study was based on the model with three components, namely importance, proficiency and learning desires of job skill and task needed to CEO of vocational training institutes. The methodologies of this study used were survey, FGI and case study. The major results proved that the higher priorities of training needs for vocational training institute CEO competency were as followings: (1) Competency for attaining talent of training teachers (2) Needs assessing competency for labor market change and trainee (3) Problem solving competency (4) Leadership skills and so on.

Demands on customized educational programs for female students in college of engineering in university level make this study be launched and conducted. Literature reviews related to educational environments, psychological mechanism of female students and current status of conventional educational programs for them were provided. The related survey with 97 students in a university in Incheon was also conducted. Various statistical methods based on SPSS Window's 15.0 version were adopted and applied to analyze data which were collected through the survey. The result of data analysis addressed that female students appeared higher interests in gender recognition than male students do. This result was also proved by statistical analysis. Additional differential findings based on statistical analysis were gender roles and leaderships in classes, employment to the field of specialization and so on.

본 연구의 목적은 프로그램 언어(Perl/CGI, PHP)가 웹 어플리케이션의 개발성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 정보시스템의 복잡성과 프로그램 언어에 따른 프로그램의 생산성 효과 이론 등과 같은 선행연구(Wrigley & Dexter, 1991; McFarlan, 1981; Ha & McLean, 1985)와 연구 대상인 Perl/CGI와 PHP에 관한 이론을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 프로그램 인어(Perl/CGI, PHP)가 과업의 위험성(개발사 경험, 요구사항의 난이도)에 따라 개발성과 발생산성, 개발사 만족도)에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위한 모델을 개발하고 실험을 통해 이를 검증하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 사용 언어에 따른 집단별(초보자집단/전문가집단) 성과의 차이는 요구사항이 간단할 경우에는 초보자집단과 전문가집단 사이에 개발성과의 차이점을 발견할 수 없었다. 그러나 요구사항이 복잡할 경우에는 두 개의 프로그램 언어 모두에 대해 전문가 집단이 초보자 집단보다 개발성과가 높게 나타났다. 또한 사용 언어별 성과에서는 PHP를 사용하는 경우가 Perl/CGI를 사용하는 경우보다 개발자 경험이나 요구사항의 난이도와 관계없이 높은 개발성과를 보여 주었다.
