소방조직의 업무효율성과 이를 위한 직원 개개인의 업무수행능력의 검증과 확보라는 관점에서 업무에 있어서 요구되는 지식과 지침을 피드백 시켜 구성원에게 전달하고 적합한 방법을 통해 측정 및 평가함으로서 전문성의 고도화가 가능하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 이미 실시하고 있는 소방관 전문자격 인증제도를 검토하여 우리나라의 적용 가능성을 검토함을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다.

본회 소속 호스피스 기관은 PETAFO 기준에 따라 자격 등급을 평가한다. 평가는 최초 가입 시와 가입 후 1년마다 정기적으로 시행하고, 등급은 호스피스 형태별로 평가 종합점수에 따라 구분한다. 평가기준은 시행년도에 따라 변동될 수 있다. 자격등급을 평가하는 목적은 첫째, 우리나라 특성에 맞는 최상의 활동이 각 호스피스 형태에 따라 일정하게 유지되고, 둘째로 세계보건기구가 요구하는 수준과 일치시킴으로써 세계가 인정하는 양질의 호스피스 활동을 펼쳐나가는데 있다. 평가방법은 아래 질문 형식에 따라 각 기관 대표자 명의로 답변서를 작성하고 관련 자료를 첨부하여 제출하면 서류심사 및 실사로 이루어진다. 평가결과는 본회 회보와 호스피스 관련 언론지를 통해 발표한다.

원자력공사에 관련된 장치와 부속 기기를 설계 및 제작 또는 설치하려면 ASME에서 인증하는 자격이 필요하고, 자격을 취득하거나 갱신하기 위하여 시설, 품질보증 프로그램, 설계 및 제작능력등을 ASME 위원회의 실사를 받아야 한다. 이를 위한 일련의 과정 중에서 설계능력을 증명할 수 있는 설계해석 보고서를 제출하여야 하며 이를 위하여 현대중공업이 설계한 Chiler Surge Vessel의 설계조건 및 하중 및 하중조합에 대하여 Design Report를 작성하였으며, ASME Code의 요구조건을 모두 만족하는 것으로 평가되었다.

The presence of teacher is very important and it could be the core of making success or failure of education. Thus, most countries have a training program and employment system school teachers for guarantees to school teachers' qualification and profession. Teacher qualifications can be obtained by law, teacher recruitment examination for school in Korea. The Praxis tests are taken by individuals entering the teaching profession as part of the certification process required by many states and professional licensing organizations in U.S. Korea teacher employment test consist of 3 groups(1st, 2nd, 3rd test), 1st test measure general and subject-specific Knowledge. The U.S. teacher certification test consist of 3 groups(Praxis I, II, III), Praxis II measure knowledge of specific subjects that K-12 educators will teach, as well as general and subject-specific teaching skills and knowledge. The purposes of this study is to review teachers' certification and recruitment system comparative analysis examination questions in the Korea and U.S. This will allow for suggestions in the Korean teacher librarian employment test system.

The purpose of this research was to draw implications for preparing utilizing and management course assessment type of national technical qualification based on the awareness of teachers in industrial secondary vocational high schools. To achieve it, this researcher analyzed the awareness about management course assessment type of national technical qualification of teachers at industrial secondary vocational high schools and analyze possibility to introduce course assessment qualification, degree of agreement for expected effects, and importance and necessity for the matters to be considered when introducing management course assessment qualification. Concrete results of this research are as follows. First, the degree of understanding management course assessment type of national technical qualification at industrial secondary vocational high schools was common, but the degree of agreement for introducing goal, purpose, and necessities was low. Second, for the expected effects to be obtained when acquiring course assessment qualifications, there were acquisition of qualification at the same time of education, suggestion of studying goal from an angle of concrete and significant performance, systematic education based on NCS, possibility to develop and form training career, and possibility to acquire industrial field-centered knowledge and technology in order. Third, to draw priority of each item to be considered when introducing course assessment type of national technical qualification at industrial secondary vocational high schools, the importance and necessities were analyzed. As a result, for the sectors whose requirements are more than average, there were flexibility of course assessment type qualification classes, preparation of proper measure by NCS revision, relief of edited classes of necessity ability unit, etc.

최근 이슈화되고 있는 국가직무능력표준(NCS : National Competency Standard)에 관하여 "방송통신직종"에 대한 직무분석과 "자격검정"에 관하여 알아보고자 한다. 국가직무능력표준은 학벌 중심의 사회에서 능력 중심의 사회로 전환하기 위한 정부의 정책방향에 따라 856종의 표준을 14년도까지 완료하고, 이를 현장성 있게 학교교육(전문대학) 직업훈련 및 자격제도 개편을 하고자 시행되고 있다. 방송통신직종은 대분류가 정보통신이고, 중분류가 방송기술, 소분류가 방송제작기술, 방송플랫폼기술, 방송서비스로 세 분류가 있다. 또한 일부 콘텐츠적인 방송은 대분류 중에 문화 예술 디자인 방송에 속하여 있다. 결과적으로 "방송통신직종"의 자격검정 제도는 정보통신분야에 속하며, 국가직무능력표준에 따라 직무분석을 별도로 하기 보다는 현재의 검정제도를 순차적으로 변경토록 요구하도록 하여야 하며, 업무능력에 따른 경력자 관리도 이루어져야 할 것이다.

장례지도사는 임종순간부터 시신처리, 유골개장 등 시신에 가장 근접하여 이를 처리하고 관리 및 통제하는 전문인력이다. 미국이나 일본 등은 시신을 다루는 직업 종사자를 국민의 안정과 건강이라는 측면에서 국가 자격제도 혹은 국가공인 자격제도로 관리하고 있다. 이는 일정한 지식과 조건을 갖춘 자격있는 장례지도사가 시신과 관련시설을 전문적인 지식과 기능으로 관리하고 통제함으로써 각종 질병으로 부터 스스로를 보호함은 물론 이를 방문하는 공중의 위생과 건강을 담보하고자 하는 제도적 역할 때문이다. 이에 우리나라도 역시 장례지도사를 국가적 차원에서 관리하고 통제해야 한다고 생각한다. 더불어 우리나라의 문화에 가장 적합한 표준장례지도사 교육과정의 개발이 시급히 요구된다.

정보보호 시스템 평가제도는 안정성과 신뢰성이 검증된 시스템사용을 권장하고 이를 통해 정보보호 제품 개발을 유도하며 정보보호 산업 육성을 기여하기 위한 것이다. 최근 정보보호 제품의 해외 경쟁력 증대를 위하여 인증된 평가기관 설립의 필요성이 대두되고 있어 본 논문에서는 국내 환경에 적합한 국내 정보보호 시스템 평가인증 제도의 평가기관 자격 기준을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 해외 각 국의 인증 요구사항 및 절차를 항목별로 상세히 비교 분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 국내 실정에 맞는 국내 정보보호 시스템 평가기관 승인 요구사항을 도출하였다. 적절히 제안된 평가 기관 설립 기준안은 평가가기관의 추가 설립을 위한 기준안으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study investigated information technological factors in the qualifications of librarian job ads to identify major information technology skills and experiences for librarians. As the result of investigation, the major preferences for information technology skills and experiences are identified in each group of librarians such as administration and management, reference, technical service.

최근 국내 기업에서는 블라인트 테스트나 포트폴리오와 같은 자료를 활용하여 채용하는 추세이다. 지원자마다 개인의 역량이 다를 뿐만 아니라 기업에서 요구하는 기술/경험, 지원 자격, 특정 기술에 대한 경험을 요구한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 기업의 채용 공고에 기재된 지원 자격, 우대 기술, 우대 사항 등의 데이터와 지원자의 개인 역량(기술 스택, 전공 역량, 진행 프로젝트 등) 데이터를 활용하여 키워드를 추출한다. 지원자와 기업이 입력한 데이터를 통해 추출한 키워드들을 두 개의 집합으로 나눈 뒤 각각의 키워드를 할당한다. 할당받은 집합들을 비교하여 지원자의 정보가 기업의 채용 조건에 얼마나 부합하는지 계산한 후, 해당확률을 지원자에게 제공하는 방식의 시스템이다.
