오늘날의 컴퓨팅 시스템은 비즈니스 거래와 분산 업무 처리로 확대되어가고 있으며 정보 기술은 점차적으로 재사용성과 독립성 그리고 이식성을 가진 컴포넌트를 기반으로 한 응용 개발이 확산되고 있다. 컴포넌트 개발 형태는 코드의 재사용이나 클래스 라이브러리보다 좀 더 발전된 형태의 부품개발 형태로서, CBD(Component Based Development)를 기초로 한다. 그러나 CBD를 이용하여 새로운 컴포넌트를 구축하는 비용의 증가와 함께 비즈니스 요구사항에 맞는 컴포넌트 개발을 위한 노력이 필요하며, 빠르고 정확한 컴포넌트 정보를 지원할 수 있도록 시스템 측면에서 정규화 형태의 컴포넌트 모델이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 요구사항에 접근하고, 재사용성과 독립성, 그리고 이식성을 가진 컴포넌트를 추출하고, 컴포넌트를 대상으로 인터페이스 나타내고자 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대학 종합정보시스템 구축의 일부분인 구매관리 시스템을 분석 및 설계하여, 컴포넌트를 추출하고 컴포넌트 설계 모델을 제시한다.

기업, 개인에 있어 현재 많은 사람들이 인터넷을 통해 많은 행위를 하고 있다. 이중에 특히나 많은 Needs와 수요가 일어나고 관심 받고 있는 것은 e-Marketplace 이며 이중 구매하는 비중이 상당히 큰 분야가 B2B 구매시스템이다. 이에 해당 관련 시스템을 변경요청의 특성과 WBS에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 개선해야 하는 방법에 대해 사례 분석을 통해 연구하였다.

The users' needs are expanded because of developing of educational robot market. However, the technology development doesn't fully adopt customer needs. In general, the most products are followed not user needs but technology trajectory. In this paper, we try to define the educational robot functions from analyzing usage propensity and customer needs with Kano model. According to results, there are key functions based on customer needs such as remote student control, Internet search, educational contents search and study planner. If the four key functions are offered, user's positive attitude to robot will be increased.

2017년 UHD 본방송을 시작한 후 ESG, TIVIVA와 같은 부가서비스들이 지속적으로 도입되고 있다. 최근에 UHD 재난경보방송 도입 논의가 시작되었고, 서비스 방향을 TV에서 공공미디어로 확대하는 방안에 논의가 이어지고 있다. 재난경보방송의 대상이 TV가 아닌 다른 유형의 수신기들로 달라지면 서비스 시나리오도 달라진다. 기존의 아날로그 TV재난방송은 TV 화면에 자막으로 재난 문자가 표출되었고, DMB 재난경보방송은 내비게이션에서 알람음을 동반한 팝업창에 문자 메시지 형태로 표출되었다. UHD 재난경보방송 서비스가 공공미디어로 확장되기 위해서 역시 새로운 서비스에 관련한 다양한 연구가 요구된다. 이에 본 논문은 공공미디어를 통한 UHD 재난경보방송의 서비스 요구사항에 있어 3가지 연구 과제를 점화하고 있다. 우선 기존과 다른 재난 정보전달 서비스인 만큼 공공미디어를 통한 재난경보방송의 서비스 성격 정립이 필요하다. 그리고 공공미디어 수신 환경에 적합한 다양한 메시지 형식이 연구되어야 한다. 마지막으로 공공미디어를 통한 재난경보방송 시스템과 솔루션의 원격 관리 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

자바 언어는 그 객체지향성, 안전성, 유연성으로 인하여 현재 가장 널리 쓰이는 프로그래밍 언어의 하나가 되었으며, 자바 가상머신이 제공해주는 가비지 컬렉터로 인하여 프로그래머는 메모리 관리에 관한 많은 고민이 줄어들었다. 임베디드 환경에서 역시 자바는 강세를 나타내고 있으며 임베디드 환경의 특성을 반영한 가상 머신과 가비지 컬렉션 기법이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 힙이라고 불리는 메모리 영역을 크게 젊은 세대와 늙은 세대의 두 부분으로 나누어서 관리하며 각 세대는 그 특성과 요구사항에 적합하도록 각기 다른 기법을 적용한 가비지 컬렉터를 제안한다. 더불어 효과적인 가비지의 식별을 위한 쓰기 장벽과 2중 필터링 기법을 제안하고 있으며, 일반적인 방법으로 회수가 불가능한 순환적 구조의 가비지를 검출하여 회수하기 위한 이중 검사 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 임베디드 환경의 요구사항인 객체의 빠른 할당, 동작의 실시간성, 모든 가비지의 회수, 단편화 제거, 높은 지역성 등을 모두 만족한다.

The importance of design value engineering in construction projects recently is rising, which deal about in reduction of cost and improvement of quality. Especially, From half of this year 2005, It is predicted that the value engineering is necessary to be carried out in the projects having project cost more than 10 billion won. In increasing importance of value engineering, we require a way by which we accomplish value engineering systemically and effectively though it is not common in domestic situation. So, this case study shows a way in carrying out value engineering effectively. As the way is to apply QFD(Quality Function Deployment) in pre-study work of design value engineering, this is expected to contribute as function analysis and reflect the requirement of users or owners.

Requirements management is one of the most essential activities of systems engineering in developing successful weapon systems. Particularly it is very important to consistently manage the traceability among the user requirements, the system requirements, the development specifications and the testing plans throughout the entire life cycle of the weapon system. However, the most part of requirements-related activities has centered around the functional and performance requirements but the integrated logistics support(ILS) requirement has not properly been managed. In this regard, a special attention is needed to develop and manage the ILS requirements. To do so, the ANSI/EIA-632 standard can be referred as a starting point since the ILS requirements of the weapon system under development are specified by the enabling products whereas the functional and performance requirements are covered by the end product requirements. Specifically, we first review and model several cases of previous weapon systems development, which reveals the problem of interest. Then, under the framework of ANSI/EIA-632, we study a hierarchical model for effectively managing ILS requirements by analyzing the features of ILS requirements. Finally, the value of the proposed model is discussed through the case study of electronic warfare equipment.

SW사업 관련 법령은 공공기관이 SW사업을 진행하는데 반영되고 있고 사기업에도 SW프로젝트를 진행하는데 법적 효력을 가지고 있으며 프로젝트 성공을 위해 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 하지만 잦은 요구사항의 변경, 구체적이지 못한 요구사항, 비현실적인 일정과 예산 등으로 SW프로젝트의 성공을 보장받기 어렵다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 파악하기 위해 SW프로젝트를 수행하는데 근간이 되는 SW관련 주요법령이 SW프로젝트의 성공을 지원할 수 있는가를 연구하였고, 이를 위해 프로젝트관리 국제표준인 ISO 21500(Guidance on Project Management)의 지식 및 관리 영역과 SW관련 주요법령들을 비교하였다. 연구 결과로서 현행 SW 관련 주요법령들에 각각 범위, 시간, 비용, 위험을 의미하는 영역에서 차이를 보여 종합적인 보완이 요구된다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 공공기관이 SW사업 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기위해 관련 법령이 연구결과의 문제성을 명확히 제고토록 하고 공공SW사업은 물론, 국내 SW사업계가 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 양질의 환경이 될 수 있게 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze user requirements of photovoltaic generating facilities for detached houses. For the analysis, 202 households that installed photovoltaic generating facilities to conduct a survey. According to the survey results, users mainly demanded 'Reduction in self-burden amount' and 'Maintenance Services.' In addition, when conducting 'Education for photovoltaic generating facilities', they highly wanted to participated in it. Results on the installation status of photovoltaic generating facilities are as follows: Of locations where photovoltaic generating facilities are installed, the most households installed them on the roof, 54%. As for the angle in which photovoltaic module is installed, the range of $25{\sim}35^{\circ}$ was the most common and in the case of installation direction, southern exposure accounted for the rate of 93%. The monthly average generation of households surveyed is approximately 320kWh. Research on technology and policy to address user requirements shown in this study is deemed necessary in the future.

최근 급격히 증가하고 있는 모바일 데이터 트래픽으로 인하여 이를 효과적으로 수용할 수 있는 수동형 광 가입자망(PON: Passive Optical Network) 기술에 대한 요구사항도 높아져가고 있다. 특히, 서비스 제공 시간을 줄이고 망 신뢰성을 향상시키며 망 운용관리 비용을 줄이기 위하여 PON 인프라인 광 분배망(ODN: Optical Distribution Network) 링크에 대한 실시간 장애 검출 기술과 물리적 광 커넥션의 자동인식 및 통합관리 기술에 활발한 연구 및 표준화가 진행 중이다. 본고에서는 PON 링크의 실시간 장애 검출 기술 및 광 분배망 자동인식/통합관리 기술동향에 대하여 소개하고 연계된 국제 표준화 진행사항에 대해 알아본다. 마지막으로 ETRI에서 연구 개발 중인 스마트 RN(Remote Node) 기술에 대해 기술한다. 스마트 RN 기술은 장거리(60Km 이상), 고분기(128분기 이상) 추세로 진화되고 있는 PON망에 적용하여 자동화된 광계층의 장애 검출 및 ODN 인프라 자동인식/통합관리 기능을 제공한다.
