Vulnerability management is in compliance with security policies, and then, this is to ensure the continuity and availability of the business. In this paper, the application vulnerability management and IT infrastructure of the system is that it must be identified. And a viable vulnerability management plan should be drawn from the development phase. There are many that are not defined vulnerability in the area of identification and authentication, encryption, access control in identification and classification of vulnerabilities. They define the area without missing much in technical, managerial, and operational point of view. Determining whether the response of the identified vulnerability, and to select a countermeasure for eliminating the vulnerability.

2000년대에 들어오면서 전자정부 구현의 일환으로 중앙부처를 중심으로 전자문서관리시스템의 사용이 의무화되었다. 2004년 '공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률'에서 공공기관으로 규정된 국내의 모든 기관에서 전자문서시스템을 사용하기 시작하였고, 다가오는 2005년부터 자료관시스템의 도입이 의무화됨에 따라 국내의 공공기관에서 전자문서관리시스템의 사용은 더욱 확산될 전망이다 본 연구에서는 자료관시스템의 효율적인 도입 및 운영에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시하기 위하여 먼저 미국, 영국, 캐나다, 호주, 일본 등의 국가에서 이미 시행되고 있는 관련 시스템과 2003년 8원 정부기록보존소에서 제시한 '행정기관의 자료관시스템 규격'및 이를 근거로 하여 행정자치부로부터 인증 받은17개의 자료관시스템에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 인증 받은 시스템을 도입하여 사용 중에 있는 4 군데의 시범 기관의 운영 사례를 시스템 자체의 문제점, 운영상의 문제점, 관리상의 문재점 등에 초점을 맞추어 살펴봄으로써 현행 자료관시스템 규격의 개선점 및 자료관시스템 운영에 있어서의 필수적인요건을 제시하였다.

This paper describes difficulties for the producer's distribution and the user's acquisition of the spatial data because the circulation of them is complicated according to its kind in Korea. The way to overcome these difficulties would be to develop the clearing house system to incorporate GIS technology on Internet. This research proposes the problem statement, the architecture, and the operating environment of the system. The system contains the functions such as metadata generation, metadata registration, metadata version management, catalogue creation and update, reports generation, forms processing, metadata search, payments, GIS information pool, and spatial data browsing.

The purpose of this study is to examine contract management method with regard to Direct Payment of Subcontract Payment outlined in Article 14 of The Fair Trade Subcontract Transactions Act. The literature research and deductive demonstration are adopted as research method. And the findings of this study are as followed. (1) The study has shown the closer interpretation on the legal condition and the impact of Direct Payment of Subcontract Payment. (2) The study has revealed the solution for the questions concerning Direct Payment of Subcontract Payment by exploring and demonstration. (3) The study has suggested contract management method for contractual parties with respect to Direct Payment of Subcontract Payment.

개방화시대에 제품의 국제경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 Unix나 Tandem 환경의 시스템운영관리 측면에서 실시간 모니터링 운영의 효율성이 증대 하고 있고 이를 바탕으로 서비스의 품질 및 기술력 향상과 고객만족 서비스 등 경제성이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 기존의 시스템관리 기능의 운영측면에서 보다는 보다 더 다양한 고객의 요구가 반영이 가능한 새로운 형태의 실시간 업무지원이 가능한 모니터링 시스템 개발이 필요한 시점이다. 기존의 시스템관리 기능에서 보다 업무지원이 기능이 강하된 모니터링 툴 이다. 즉 업무(Application) 프로세스의 장애현상에 따른 무응답을 사전 감시하고 System의 자원사용현황을 개발 및 운영자 위주의 실시간으로 감시환경 모니터링 서비스 제공이 가능한 기능으로 설계 따라서 시스템관리에서 보다 안정적인 운영을 제공 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 업무 프로세스의 장애를 점검할 수 있는 모니터링 툴 검토하여 실무자를 통하여 업무장애 유형에 따른 감시항목 및 의견 수렴, 요건정의에 따른 업무설명회 수행, 탠덤 시스템 모니터링 프로젝트 수행 필요한 기능을 개발 할 것이다. 또한 시스템 운영자 입장에서 실시간 모니터링 서비스를 통하여 업무(Application)프로그램의 전송지연 및 장애 원인을 한눈에 파악 점검 하도록 하며 각 기능별 시스템(System)별 장애 감시 통하여 사용자에서 현재 상태를 종합음성경보(SMS) 구축 연계하여 지원한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 중요한 요소로 기존의 많은 Unix나 Tandem 환경의 시스템관리 기능을 비교 분석을 통하여 보다 효율성이 높은 고객서비스 기능과 업무지원이 가능한 실시간 시스템관리 모니터링 툴을 개발 한다.

본 연구는 미국과 유럽의 채권 전자거래에 대한 제도를 분석한 후, 우리나라의 채권 전자거래에 대해 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 미국과 유럽에선 채권 전자거래 시스템(Electronic Trading System, 이하 ETS)의 영업행위가 원칙적으로 증권 중개업의 관점에서 규제된다. 이러한 방향의 규제 체계는 다양한 형태의 채권 ETS가 등장할 수 있도록 하여 채권시장의 발전에 기여한다. 둘째, 우리나라의 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항 및 $\ulcorner$증권거래법시행령$\lrcorner$ 84조의27 6항은 다양한 형태의 채권 ETS의 등장을 원천적으로 봉쇄함으로써 채권시장의 발전을 저해하고 있다. 셋째, 현행 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항은 주식 및 선물거래에 대해서 계속 적용하되 채권거래에 대해서는 그 적용이 유보될 필요가 있다. 이를 통하여 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$은 주식시장을 활성화 시키는 순기능을 유지하면서 채권 ETS의 등장을 원천적으로 봉쇄하는 역기능을 피할 수 있다. 넷째, $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항이 채권거래에 대해서 적용되지 않는다면, $\ulcorner$증권거래법시행령$\lrcorner$ 84조의27 6항은 삭제되어야 하며, 대신에 증권거래법은 채권 ETS의 활동 범위와 요건을 정의해 주어야 한다. 채권 ETS의 활동은 원칙적으로 증권업자의 중개활동으로 간주되어야 한다. 채권 ETS의 중개 규모가 일정 수준을 넘어설 경우 거래소에 준하는 보고, 공시 및 감시 요건이 부과되는 것이 바람직하다. 다섯째, 채권시장의 효율성을 강화하기 위해서 채권 ETS에 대해서 적용되는 투명성 강화, 시장분할 방지, 공정거래 등에 대한 규제는 거래 대상의 특성에 따라서 탄력적으로 조정될 수 있어야 한다.

Recently, the BIM paradigm in domestic and foreign countries has been recognized as a momentum that can enhance productivity, efficiency, and collaboration of work in the construction industry. In this aspect, some countries have driven the development of BIM guideline to introduce and apply the Open BIM which is IFC-based BIM. Whereas, introduction and application of the BIM in Korea has been tried partly by several government agencies, public companies, design and construction companies. To promote the proliferation in the BIM use, therefore, the guideline needs to be developed first of all than anything else. In this context, this study addresses the trends of the BIM guidelines of foreign countries and strategic directions necessary for developing the Open BIM guideline.

The General Conference of International Labour Organization adopted the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 which created a single, coherent instrument embodying as far as possible all up-to-date standards of existing international maritime Conventions and Recommendations in its Ninety-fourth session on 23 February 2006. This Convention prescribes the social security for seafarers in the Regulation 4.5 in the Title 4. Regulation 4.1-Medical care on board ship and ashore and Regulation 4.2-Shipowner's liability are related to social security for seafarers. For the purpose of ratifying this Convention in our country, first of all, it is necessary to review the domestic laws and regulations concerned whether they fulfill or not the requirements of the Convention and have to make preparation insufficient sections. Therefore, this paper aims to find out different regulations between the domestic law and the Convention, as to be able to accept the requirements regarding the social security of the Convention, also suggest the solution on problems derived in this process.

Six sigma management has obtained good results in manufacturing and service industry as a new innovation approach to improve the enterprise-wise quality processes. However, there are lacks of implementation cases in the construction industry and furthermore, a results from a few cases applied is not successful enough to draw an attraction against the six sigma method. The main goal of this paper is to provide a comparative study regarding the pre-requisite conditions for the application of six sigma to the construction industry. Then, it present a generic procedure model that can support the introduction of six sigma management. Finally, the model is verified through the case study and lessons learned form a case are presented.

In this research, we attempt to discuss about the subject reference service from a marketing point of view, especially from a perspective of customer relationship management(CRM), and examine how this service actually functions to build the relationships with users of academic libraries, especially with faculty members. To carry out the research, a focus group interview was conducted with subject specialists, and also individual in-depth interviews with faculty members. In addition, we also discuss about characteristics of subject specialists which affect the relationship with the faculty members in a college environment. This study is meaningful as it discussed purposes of and characteristics in subject reference service from user' viewpoint and the perspective of CRM.
