It is defined in the internal standard of the NAK namely a NAK/G8-1:2013(v.1.) such as TIFF, PNG, PDF/A, JPEG 2000 as a Long-Term Preservation Master File for internal Standardization of Paper Archives in the Central Archives of Korea. This study reviewed the possibility that JPEG format could be a standard as a Long-Term Preservation Master File for internal Standardization of Paper Archives in the Central Archives of Korea. I pointed to the unique characteristics of JPEG file format and analysed and compared with TIFF format that is a representative master file. Through this study, I suggested that JPEG format also should be additionally included in the standard, as a master file, because it meets a qualification and functional requirements of master file and can guarantee the authenticity, reliability, integrity and usability. The meaning of this study is that JPEG format, be added to master file standard, can set up a environment that has lots of benefit in the domain of usability, compatibility to user as well as the authenticity, reliability, integrity.

The research on the archiving performing arts has recently been conducted on various aspects in Korea, but there has been no research or attempts to build a digital archive that can systematically identify the information on classical music performances in one place and get the past performance information. In this study, we proposed a participatory archive portal for providing, preserving and servicing information on all classical music performances, and tried to design the functions based on the requirements of the performance archive portal identified in previous research. We identified and proposed functional requirements of the portal, reorganized the characteristics of classical music performance information, and designed metadata elements. Then we presented the design and implementation direction of search and facet navigation, as well as user participation and communication functions. Lastly, we developed a prototype that implemented the requirements of the interface.

The object of this study is to help the government-affiliated public institutions, which are ahead of the Immediate Disclosure of Original Official Documents in 2016, to conduct a systematic disclosure of the original official documents on the basis of records management. As of now, many government-affiliated public institutions are facing difficulties in systematically conducting the immediate disclosure of original official documents as they lack specialists in records managements, let alone a system for carrying out the procedures. In this situation, the study induces insights on this matter by inspecting former cases of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, and of Seoul Metropolitan Government. Moreover, the study examines the examples of three government-affiliated public institutions, which are establishing a records management system to better cope with the immediate disclosure of original official documents. The institutions are in the beginning stages of building up a system for records management and immediate disclosure of original official documents. Therefore, the characteristics of these institutions must be considered in working out the strategy for immediate disclosure of original official documents. For this reason, this study reflected the attributes of each institute in establishing a self-developed records management system; in which, the disclosure of original documents based on registrars and records management system is made possible. This study also suggests functional requirements that must be included in coping with the immediate disclosure of original official documents.

This paper introduces the basic concepts and requirements of database system based on the object-oriented paradigm,and presents the overview of the design of an object-oriented data base system which refects those conceprs and requirements . The system imolemented on C++,consists of three structure layers.The inner layer, which is in fact a storage system,performs file I/O,while the inermediate layer is responisible for most of the functions except the ones rerated to the user interface, such as the transaction management,the schema manage-ment,and the management of buffers in main memory etc.The outer layer,designed mainly for the uwerunteface,mot only privides the functions for graphical user interface,preprocessor,and interpreter etc,but also supports extended SQL for object-oriented features.

The research and laboratory records management is the prerequisite for quality research. Quality research assurance system can work out on the sound basis of quality research records management. It is an important task that establishing a proper research and laboratory records system for obtaining quality of research according to the rapid growth of Research and Development area in Korea and the trend of electronic laboratory notebooks. The purpose of this study is to identify issues and find a direction for solutions related to the research and laboratory records management systems. For this after analysing previous studies and current status related to the research records management and GLP(Good Laboratory Practice) is benchmarked as a best practice for quality research, some suggestions for enhancement of research records management are given as a result.

This study was started from a critical mind for the construction records management in South Korea and examined the state of the construction records management system of the Korea Rail Network Authority which is constructing the biggest Express Railway Construction of National Project in Korea. The Methodology of this study is based on the functional requirement of the Records Management International Standard, ISO 15489, which standardized the record management process in the cases of Record Capture, Declaration, Classification, Storage, Access, Tracking and Disposition. In regard to the functional requirements from Capture to Disposition, each level(title) consists of 3 to 4 items, for a total of 22 principles in all. The estimation was created for each of the 22 categories using 4 levels: observance, partial observance, insufficiency and non observance. And pointing out the problem, suggesting the improvements for the Korea Rail Network Authority and structural improvements according to the KS X ISO 15489 principles.

본 논문에서는 원자력발전소의 설계에 필요한 인간공학 업무를 원활하게 지원하기 위하여 설계 현안 관리체계(DIMS)를 제안하였다. 설계현안 관리체계에는 설계요건 DB 시스템, 현안추적 시스템, 현안의 중요도 평가 시스템 등이 포함되어 있어서 설계과정을 지원할 수 있다. 또한, CFMS 검토에 응용한 사례를 약술하여 실무적인 활용과정을 설명하였다.

This article introduces definition and theoretical background of the managing records for ISO 9000 compliance, especially, quality record management and describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records in engineering corporation. To establish the best control system of quality records, the organization must not only understand ISO Code requirements for quality record completely but also identify the documents to be controlled as a quality records correctly. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.

방위산업체는 방위산업기술을 전략적으로 관리하여야 한다. 이를 위해 본 고에서는 첫째 방위산업기술 관련 정보를 영업 비밀로 보호하여야 할 실익이 무엇인지를 "부정경쟁방지 및 영업비밀보호에 관한 법률"상 영업비밀의 보호목적, 성립요건 등을 "방위산업기술보호에 관한 법률"를 비교하면서 살펴본다. 둘째, 서울중앙지방법원 2017. 6. 30.자 2017카합80727결정을 검토하면서 전형적인 영업비밀 사건과 달리 방위산업기술과 관련한 사건에서 유의해야 할 점을 검토하여 영업비밀과 방위산업기술 관리 인식 등을 제고하고자 한다.

디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준" 건설CALS/EC 체계 내에서 사용되는 공정 공사비 관리를 위한 디지털 수량산출정보 관련 표준의 기본 요건을 정의하고 참여주체간의 효율적인 수량산출정보의 교환 및 공유기반을 마련함을 목적으로 2011년 4월에 제정되었다. 해당표준의 활용성과 확장을 위하여 스키마를 추가 개발하며, 건설사업관리시스템과 연동하여 사업참여 주체간 정보공유와 관리가 가능하도록 하였다.
