ICT와 다른 기술의 융합이 가속화되면서 주력 산업을 비롯하여 제조업과 서비스 산업에서 IT를 활용한 가시적 성과가 창출되고 있는 추세이다. ICT 융합은 기술발전, 국가 정책 수요증대, 일반 국민의 니즈 확산을 기반으로 안전, 건강, 교육, 복지, 환경 등 인간생활과 밀착된 분야로 외연이 확대되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 생활밀착형 ICT 융합 서비스의 국내외 추진 동향을 살펴보고 공간 환경별 다양한 서비스 유형과 종류를 도출하며 향후 서비스 활성화를 위한 R&D 방향을 제언하고자 한다.

We evaluate the income-led growth policies introduced in the first year of 'the Moon Government', and try to find ways to extend policy packages. We emphasize the expansion of fountain effects, reinforcing trickle-down effects, and fiscal expansion. Nevertheless, we still face two deep problems. It is hard to reverse the long-run downward growth trend due to population decline. It is also hard to overcome the chronic inefficiency in resource allocations originated from the Korea-specific monopolistic structure. We still can take advantage of income-led policy, but the growth effect will be limited if our efforts just remain in mild improvement of income distribution. We have to challenge the broader reform agenda if we really aim at great paradigm shift.

Nowadays, urbanized area expands its boundary, and distribution of urbanized area is gradually transformed into more complicated pattern. In Korea, SMA(Seoul Metropolitan Area) has outstanding urbanized area since 1960. But it is ambiguous whether urban distribution is clustered or dispersed. That is to say, it is difficult to understand spatial distribution pattern of urbanized area, although urbanized area has grown gradually. This study aims to show the way in which expansions of urbanized area impact on spatial distribution pattern of urbanized area. We use GIS analysis based on raster dataset, quadrat analysis, and nearest neighbor analysis to know distribution pattern of urbanized area in time-series urban growth. Experiments show that cohesion of SMA's urbanized area had increased to the early 1980s, but has decreased from the middle 1980s. Also, urban growth of SMA has been characterized not by spillover growth but by leapfrogging growth and road-influenced growth since the middle 1980s.

There was few research dealing with the cultural property or the arts of Southeast Asia before, however many articles and books on the arts of Southeast Asia were published since 2008. There are more than 50 papers dealing Southeast Asian art during the period. It was Vietnamese ceramics and the Buddhist relics of Indonesia which paid attention among those articles. This was relevant to the launching of the Humanities Korea (HK) project by the National Research Foundation in 2007. A study on Southeast Asian arts from each of eleven countries is difficult to achieve outstanding results in a short period of time. Since art historical approach is quite a professional field, the growth of research is limited. Since art historical approach is a professional field, the growth of research is limited. At this point we can say the research on Southeast Asian art are developed in an unbalanced extent in the limited area focused on ceramics and sculptures. Over the past decade, the research on Southeast Asian art has developed, but we still need more experts in specific regions and fields. For establishing the art history as a field of regional studies, it is imperative to cultivate specialists in each region for the profound and balanced understanding the value of Southeast Asian art.

화합물 관련 한국어 문서는 화합물 정보를 추출하여 그 용도를 발견할 수 있는 중요한 문서임에도 불구하고 자연어 처리를 위한 말뭉치의 구축이 되지 않아서 활용이 어려웠다. 이 연구에서는 최초로 한국 특허 문서에서 한국어 화합물 개체명 인식(Chemical Named Entity Recognition, CNER)을 위한 말뭉치를 구축하였다. 또한 구축된 CNER 말뭉치를 기본 모델인 Bi-LSTM과 KorBERT 사전학습 모델을 미세 조정하여 개체명 인식을 수행하였다. 한국어 CNER F1 성능은 Bi-LSTM 기반 모델이 83.71%, KoCNER 말뭉치를 활용하는 자연어 처리 기술들은 한국어 논문에 대한 화합물 개체명 인식으로 그 외연을 확대하고, 한국어로 작성된 화합물 관련 문서에서 화합물 명칭뿐만 아니라 물성, 반응 등의 개체를 추출하고 관계를 규명하는데 활용 될 수 있을 것이다.

The term, Degree Number, was religiously re-interpreted by Jeungsan (甑山) Kang Il-Sun (姜一淳, 1871~1909) and used by him to imply 'the principle of ruling the world.' It was especially the case that his usage of Degree Number referred to the new law that will rule during the Later World, and the significance of this was promoted during Jeungsan's Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth. And Jeongsan (鼎山) Jo Cheol-Je (趙哲濟, 1895~1958), who received a revelation from Jeungsan, established new religious movements including Mugeuk-do and Taegeuk-do and gave a broader meaning to the term Degree Number which he adopted from Jeungsan. He endowed it with the additional meaning of 'all the religious activities performed to achieve an ideal world.' In the history of Korean religions, Degree Number was newly interpreted by the religiously-gifted Jeungsan, who appeared at the end of the Joseon Dynasty. The lineage of religious thought related to Degree Numbers was constantly transmitted through Mugeuk-do and Taegeuk-do both of which were founded by Jeongsan Jo Cheol-Je. Later, Park Han-Gyeong (朴漢慶, 1917~1996) succeeded this lineage when he established Daesoon Jinrihoe in 1969. Religious thought related to Degree Numbers came from Jeungsan's self-realization that he was 'Sangje (the Supreme God).' The thought was also formed by his religious declaration wherein he changed the Degree Number of mutual contention in the Former World to that of mutual beneficence in the Later World. What Jeungsan emphasized was the fluidity of Degree Numbers. Just like human beings are never able to escape from the bonds of their destiny, in Jeungsan's thought, forced or ordained cosmic orders do not exist. In the outworn world of the past, which has been defined as the Former World, the Degree Number was recognized as the ordained law and norm, but as the Later World was coming, Jeungsan recalibrated the Degree Number and defined it anew through his own authority and power as the Supreme God. Jeongsan recalibrated many Degree Numbers throughout his life. The number of Degree Numbers which Jeungsan recalibrated is relatively fewer than that of Jeongsan, who inherited the thought of Jeungsan, and then went on to categorize almost every major religious activity he performed a Degree Number. In this context, Jeungsan's 'Degree Number' became expanded and broadened in terms of its scope.

In this study, the structural behavior by the details of the lap region with the headed bar was estimated through finite element analysis. To solve the finite element analysis of the anchorage region with complex contact conditions and nonlinear behavior, a quasi-static analysis technique by explicit dynamic analysis was performed. The accuracy of the finite element model was verified by comparing the experimental results with the finite element analysis results. It was confirmed that the quasi-static analysis technique well reflected the behavior of enlarged headed bar connection. As a result of performing numerical analysis using 21 finite element models with various development lengths and transverse reinforcement indexes, it was confirmed that the increase of development length and transverse reinforcement index improved the maximum strength and ductility. However, to satisfy the structural performance, it should be confirmed that both design variables(development length and transverse reinforcement index) must be enough at the design criteria. In the recently revised design standard(KDS 14 20 52 :2021), a design formula of headed bar that considers both the development length and the transverse reinforcing bar index is presented. Also the results of this study confirmed that not only the development length but also transverse reinforcing bars have a very important effect.

This research aimed to design and develop a mobile-website mixed business model and smartphone based mobile application for the purpose of mobile fashion content distribution. We have implemented a mobile interface and trading system supporting self production of content, use, share, and user's self-up. And we proposed its market access strategy for the expansion of fashion contents transactions. To do this, the existing status of research and benchmarking for mobile app of fashion contents related were studied. As a result of the study, Android, iOS-based mobile applications were developed, but there are some business problems such as low awareness, low entry barriers, and the poor fashion content compared to the size of industry. Because this system provide the fashion contents of affiliated companies to users, it needs to expand cooperation and to promote the partnership with fashion blog, cafes, and fashion magazines.

The goal of this study is to propose the plan for activating collection services of public library in Seoul. For this goal, author analyzed and compared the core infrastructure, collection services, and their correlation of public libraries in 16 local governments and evaluated environment and the current situation of collection service of public libraries in Seoul. Based on the these results, author suggested five plans or strategies for vitalizing the collection services of public libraries. All public libraries in Seoul must maximize the visibility of the new collections, supply the culture(life-long learning) programs based on library collections, expand the breadth of the collection service through library cooperation system, strengthen interlibrary loan by establishment of the collaborative repository, and raise the awareness of the citizens about the library and collections.

The public library is the local centre and gateway of knowledge and information. Therefore, the library should be funded and operated by local government and the governing body will be responsible for matters of policy of the library. However, recently public libraries in Korea have faced enormous policy challenges such as the damage of its identity, outsourcing or contracting-out of management, and the general chaos of its administrative system. This paper aims to analyze the current level of infrastructure and policies of public libraries and to review the wrong path and the right path of library policies focused on establishing a library foundation and outsourcing library management in Seoul and Incheon.
