노지에서 재배되는 실외작물의 경우 외부 환경에 노출되어 재배되기에 생육 또는 수학시기가 외부 요인에 많은 영향을 받는다. 이러한 외부 요인 중 과일의 당도 및 수확량에 많은 영향을 미치는 요인은 바로 날씨이다. 고온의 날씨 또는 저온의 날씨가 지속되거나 강한 풍속, 적절한 강수가 이루어지지 않을 경우 과일의 당도가 낮아지거나, 흠집이 발생할 수 있어 과일 도매가격에 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 월별 평균 온도, 강우량, 습도, 일사량, 최대풍속 등의 날씨 관련 데이터와 제사 또는 명절에 자주 사용되는 과실류인 배, 단감, 사과, 수박의 도매가격간의 상관관계를 분석을 통해 얻은 결과로 추후 농산물 가격 예측 또는 과일 가격 예측 연구에 기여를 하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 기업에서 내부현금흐름과 부채가 투자지출과 어떠한 관계에 있는가를 분석함으로서 외부자금조달의 제약 및 대리인 문제가 투자지출에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, 전체 기간에 대하여 투자지출은 내부현금흐름과 강한 양(+)의 관계를 나타내어 외부 자금조달의 제한이 투자지출에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 표본을 분류하여 분석한 결과, 단독기업이 재벌기업에 비해 정보비대칭 문제가 심각하므로 더 큰 외부자금조달의 제한에 직면할 것이라는 증거는 발견되지 않았으며, 주식시장의 장세에 따른 분석결과, 주가 상승기에 투자지출과 부채비율은 두드러진 음(-)의 관계를 형성함으로서 이 시기에는 부채가 투자를 억제하는 요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 IMF 이후 1998년에는 내부현금흐름이 투자지출에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 투자기회가 적은 기업에서만 부채의 계수가 유의적인 음(-)으로 나타나 IMF 이전과는 다른 양상을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of local community resident-participation factor on the local community resident-participation determinant and the formation of social capital. Accordingly, questionnaire method was used for 389 residents in A-dong that have participated in community building projects in Busan region to analyze their demographical factor & residential area factor and local community resident-participation factors of satisfaction of neighborhood environment, satisfaction of administrative support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness effects. The analysis results showed that first, the satisfaction of outside support and neighbor connectedness were found to be the main factors. Second, the satisfaction of outside support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness showed meaningful effects in the state where these factors were controlled. Third, the effects of each social capital sub-element were verified and the results showed that while trust and network had meaningful effects on satisfaction of outside support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness effects, norm of reciprocity showed meaningful effects on gender, house ownership status, local attachment and neighbor connectedness, thereby showing differences. Based on these study findings, implications and suggestions were presented.

This study suggests external knowledge search as a way of creating knowledge and efforts for reaching out to the innovation and examines the relationship between innovation speed and the breadth and depth of external knowledge search. As a part of efforts to overcome the limitations of the routines of external knowledge search in the domestic market, the efforts of a firm to enter the foreign market have been examined with a moderate effect. Although previous research focused on exploration of external knowledge that is mostly effected in single country or similar industry, this study expands it by introducing the concept of market expansion and empirically inspect the interaction effect. 818 valid samples used in this study are based on the innovation survey published by STEPI and empirical results are as follows. First, the breadth and depth of external knowledge search have a positive impact on innovation speed. Second, export performance as the effect of expanding the market has a moderating effect on the speed of innovation. Third, younger companies prefer various networks while older companies prefer depth networks in order to increase the speed.

본 연구는 보론이 첨가된 저합금강 용접 열영향부에서의 보론 편석 거동 연구를 위해 보론이 10ppm 첨가된 저합금강을 이용하여 다양한 용접 입열량 및 외부 응력에 따른 용접부 CGHAZ의 보론 편석거동을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 Gleeble 시스템을 이용하여 다양한 입열량에 따른 CGHAZ를 열 및 열-응력 사이클을 통하여 재현하였다. 재현된 시편의 미세조직은 OM을 통하여 분석하고, 보론의 편석거동을 SIMS와 PTA 분석법을 통하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 입열량에 따른 보론의 편석 거동은 최초 입열량이 증가함에 따라 보론의 편석이 증가하다가 다시 감소하였는데 이는 비평형 편석 후 고온에서 유지시간이 길어짐에 따라 back diffusion 발생에 따른 영향으로 판단된다. 또한 외부 응력에 의한 보론 편석 거동 분석 결과, 용접 열 사이클 중 작용하는 외부 응력에 의해 결정립계 편석 감소하였는데 이는 외부 응력에 의한 오스테나이트 결정립 크기 감소에 따른 결정립계 증가의 영향으로 판단된다.

This study analyzed the cause of Corona Blue and tried to find out ways to improve the mental health of our society. The external activities decreased and the household economy got worse after COVID-19, so Corona Blue increased. The media use and the negative media information problems increased Corona Blue. The online activities had no effects. In order to relieve Corona Blue, it was suggested to increase the external activities personally, to make the social and economic conditions of women and the economic weaker better, to improve the quality of media disaster information, and for the media consumer to use the media properly.

The production management is one of the essential capabilities of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information technology sector (IT). Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the effects of such important factors as external information network diversity and manufacturing capability on IT SMEs' production management capability. Based on the 310 data collected from Korean SMEs in the IT sector, the ordinary least squares regression results from this study by using the SPSS version 22 have empirically shown that IT SMEs' external information network diversity has a positive and significant effect on their production management capability and this effect is fully mediated by their manufacturing capability. These findings provide a meaningful implication that the positive impact of IT SMEs' external information network diversity is linked to their production management capability through their manufacturing capability.

This paper deals with the influence of fungi for the thermal protective cork-based exterior insulator which protect a missile system from aerodynamic loads and heating during flight of missile. We consider the adhesion of cork-based composite on the composite motor case which fabricated by filament winding process. We also consider the importance of the requirement analysis for effective, successful system development under given system conditions. In order to develop the basic requirement analysis for the thermal protective cork-based exterior insulator, an experimental requirement analysis was accomplished, and some experimental comparing results, the study for preventing fungi are presented.

This paper investigate the impact of external financing constraints(EFC) on the dividend policy(cash dividend ratio) and the impact of interaction of ownership structure((1)the percentage of shares held by external blockholder who owns at least 5% of equity(5% BHR), (2) the percentage of shares held by foreign investors(Foreign), (3) the percentage of shares by insider shareholders(Insider)) and external financing constraints on the dividend policy. The purpose mentioned above are empirically tested using 370 firm-year data listed on the Korean Exchange(KRX) with multiple regression method. Summarizing the results of analysis as following; Firstly, we find that EFC has negative relationship with cash dividend ratio. Secondly, interaction of 5% BHR and EFC has positive relationship with cash dividend ratio. Also, interaction of Foreign and EFC has positive relationship with cash dividend ratio. But, Insider and EFC has negative relationship with cash dividend ratio. This study contributes to research related to dividend policy by recognizing that ownership structure influences the dividend policy.

This study is an empirical research on what effects public tax officers' pride, external image, and organization identification as tax specialists have on their organizational commitment. The results of the verification showed that their organizational commitment gets deeper as their satisfaction about pride, external image, and organization identification get greater. In order to meet the public interest in taxation and the demand of the time with positive attitudes and facilitate the functions of the taxation administration, public tax officers' organizational commitment should be intensified by increasing their pride as tax specialists, enhancing external images of the taxation administration, making substantial and realistic efforts, and letting public tax officers have organization identification.
