  • 산업보건사업은 사업장 외부 민간 기관 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 대부분 사업장에서는 전문산업보건기관에 위탁형태로 보건관리가 이루어진다. 민간기관의 수익사업으로 사업장 외부에서 제공되는 위탁 운영형태는 자본과 인력이 취약한 초기에는 빠르게 산업보건사업이 자리 잡을 수 있었다.

  • R&D (Research and Development) investment by companies and the government continues to increase, and the total R&D expenditure of public and private sectors in 2021 reached KRW 102 trillion, and the ratio of R&D investment to GDP was 4.96%. It ranks second in the world after Israel. This study analyzes the current status of the domestic R&D service industry and the research and development (R&D) innovation ecosystem based on the business activity survey data of the National Statistical Office in terms of improving R&D productivity of domestic R&D investment that has exceeded 100 trillion won, and analyzes the global R&D service industry and analyzes the global research service industry and R&D service Industry support government policy As a result of the analysis, in the domestic R&D ecosystem, the R&D outsourcing demand of service companies is rapidly increasing, compared to the stagnant R&D outsourcing demand of traditional manufacturing companies. In order to respond to these changing demands for technological innovation, this study suggests balanced support for R&D outsourcing for manufacturing and service companies, expansion of domestic R&D outsourcing, establishment of R&D outsourcing strategies specialized for the service industry, establishment of an open R&D ecosystem, and innovation in connection with materials/parts/equipment strategies.

The Effects of Internal Marketing Activities by Contracted Food Service Management Company (위탁급식전문업체의 내부마케팅 전략에 관한 효과분석)

  • The purpose of this study were to a) clarify the current practice of internal marketing by contracted food service management companies, b) analyze the effectiveness of current internal marketing practices. The survey was conducted between October 12 and November 2, 2002 with the 10 contracted food service management companies; 6 large, and 4 small & medium sized companies. No significant difference was existed with the categories of internal marketing. However significant differences were existed with the service education, sanitary education, periodic interviews, rewards for best employees, incentive payments, paid -leave allowances, job function allowances, and position classes including unit manager, dietician and cook of MBO. The actual administration of internal marketing strategies showed that, the significant differences were existed with education, paid-leave, and employee welfare systems among position classes. Also the significant differences were existed with all categories of internal marketing between large and small & medium sized companies. In general, small & medium sized companies score of the internal marketing performance was lower than that of large sized companies. Therefore, the segmented internal marketing strategies depending on the analysis not only demand for employees but also the size of company, were required to be an effectively and efficiently managed contracted food management companies.

  • Nowadays, it is increasing that corporates consign tasks related to the personal information processing to the consignees for efficiency and quality improvements and cost reductions. As the consignments are increased, there are increases on types and amounts of personal information. Therefore, the needs on the information managements and the security threats are increased. This report will analyze the laws that consignors and consignees should follow. Moreover, it identifies issues and analyzes the current levels on consignees in terms of the personal information protection so that the consignors can come up with the best and efficient way to monitor the consignees when they consign the personal information processing tasks.

  • 교육전산망이 상용망 서비스 업체들에 위탁 운영되면서 각 대학은 자신의 교내 전산망을 다양한 방법으로 외부와 연결하여 사용하고 있다. 이런 환경하에서 대학들이 전산망 운영정책을 효과적으로 결정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 지원 체계가 거의 없다. 본 논문은 대학의 외부망 다원화에 따른 전산망 운영정책을 지원하는 종합 정보시스템 NMIS_U(Network Menagement Information System_University)를 소개한다. NMIS_U는 각 대학의 전산망에 적합한 운영정책 정보를 동적 차트를 통해 실시간으로 제공한다.

Gains and Losses of Catalogamg Outsourcing in Public Libraries (편목업무 아웃소싱의 득과 실 - 공공도서관을 사례로 하여 -)

  • This study intends to make a comprehensive inquiry about practices of cataloging outsourcing implemented in Korea libraries. To the end, this study examined (1) how many libraries is carrying out the cataloging outsourcing, (2) why libraries consider cataloging outsourcing, (3) methods and procedures of cataloging outsourcing and (4) advantages and disadvantages of cataloging outsourcing from catalogers' perspectives. The data needed for discussion were collected by two methods : a survey with 138 public libraries and an in-depth interviews with 10 catalogers drawn from the survey participants.

A Study on the Degree of Satisfaction with School Dinner by School Meal Service in Daegu (대구지역 고등학생의 학교급식서비스 공급 유형에 따른 석식만족도 조사)

  • To compare satisfaction with school meals provided by two different types of school meal services, a survey was conducted with 252 high school students (male: 138, female: 114) consisting of 133 students offered by on-site school meal service and 114 ones by transporting school meal service in Daegu. Anthropometric measurements of the study subjects showed that 68.1% of male and 41.2% of female students had normal weight while 50.0% of female and 10.1% of male students were underweight on the basis of BMIs. 'Taste' was the most important factor when eating meals followed by 'nutrition', 'hygiene' and 'preference by the students'. (of the both schools). Eating habits of the subjects were influenced mostly by family. Female students (17.5%) skipped breakfast more frequently than the male students (8.0%). The students (68.4%) offered by on-site school meal service were more satisfied with meals than those (9.2%) by transporting school meal service. Top reason for not being satisfied was 'taste' in both schools but the second reason (36.3% of the subjects) was 'quantity of food' only in the school with transporting school meal service. In satisfaction with menu, temperature, quantity and hygienic condition of foods, higher dissatisfaction was shown in the students offered by transporting school meal service. Items needed for improvement in school meals suggested by the students were 'taste of food' (25.6% vs 62.2%), 'diversity of menu items' (21.1% vs 8.4%), 'hygienic conditions' (17.3% vs 8.4%), 'quantity of food' (10.5% vs 17.6%) and 'balanced nutrition' (8.4% vs 1.7%) for on-site service and transporting one. It is concluded from these results that transporting meal service for school meals has to be changed from the present condition to improve the quality of meals and that managing and supporting programs should be developed by public institutions such as office of education.

  • 남다른 철학과 포부로 육용종계를 사육하는 충북 보은 소재 한국농원(대표 이순구) 이성욱 관리이사를 만났다. 한국농원은 2006년 계사 4동의 농장을 인수하여 계사를 확장, 현재 2만평 부지에 150m와 143m 계사 12동(수탉계사 1동) 규모로 육용종계 12만수를 사육하고 있다. 중추는 전량 외부에서 들여오며, 농장에서는 성계만 사육하고, 부화 역시 위탁을 하고 있다.

  • 건국대학교 제1호 자회사 '(주)카브'는 동물용 의약품 기술개발과 외부 위탁시험 전문기업으로 2014년 건국대학교 수의과 대학 송창선 교수를 중심으로 설립한 회사다. 지난 2월 1일 한장혁 대표이사가 취임해 가축 질병, 백신 개발, 동물약품 분야에서 35년간 쌓아온 그간의 경험을 토대로 국내 동물약품산업 발전은 물론, 글로벌 기업으로 성장하고자 새로운 시작을 알렸다. 한장혁 대표이사를 만나 (주)카브의 활동과 앞으로 계획에 대해 들어보았다.
