Recently increasing high-rise building cleaning on the exterior walls of high-rise buildings, there has been increased interest. Building exterior cleaning is cleaned by a cleaning robot and how to clean the exterior walls of the building and exterior glass cleaned by personnel. Number of stories in the building increases, being carried out by personnel cleaning the outer wall as there is a limit order to overcome this method. therefor, this study is a new exterior wall cleaning device has been proposed.

현행 지적도에는 건물 위치가 표시되지 않아 지적도 활용 시 건물 위치 식별이 어렵고, 지적현황측량에 따른 비용과 시간의 소요와 불편을 격고 있으며, 지상 건물의 경계 침범으로 인한 분쟁과 소송이 일어나고 있다. 건축물 경계 추출에 관한 선행연구에서 수치정사사진과 LiDAR를 이용한 건물 경계를 추출은 원칙적으로 지적측량의 원리와 상이한 기준으로 실제 지상의 외벽 경계선이 아닌 건축물의 옥상층 경계선을 추출하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건물등록을 위해 시도해 보지 않았던 건축도면을 이용하여, 기존연구에서 고려되지 못한 지붕선이나 처마선이 아닌 실제 지적측량에서 기준이 되는 외벽의 경계선을 등록하기 위해 건축도면을 활용하였으며, 등록하는 과정에서 ArcGIS 엔진을 이용하여 개발한 자동 등록 방법을 사용하였다. 지적도 필지 경계선과 건축도면의 필지 경계선을 기준으로 등록한 결과 지적현황측량 성과와 수치지역에서 연결오차로 RMSE가 0.10m, 도해지역에서 0.16m로 나타났다. 따라서 건축도면을 이용하여 지적도에 건축물의 경계를 등록함으로써 지상측량을 보완할 수 있으며, 3차원 지적구축을 위한 기반을 조성하고, 지적재조사사업에서 시간과 경비를 획기적으로 절감할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 TV 주파수에 있어서 건조물에 의해 발생하는 전자파장해를 평가하기 위해 건축물 주위의 산란전자계를 수치계산하였다. 건축물 외벽에 전파흡수체를 부분적으로 부착한 경우 콘크리트면의 노출면적과 반사전계강도와의 관계를 조사하였다. 계산된 산란 전자계로부터 DU 비를 구해 TV 고스트방지를 위하여 건축물 외벽에 부착할 전파흡수체에 요구되는 반사 감쇠량을 구하였다.

This study is to diagnose causes of damage and defects on external walls of brick structures, focused on "Naju Noahn" Catholic Church of Modern Architectural Properties. The causes of crack and deflection are overloading, shortage strength of arch. Among those, main cause is cauesd by shortage strength of arch because center of arch is dislocated and skew back of arch is small angle. The causes of damage and elimination are weathering, plants of friction, freezing and thawing, durability decrement of material and attach defection. This defects and damage is caused by high-moisture that occurs in soil. The causes of discoloration are change of soil moisture and flimsy brickwork. These defects and damage are mainly occurred in coping of cornice, weathering of window sill.

Recently, the number of high-rise buildings has been on the rise, which has meant that maintenance cost has increased by two and three times, along with the increase in the construction cost. It is suggested that the use of an auto-cleaning robot could increase the productivity and safety of cleaning work, which is mostly done outside of a building. In particular, the guide rail on a high-rise building could be useful in this capacity, as it has the advantage of not being significantly influenced by factors of the external environment, including wind pressure. For this reason, this research is preliminary research into a cleaning automation for a high-rise building, and aims to draw up a scenario for the vertically moving robot.

The reinforced concrcte structure were once belicved to have permanent durability. However, it is now spoiled by durability failure caused by the corrosion of embeded steel reingorcement carbonation. alkali-aggregate reaction and salt attack Recently. salt damage has been also spreading. Salt damage is found in concrete structures built using seasands or certain admixtures containing calcium chlorides and in coastal structures frequently caught in seawater spray or blown by seawind It is the aim of this study to investigate the performance and application of new repair system for the exterior wall according to the durability improvement in the RC structures.
