작금의 주택 시장 침제는 위기 상황에 빠져 있으며, 주택 산업이 연관 산업에 미치는 영향이 다른 산업보다 훨씬 크다는 것은 누구나 알고 있는 바, 주택 시장을 이대로 방치해 주택 업체들의 부도 도미노 현상이 현실화된다면 국민의 주거 불안은 물론 국가 경제에 막대한 악영향을 미칠 수 있다. 주택 시장의 당면 과제와 정상적인 궤도에 안착시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 살펴본다.

최근 우리회는 LPG수입사와 공동으로 "석유류제품의 시장가격차별화에 관한 연구"라는 제목의 연구용역을 산업연구원과 체결했다. 이번 용역은 당초 정부의 목표인 휘발유:경유:LPG간 상대가격비(100:75:60)가 최근 경제장관간담회에서 국제 수준으로 조정하는 것을 원칙으로 변경됨에 따라 경유 차량 이용자들의 반발 완화 차원에서 경유가격의 차별화 방안을 모색하여 정부측에 제시하고자 수행하게 됐다.

산업부는 국민과 산업현장의 전기요금 부담 완화를 위해 한전이 제출한 전기공급약관과 시행세칙 변경안을 지난달 18일자로 인가해 주택용은 올해 7~9월 간, 산업용은 8월 1일부터 1년 동안 요금 부담 경감방안을 시행한다고 발표했다.

정부는 최근 벤처기업 지원정책의 후속대책으로 부품∙소재 중소∙벤처기업 육성을 위한 전략방안을 내놓았다. 이번 전략은 중핵기업 300개 육성, 대기업 부품∙소재 분야 출자총액 제한제도 완화 등을 주된 내용으로 하고 있다. 또, 대기업 - 중소∙벤처간의 협업과, 원천기술의 보호∙ 육성을 담고있어 벤처 활성화 대책의 후속책으로 평가받고 있다.

군사규격의 국산화와 규격완화검토를 보다 활성화하기 위해서는 '규격검토 연구팀'을 상설하고, 상용제품의 경우에도 시장성과 상용성이 뛰어난 제품을 군수품으로 폭넓게 활용할 수 있도록 군수품관리법을 개정하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 기술개발사업시 기술정보 및 기술개발 자원교류 체제의 미흠으로 발생되는 중복투자 등 자원의 낭비를 방지하기 위해서 기술정보 교류 및 안보기술개발 네트워크를 구축해야 한다

The purpose of the study is to find out a development direction of planning element for smart green multi complexes through suggestion and evaluation focused on carbon mitigation and adaptation. For the research, the concept and characteristics are reviewed as a theoretical study and planning elements are surveyed based on the former research regarding low carbon green growth. The effects of individual planning elements are evaluated focused on its impact, easiness, cost and the development directions based on priority of planning element for smart green multi complexes are suggested. This study will provide the basic frame for the practical ways of the multi complex construction and the systematic formulations of its operation and management focused on smart green.

Nearly 20 years after the Boramea Hospital case, the act on decisions on life-sustaining treatment for patients in hospice and palliative care or at the end of life has taken effect on February 4, 2018 as recommended by the National Bioethics Committee. However, during the legislation process, some parts of the bill that stakeholders and concerned parties did not see eye to eye were either revised or removed. Moreover, the hospice and palliative care part was added in the last minute before the enactment. As a result, the law includes parts that are not in line with the recommendations from the National Bioethics Committee, thereby causing various problems. Therefore, it is crucial to monitor how the decisions on life-sustaining treatments are made in the field and gather various opinions of concerned parties to identify and address problems in the early stage of the implementation of the law. Based on the data, the legislation must be amended to fulfill its purpose that is "to protect the dignity and value of human beings by assuring the best interests of the patients and by respecting their self-determination".

As interest in the Internet of Things increases, technologies are being studied to handle information exchanged between things using the Internet of Things. Specially, as container terminals are automated, the use of the Internet of Things in the terminals increases and varies. However, the use of the Internet of Things to enhance the efficiency of the container terminal operation is insufficient. Currently, the container terminal shows that the arrival pattern of the external truck is concentrated at a particular time. This resuls in gate congestion and affects the waiting times of the truck. The damage is caused by environmental pollution problems and social problems in neighboring port areas. Therefore, in this thesis, we will analyze the causes of the external truck's waiting time problems affecting the gate congestion at container terminals and study methods to mitigate congestion under Internet of Things environment.

The Ministry of National Defense is strengthening the power and capacity of cyber operations as cyber protection training is conducted.
