  • 정부가 잇따라 부동산 대책을 발표하고 있지만 시장에는 여전히 찬바람이 분다. 국회에서도 여야가 부동산 규제 완화안에 대해 날카롭게 대립하고 있다. 하지만 여야 모두 결국 부동산 시장 정상화라는 대명제 아래 세부 시행 방안에 대한 이견이 있을 뿐이다. 국회에 바라는 각계의 의견을 들어보자.

  • As interest in the Internet of Things increases, technologies are being studied to handle information exchanged between things using the Internet of Things. Specially, as container terminals are automated, the use of the Internet of Things in the terminals increases and varies. However, the use of the Internet of Things to enhance the efficiency of the container terminal operation is insufficient. Currently, the container terminal shows that the arrival pattern of the external truck is concentrated at a particular time. This resuls in gate congestion and affects the waiting times of the truck. The damage is caused by environmental pollution problems and social problems in neighboring port areas. Therefore, in this thesis, we will analyze the causes of the external truck's waiting time problems affecting the gate congestion at container terminals and study methods to mitigate congestion under Internet of Things environment.

  • Insider threats in the field of information security are so important that the research is continuing centering on the institutes attached to the Carnegie Mellon University. On the other hand, we do not have any separate research institutes. In particular, insider threat research on the defense IT environment directly connected with the survival of the country is not proceeding in depth. In addition, due to the specificity of the military, defense IT security has limited research as an academic discipline, and even the establishment of concepts has not been achieved properly. In addition, because of differences in the environment, the US standard can not be borrowed as it is. This paper analyzes the defense IT environment and defines an insider (threat) suitable for the Korea military environment. I'd like to suggest the type of insider threat and how to mitigate it.

  • 미국, 중국 등 외국의 부동산을 취득하는 사례가 점차 늘고 있다. 정부는 작년 7월 1일 해외 투자 활성화 방안을 발표한 이후 올1월 6일 '해외투자촉진방안'을, 3월 2일에는 '외환거래 규제완화 방안' 을 내놓았다. 결국 해외에서 2년 이상 거주 목적을 밝힐 수 있다면 아무리 비싼 해외 주택도 어렵지 않게 구입할 수 있게 된 것이다. 또한 해외에서 취득한 주택은 귀국일로부터 3년 내에 다시 팔아야 한다는 규제 조치도 이번에 폐지됐다. 따라서 에서는 미국, 중국, 베트남 등 해외 부동산 시장에 대한 정보와 지역별 주택 가격 동향, 매매 절차 등을 매달 연재 형식으로 다뤄보고자 한다. 이번 호는 지역별 주택 가격 동향과 모기지 이자율 변화 등 미국의 주택시장에 대해 살펴보았다.

A Survey on the Certification and Curriculum Development for Hospice and Palliative Care Professionals (호스피스.완화의료 전문인력 자격인증방안과 교육과정개발을 위한 설문조사)

  • Purpose: The survey was aimed to provide basic data to develop a certification system for hospice and palliative care professionals. Methods: National Cancer Center (NCC) and the Korean Society for Hospice & Palliative Care (KSHPC) conducted the survey for hospice and palliative care professionals who worked at 34 Palliative care units designated by the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Family Affairs (MW) and the members of the KSHPC. The survey was conducted via e-mail from June 17 to 23, 2009. Total 220 professionals were surveyed. Results: Most of the hospice and palliative care professionals reported a great need for certification system: Physician, 90% (n=51) nurse, 84% (n=134) social worker, 89% (n=35). In regard with the requirement for the certification, a majority of physicians (46%) preferreddiploma course, while social workers (46%) preferred training course for medical social workers. Concerning the certification body, physician (45%) preferred the KSHPC and the MW almost equally, while nurses (50%) and social workers (60%) preferred the MW highly. As for the body to develop and accredit advance training course for each professionals, most of the physicians (51%) preferred the KSHPC, whereas nurses and social workers preferred collaboration of the MW (or NCC) with the professional society, such as the KSHPC (23%), the Korean Hospice & Palliative nurses association for nurses (21%), or the Korean association of (medical) social workers (37%). Lastly, all respondents preferred the course format of once a week, full day, and some field study at weekend. Conclusion: Korean hospice and palliative care professionals identified the great need for the certification system, therefore, the adequate system development must be followed to reflect their voice.

Performance of Noise Mitigation scheme based on EMD for Heterogeneous Networks (이기종 통신 시스템을 위한 EMD 기반 노이즈 완화 기법의 성능)

  • In this paper, we proposed a scheme to mitigate noises based on the EMD scheme for heterogeneous communication systems. Noise-corrupted data can be decomposed into a finite number of IMF components. Using the EMD method, we can mitigate noise with eliminate noise-corrupted IMF components. We proposed iteration stop rule for reduce EMD computation time. Simulation results show that proposed EMD scheme based on proposed algorithm for iteration stop rule efficiently mitigates 3 types of noise and reduces its computational time.

  • The risk mitigation service based on network provides monitoring of the risk event data to be inputted and analyses its big data to be stored in real time. Furthermore, it performs the analysis of the plant disease risk such as a red tide, and livestock disease risk such a food-and-mouth disease, avian influenza, and rinderpest, and provides the mitigation service. The application model for risk mitigation is the real time acquisition monitoring of risk events, and mitigation service for the risks.
