  • 오늘날 인터넷은 모든 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 그러나 일상생활의 일부분이 된 인터넷 상에서 인터넷 윤리의식은 부족한 상태에 놓여있다. 특히 성장기에 있는 청소년들 사이에서 익명성이 보장되는 점을 악용하여, 악플이나 무분별한 욕의 사용 등 사이버 폭력으로 이어져 여러 사회 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 예방하기 위해 많은 홍보와 공익광고 등이 진행되고 있으나, 그 기대 효과는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 청소년들이 많이 이용하는 fps온라인 게임에 적용할 언어 변환 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안된 언어 변환 프로세스를 적용하면 악플이나 무분별한 욕의 사용으로 인한 사이버 폭력이 줄어들 것으로 예상된다.

A Method for Identifying Nicknames of a User based on User Behavior Patterns in an Online Community (온라인 커뮤니티 사용자의 행동 패턴을 고려한 동일 사용자의 닉네임 식별 기법)

  • An online community is a virtual group whose members share their interests and hobbies anonymously with nicknames unlike Social Network Services. However, there are malicious user problems such as users who write offensive contents and there may exist data fragmentation problems in which the data of the same user exists in different nicknames. In addition, nicknames are frequently changed in the online community, so it is difficult to identify them. Therefore, in this paper, to remedy these problems we propose a behavior pattern feature vectors for users considering online community characteristics, propose a new implicit behavior pattern called relationship pattern, and identify the nickname of the same user based on Random Forest classifier. Also, Experimental results with the collected real world online community data demonstrate that the proposed behavior pattern and classifier can identify the same users at a meaningful level.

Detection of Incivility based on Attention-embedding and multi-channel CNN (어텐션임베딩과 다채널 CNN 기반 반시민성 검출 알고리즘)

  • The online portal platform provides online news with online comments, but the anonymity of comments causes incivility, and online comments are considered social problems. While there are many foreign language-based incivility detection studies, in-depth research is not being conducted in Korea since there has not been implemented Korean language dataset which is labeled detailed criteria of incivility. In this study, the incivility notation of comments was conducted in a total of 13 items, uncivil words were summarized. Furthermore, Attention algorithm was applied to each comment and summary to extract embedding vectors. 2-d CNN followed at the end to detect incivility in given data. As a result, we showed that the proposed algorithm is useful for anti-citizen detection such as name-calling and offensive tones. This study is expected to contribute to the formation of a healthy online comment culture by detecting uncivil comments which hinder democratic discourse.

  • This study aimed at identifying user recognition of the types and causes of online game trolling through in-depth interview with users of . Online game trolling refers to anti-social behaviors to do acts provoking other users to anger intentionally so induce their actual reaction in online games. Types of online game trolling contained flaming, griefing, unskilled player and lack of understanding on user's rule. And users are recognizing as problems that anonymity is excessively high in the game, a single game has undue significance, team play is given too much emphasis in a situation lacking in social cohesivenessk as the structural causes of trolling in . Accordingly, in order to decrease online game trolling, it is urgent to improve the game-structured layer causing trolling rather than regulate trollers only.

Has the Collectivism of Koreans been changed? An exploratory study (한국인의 집단주의 변화에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore how the collectivism of Koreans has changed or has not changed. Through in-depth interviews and FGI with the older and new generations, keywords that express Korean collectivism today were discovered. First, the collectivism of Koreans is defined as 'selective collectivism', which is based on a more compact group consisting of self-selected members rather than a given group as before. Second, with the development of technology, online collectivism, in contrast to offline collectivism, emerged. Online collectivism is based on communication using online technology, and is characterized by horizontal relationship based on anonymity and 24-hour connectivity that transcends time and space. Third, the most important factor that composes Korean collectivism was found to be 'Cheong', which was recognized as an unchanged aspect of collectivism. Lastly, for Koreans, the group is closely related to self-identity, and for this reason, Koreans are obsessed with the sense of belonging to the group membership and the relationship with the members. The implications and limitations of the study were discussed.

Efficient Online Electronic Check System on Mobile System (무선환경을 고려한 효율적인 온라인 전자수표시스템)

  • 최근 무선 인터넷 시장이 급속한 성장을 하고 있다. 이러한 무선 인터넷상의 실용적인 전자지불 방식이 요구되고 있다. 여러 전자지불방식 중에서 전자수표시스템은 계산량이나 정보교환량 측면에서 전자동전방식보다 효율적인 지불수단이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 수표의 액면가가 제한되어 있고, 대금지불 과정에서 발생하는 거스름의 재사용이 용이하지 않기 때문에 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 이 시스템은 기존의 전자수표 시스템이 가지고 있는 이러한 문제점을 해결하면서 무선환경에 적합하도록 설계된 전자수표시스템이다. 부분은닉서명 기법을 이용하여 수표의 액면가를 임의로 표현할 수 있으며 거스름의 형태가 처음 발행 받은 수표의 형태와 같아 이를 다시 사용할 수 있다. 물론 수표의 익명성이 보장되며, 수표를 사용하고 받은 거스름은 어떤 수표의 거스름인지를 알 수 없게 된다. 또한, 무선인터넷 환경을 고려하여 보다 효율적인 전자수표시스템을 제안한다.

  • 세계 인터넷 사용 인구가 급증함에 따라 인터넷을 이용한 여러 형태의 전자상거래가 두드러지게 증가하고 있다. 이와 함께 인터넷을 통한 거래가 증가할수록 온라인 거래의 익명성과 비대면성을 이용한 여러 형태의 범죄 및 피해가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 인터넷 전자상거래의 신뢰성의 문제를 극복하고 여러 가지 사기, 범죄로부터 소비자와 판매자를 보호하는 해결방안의 하나로서 인터넷 에스크로 서비스(Internet Escrow Service)가 그 대안이 될 수 있다. 에스크로 서비스에서는 구매자가 물품 수령을 확인한 후에 판매자에게 대금이 지급되기 때문에 구매자는 안전한 전자상거래 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있고 판매자는 확실한 물품대금지급을 보장 받을 수 있다. 또한 인터넷 에스크로 서비스 사업자(Internet Escrow Service Provider)는 에스크로 서비스를 전자상거래 계약체결 이후에 거래를 원활히 성공시키기 위한 제반 필요 사항들을 종합적으로 제공하는 종합 거래관리시스템 ( Total Transaction Management System)으로 확대, 발전시킬 수도 있다고 사료된다.

  • 댓글은 온라인 상에서 자신의 의견을 달고 다른 사람의 의견을 공유함으로써 필요한 정보를 쉽고 빠르게 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 익명성을 이용해서 특정인을 근거 없이 비방하거나 명예를 훼손하는 악성 댓글을 판단하는 시스템을 구현한다. 자질의 추출 방법을 여러 가지로 실험하여 동사, 형용사 등을 추가했을 때 자질의 출현빈도를 이용한 가중치를 계산하고, 용어 벡터로 표현된 입력 문서를 이진 분류기(Binary Classifier)인 $SVM^{light}$을 이용하여 악성 댓글인지를 판단하는 시스템을 구현하고 그 성능을 평가한다.

An Efficient Method Defeating Blackmailing Using Blind XTR-DSA Scheme (블라인드 XTR-DSA 스킴을 이용해 블랙메일링을 막는 효율적인 방법)

  • The electronic payment system based on blind signature is susceptible to the blackmailing attack as opposed to keep the lifestyle of users private. In this paper. we suggest an efficient electronic cash system using a blind XTR-DSA scheme, which improves the method of defeating blackmailing in online electronic cash systems of [6,9]. In case of blackmailing, to issue the marked coins we use the blind XTR-DSA scheme at withdrawal. In [6,9], to cheat the blackmailer who takes the marked coins the decryption key of a user had to be transferred to the Bank. But in our proposed method the delivery of the decryption key is not required. Also, in the most serious attack of blackmailing. kidnapping, we can defeat blackmailing with a relatively high probability of 13/18 compared with 1/2 in [9] and 2/3 in [6]. If an optimal extension field of XTR suggested in [7] is used, then we can implement our system more efficiently.

  • This study focuses on the on-line civic social movement which is based on the individual dimension. This kind of on-line social movement is organized voluntarily by the citizens who have the common concerns about issues and problems raised in the net. In the context, this paper analyzes what is the characteristics of discourse formed in the process of public discussion concerned about the anti-Nix movement. And, this study also analyzed who was processed the anti-Nix movement through which steps and what kinds of way in the case of anti-nix movement. Based on the research results, the anti-Nix movement is led by the organizer of the movement and the active participants of it. This study also found out that the various movement strategies of the site organizer were the major reasons of the success of anti-Nix movement. This study also found out that the discussion board of anti-Nix movement is close to the function and role of traditional public sphere rather than those of the swearwords and libels.
