무역거래의 패턴이 최근 크게 변화하고 있는데, 기존 무역거래방식에서 인터넷무역방식으로 그 비중이 확대되면서 인터넷 무역거래알선사이트에 관한 관심과 활용도가 점차 높아지고 있으며 특히 무역거래알선사이트의 구축 및 운영은 국내외의 무역 유관기관과 지방자치 단체, 대기업 종합무역상사 및 개별기업을 중심으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 실제 우리 나라 무역업체들의 사이트 이용 및 현황과 이용만족도 조사를 위해 설문조사를 한 결과, 현재까지 무역업체들이 가장 선호하는 사이트는 무역 유관기관이 운영하는 사이트들이다. 또한 실제 무역거래알선사이트를 이용한 결과와 관련하여 거래알선사이트 제공서비스에 대한 만족은 대상 업체 중 불과 17.9%의 낮은 수준으로서 이렇듯 낮은 만족도를 보이는데는 다음과 같은 문제점들이 있었다. 즉, 정보 인프라 측면에서의 관련정책의 분산, 보안 인프라의 우려, 오프라인 상의 결제 및 세금문제, 인터넷무역 관련 국제협력문제 등을 들 수 있으며, 무역업체의 측면에서는 전문인력의 부족, 최고경영자의 정보화 인프라에 대한 마인드 부족과 업체내의 웹 기반 환경 구축 미흡 등을 들 수 있다. 이상의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 활성화방안을 살펴보면 첫째, 거래정보 보호기술의 육성 둘째, 무역거래알선사이트의 적극적인 국내외 홍보 셋째, 무역거래알선사이트 관련 분쟁 신용조회 등의 통합관리 넷째, 사이트관련 온라인과 오프라인상의 제반환경 개선 및 국제거래 규약 개선 다섯째, 무역거래알선시스템의 효율성제고를 위한 전문인력 양성 및 교육훈련 강화 등이 절실히 요망되고 있다.

본 논문에서는 일반적인 전자상거래 비즈니스 모델을 준용하여 "글로벌 B2B 전자상거래"로서의 사이버무역(Cyber Trade) 내지 전자무역(e-Trade)의 비즈니스 모델에 대한 개념, 유행 및 사례 등을 살펴보고 향후의 발전방향을 검토하였다. 특히 무역거래알선 사이트로 대표될 수 있는 무역 부문의 국내 e-마켓플레이스에 대한 심층적인 사례분석을 통해 고객 중심의 바람직한 사이버무역의 비즈니스 모델은 계약 이전은 물론 계약 이후의 모든 무역업무 처리에 필요한 각종 정보와 서류가 전자적으로 교환이 가능한 이른바 "단절없고 전 무역과정이 유통되는 네트워크(Seamless & Fully Circulated Network)"의 구축을 지향하고 있다는 점을 지적하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 인터넷과 EDI의 통합, 온라인과 오프라인의 통합, 국내와 외국과의 네트워크 통합 등이 매우 중요함을 강조하고 있다.

In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic commerce, companies engaging in e-commerce want to take advantage of fast and easy way to solve ever-growing disputes online. South Korea's e-commerce disputes are mainly solved by mediation process of Korea E-commerce Mediation Committee. The whole process of online mediation can be carried out by the network, with the advantages of high efficiency and speed. On the other hand, the introduction of CIETAC's online Arbitration Rules in China meets the actual needs. Especially the requirement of hearing trials' procedures should be easier and faster, making the dispute can be resolved in a short time. Furthermore, the whole process from applying to ruling is conducted online, which meets the needs of e-commerce business that want to solve the disputes faster and more efficient. In addition, the cost of online arbitration is much lower than the average arbitrations. The implementation of the CIETAC's Online Arbitration Rules, will further promote the development of e-commerce in China. With the increase of trade volume between China and Korea, the e-business are also increasing. Although South Korea has not yet implemented online arbitration until now, CIETAC's effort for combining arbitration and mediation have good implications for development Korea's e-commerce online dispute system to promote e-Commerce between Korea and China.

통계청의 8월 고용동향과 경제활동 인구조사에 따르면, 지난달 국내 실업률은 3.5%로 실업 인구 수가 80만명에 이른 것으로 나타났다. 이중 20대 청년실업자가 차지하는 비율이 40.7%로 전체 실업자의 절반에 육박하고 있어 현재 청년실업 문제가 매우 심각한 것으로 조사됐다. 특히 최근 들어 벤처기업의 1사 1인 채용운동 등 각계에서 고용안정을 위한 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있음에도 불구하고 실업난이 수그러들 기미를 보이지 않음에 따라 취업 알선을 위한 보다 정확하고 신속한 정보 제공이 요구되고 있다. 더구나 중앙고용정보원의 워크넷이나 중소기업청의 인력정보망 등 온라인을 통한 다양한 구인∙구직 사이트들이 활성화돼 있어 구직 희망자들이 적극 활용하고 있는데, 내수침체가 장기화되면서 고용 사정은 좀처럼 개선되지 않고 있다. 2004년 현재 온라인상으로만 채용공고를 하는 기업은 전체 기업의 30% 정도이며, 앞으로는 온라인을 통한 구인구직 활동이 더욱 활발해질 것으로 전망되고 있다. 실제 인터넷에서 채용정보 전문 서비스는 물론 분야별, 지역별로 구인구직 정보를 제공하고 있는 서비스를 합하면 350여개가 넘는다. 이 중 눈에 띄는 서비스가 바로‘워크넷’이다. ‘워크넷’은 노동부 산하 중앙고용정보원이 운영하는 구인구직 전문 사이트로서, 공공기관이 운영한다는 점에서 정보의 신뢰성과 전문성이 기대된다. 특히 하반기 채용 시즌을 맞아 구인구직활동이 더욱 활발해 질것으로 예상되기 때문에 이번 10월 DB서비스 평가에서는‘워크넷’을 소개하고자 한다.

이 연구는 필자가 2007년 하반기부터 1년간 필리핀에 머물면서, 여성들의 국제결혼에 관해 실시한 연구결과의 일부이다. 이미 한국에서 결혼생활을 하고 있는 외국인여성을 대상으로 한 국내연구와는 달리, 이 연구는 출국준비 중인 필리핀신부들을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하고 있다. 특히 면접대상자가 일상적으로 사용하는 언어를 이용하고, 시집식구들을 의식할 필요 없는 자유로운 분위기에서 면접이 이루어졌다는 점, 그리고 출국이전의 상황과 심경을 알아보았다는 점 등은 이 연구가 가진 장점이다. 또한 한국으로 들어오게 된 과정을 역추적 하는 방식이 아니라, 결혼, 국내외배우자선택, 특정국적의 배우자선택 과정을 여성 개인의 시각에서 서술토록 한 것도 기존의 연구와 다른 점이다. 연구결과, 필리핀여성의 국제결혼은 미국, 캐나다, 일본 등을비롯해 다양한 국적의 배우자와 이루어지고 있으며, 한국은 그 중의 하나에 지나지 않음을 알 수 있다. 한편, 한국인 남편은 국제결혼알선업체를 통해 만나는 사례가 다수이지만, 한국에 취업이나 시집을 간 친지를 통해 만나는 경우, 취업이나 휴양을 위해 필리핀에 남편이 방문한 동안 만나는 경우, 온라인 교제싸이트를 통해 만나는 경우 등 만남의 경로가 다양함을 알 수 있다. 또한 만남의 경로에 따라 서로 다른 결혼관과 가족관이 발견된다. 이 연구의 결과들에 비추어, 국제이주노동에서 논의되는 이론들의 일부 요소들이 국제결혼현상에서도 어느 정도 설명력을 가진다고 판단된다. 이와 동시에 국가간 방문기회와 인터넷교제기회의 증가라는 전지구화 현상 또한 국제결혼의 또 다른 일면을 파악하는데 주요한 요소가 될 것으로 보인다.

Matching customers becomes the key function in on-line mediate services. There are two matching methods: one-directional matching that requires requests from one side(e,g., information searching), bi-directional matching that considers requests from both sides. Previous bi-directional matching has difficulties of getting the interests explicitly and service collapse problems when the opposite side do not put responding interests. This paper attempts to automate the inputs of interests for bi-directional matching by calculating the interests with fuzzy matching algorithm for optimization. The results of the proposed Bi-directional Fuzzy Matching(BDFM) algorithm told that the job placement accuracy of employment information matching results is over 95%. And, BDFM gives statically significant positive effect for motivating the employment activities when analyzed the effect after completing the implementation.

The objective of this study is to improve export performance using e-Trade marketing systems. The use of e-Trade has been increasing but there is some controversy about the performance of e-Trade marketing for Small-to-Medium enterprises (SME). The research construct for determining the export performance is suggested and five factors are introduced in this paper such as: B2B relationship and cooperation, product complexity, online fitness, level of internationalization, and use of e-Trade marketing. Sample data were collected from the companies who are familiar with the e-Trade systems. The result shows that the use of e-Trade marketing mostly contributes to the increase of export performance. The regression and cluster analysis shows that both variables of e-Trade marketing and on-line fitness are significant to high export performance group. The implication for SMEs is that the use of e-Trade marketing methods could contribute to the increase of export performance and more analytical works need to be made for future study.
