The Development of Admin Tool System for Building Effective Web Mall (효율적인 웹 몰 구축을 위한 관리자 도구 시스템 개발)

  • Nowadays, Internet shopping malls have been popularized since the broadening of users of Internet and the advantage of on-line purchasing, Small and medium-sized enterprises, however, are still having difficulties in building Internet shopping malls due to the lack of technical knowledge and burdensome expenses. In this paper, we present an implementation of the Web Mall Admin Tool System by the integration of admin menus based on a public program. The system has several advantages of (1) reducing expenses for building a mall site, (2) making possible to build an shopping mall well-suited for the work environment of companies (3) providing available maintenance. Therefore, this provides the solution to enterprises that have trouble with building their own web malls because of expenses and maintenance.

Analyzing the weblog data of a shopping mall using process mining (프로세스 마이닝을 이용한 쇼핑몰 웹로그 데이터 분석)

  • With the development of the Internet and the spread of mobile devices, the online market is growing rapidly. As the number of customers using online shopping malls explodes, research is being conducted on the analysis of usage behavior from customer data, personalized product recommendations, and service development. Thus, this paper seeks to analyze the overall process of online shopping malls through process mining, and to identify the factors that influence users' purchases. The data used are from a large online shopping mall, and R was the analysis tool. The results show that customer activity was most prominent in categories with event elements, such as unconventional discounts and monthly giveaway events. On the other hand, searches, logins, and campaign activity were found to be less relevant than their importance. Those are very important, because they can provide clues to a customer's information and needs. Therefore, it is necessary to refine the recommendations from related search words, and to manage activity, such as coupons provided when customers log in. In addition to the previous discussion, this paper proposes various business strategies to enhance the competitiveness of online shopping malls and to increase profits.

  • With the development of information technology, online commercial transactions have been steadily increasing. However it is not easy to recommend the clothes in coordination with individual physical features. This paper presents a fashion coordination recommender system for women's clothes. The system includes the functionality of recommending clothes best-suited for customers in consideration of their individual physical features. It has also been designed to recommend clothes in vogue for those who are fashion-sensitive by considering the fashion trend of the times. Operated in an optional or coupling way, these functionalities of our system result in an intelligent fashion coordination system which recommends dress items to customers in various ways.

  • 본 논문에서는 정보화에 취약한 농가의 약점을 보완할 수 있는 정보포털 시스템을 설계하여 중소규모의 농가 쇼핑몰, 블로그 등을 스토리텔링과 결합하여 온라인으로 홍보가 가능하도록 하였다. 농산물 홍보용 허브 플랫폼은 농가들이 운영하는 수없이 많은 쇼핑몰과 농 특산물을 홍보하기 위한 마케팅채널과 직접 자신의 농산물을 소개할 수 있는 채널을 구축하여 소비자와 생산자 실시간 온라인 대화채널 구축을 통한 소통 공간 조성 및 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다.

Effect of Flow on Purchase Intension (플로우(Flow) 경험이 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the Flow experience on purchase intention. The results of this study show that (1) the purchase intention through internet is increased in proportion to the degree of cognition of users' experience. (2) The "Flow" experiences during the time of navigating internet shopping-mall sites lead to different results due to the separate motive of searching internet shopping-mall sites. (3) It should analyze the market segmentation of internet users, using Flow experience in the future based on the relationship between Flow and on-line and off-line purchase intention. (4) Finally, it should study more profoundly on "experiential" Flow and "goal-directed Flow that it has to analyze the difference in Flow experiences between separate purposes of searching internet shopping-mall sites.

  • Because of rapid growth of economy and development of the communication technology of modem society, office space's shape and business contents are highly diversified. And these changes made a new working style, homeworkers who work in their house. For increasing homeworker's working efficiency, it needs a space plan which can coexist home's original functions and business functions. The purpose of this study was designed a multiplex house used a co-operative house's concept which based on the data which collected by man to man case research about operators of online shopping malls.

  • In this paper, we propose a method to apply the purchase preference of a user in on-line shopping mall. To analyze the preference, we use topic preference vector. The topic is purchase count of products. In this structure, we construct the association the four factors; Purchase Hit meaning the purchase count of product, Count meaning the purchase count by other users in interesting product, Preference meaning product preference, and product meaning information of the product. By this structure and the method, we could show that proposed method displayed the product applying user preference, effectively.

An Exploratory Case Study on the Operation of Internet Shopping Malls for Small-and-Medium Sized Firms (중소기업 인터넷 쇼핑몰 운영에 관한 탐색적 사례 연구)

  • The internet-based business is considered as a new strategic alternative for small-medium size companies. However, very little research about them has been reported. The objectives of this study are to analyze factors influencing the operation for the sites(we call, 'internet shopping mall') which small-and-medium sized firms have built, and to provide the general directions of the successful internee-based business for the small-and-medium sized firms. This paper reports the case studies in which the internet-based electronic commerce practices of 6 small-and-medium sized firms were examined over a 3 month period. In the meantime, this paper reports their present business condition, system environment, positioning, marketing strategy, forward business expectation, and market barrier. This study also focuses on two environmental dimensions of system development; One dimension is on-line only or off-line widened, and the other is self-built or outsourcing. The results found in this study are as follows: 1. The internet shopping mall broadens the company's activity to new business areas. 2. The degree of system outsourcing of the small-medium size company depends on its IT ability and resource capability 3. The marketing strategies on their internet shopping mall differentiate with their business area and market environment. 4. Each interviewed company has its own success and failure factors, in addition to the general factors. 5. Each interviewed company has a positive response for their internet shopping mall for its future. 6. The lack of capital, technology, and government support is the barrier to the improvement of the internet shopping mall system.
