Speaking generally, agent-based technology is a kind of technology to handle the flood of information resulted from the popularization of the internet. Agent system is a multi-distributed system which consists of both homogeneous and heterogeneous agents. Generally there is a coordination agent in between which is in charge of control and m message flow among the application agents. The purpose of this thesis is to propose a coordination method among agents, some of which provide informations and some of which request them. In multi-agent system, the Information Providing Agent(IPA) registers its capabilities to Coordination Agent(CA) and the Information Requesting Agent(lRA) requests CA what it needs. To coordinate them with satisfactory results the coordination agent ought to have an ability to return a relatively proper data to the requester which is supposed to be similar even though it is not so exact as was intended. For this, this thesis proposes a scheme for an coordination agent to find an IPA which provides an information which correlates most closely with that of IRA.

웹기반 교육시스템을 이용한 온라인 강좌는 인터넷의 발달과 더불어 컴퓨터 교육 시스템 분야의 이슈로 부각되고 있으며 이러한 웹기반 교육시스템의 보급과 더불어 사용자의 다양한 교육 서비스에 대한 욕구 증대에 따른 교육서비스를 응용한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 학습자와 교사간의 상호작용을 위한 도구들이 다양하게 지원되고 있지만, 교과과정을 개설하고 이를 운영하는 교사의 입장에서 볼 때, 등록한 모든 학생들이 대면하게 되는 상황을 모두 접수하고, 그들의 학습 상태를 분석하여 학습자에게 가장 적합한 코스 구성 및 스케줄을 제공한다는 것은 어려운 일이다. 따라서, 이러한 웹기반 교육 시스템에서의 학습자에게 효과적인 학습 방법과 코스 구성, 그리고 코스 스케줄 등의 피드백을 제공할 수 있는 에이전트가 필요하게 되었다. 또한, 최근에 학습자의 요구에 맞는 코스웨어 주문이 증가되고 있는 추세이며 그에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템의 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 학습 모니터링과 지속적인 학습 평가에 의하여 개인 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하여 학습자에게 적합한 코스 스케쥴을 제공해 주는 코스 스케쥴링 멀티 에이전트를 제안하고자 한다.

With the development of information technology, online commercial transactions have been steadily increasing. However it is not easy to recommend the clothes in coordination with individual physical features. This paper presents a fashion coordination recommender system for women's clothes. The system includes the functionality of recommending clothes best-suited for customers in consideration of their individual physical features. It has also been designed to recommend clothes in vogue for those who are fashion-sensitive by considering the fashion trend of the times. Operated in an optional or coupling way, these functionalities of our system result in an intelligent fashion coordination system which recommends dress items to customers in various ways.

EBPP는 소비자, 사업자간에 고지서 발송, 접수 및 지불을 네트워크를 통하여 전자적으로 처리하는데 필요한 환경을 의미하며, 인터넷을 기반으로 하여 전자우편 혹은 웹 페이지를 통하여 고지서를 처리한다 EBPP 시스템은 크게 소비자, 사업자 그리고 은행간의 거래로 이루어 지지만 컴퓨터 및 인터넷의 보급의 한계 등의 문제로 현재로서 모든 고지서를 전자적으로 처리하는 것은 무리가 따른다. 그럼에도 불구하고 EBPP 시스템은 1) 경쟁력 확보를 위해 기업/금융 기관들이 인터넷을 통한 고품질 서비스 개발에 주력하는 추세이고, 2) 고객과의 보다 긴밀한 관계 유지를 위한 수단 제공하며, 3) 인터넷 등 온라인 통신 인구가 급격한 증가(2701년에 전체 인구의 약 50%가 활용할 것으로 전망)하고 있으며,4) 소비자를게 보다 편리한 지불방법 제시해주며, 5) 또 다른 마케팅 매체로 활용 가능하므로 앞으로의 전망이 매우 밝다. EBPP시스템은 크게 금융기관, 기업, 소비자 부분으로 구성되며, 소비자와 접촉 방법으로는 대표적으로 Web과 전자우편을 생각할 수 있으며, EBPP 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 기본적으로 상접 혹은 기업에서 청구에 필요한 정보를 등록시키는 통합 청구서버(Bill consolidation server), 소비자에게 청구 가능한 정보를 갖고있는 청구 제시서버 (Bill presentment server), 소비자의 지불요청에 따라 은행으로부터 지불을 요구하는 지불서버(Payment gateway) 등이 필요하며, 이들 각각의 서버들의 구성 요소들은 제공하는 서비스에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 통합 청구서버에서 청구 제시서버로 전송되는 청구 건은 통상적으로 실시간 처리되는 것이 아니라 통합 청구서버에 존재하는 Spool DB에 저장되어 그 양이 일정한도를 넘어서면 자동 전송되도록 하여, 망의 할용도를 높이는 역할을 수행한다. 청구 제시서버의 DB에 등록된 청구 건은 인터넷을 통해 소비자에게 청구되며, 소비자에게 전송 되는 청구서는 사용자DB를 참조하여 사용자가 미리 정의한 원하는 형태로 변환되어 전달되며, 필요시 암호화 과정을 거치는 것이 가능해야 한다. 전송된 청구서는 전자우편의 경우, 암호해독이 가능한 전용 브라우저를 통해 열람 되며, 이는 다시 전용 브라우저를 통해 지불인증이 승인되어 청구 제시서버에게 전송된다. EBPP 시스템의 제어 흐름은 크게 기업이 청구 정보를 소비자에게 제시하는 흐름과 소비자의 지불 승인으로 인해 기업이 은행에 지불을 요구하는 흐름으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 통합 청구서버 및 정구 제시서버의 역할 및 구성 요소들에 대해 서술하고, EBPP 시스템과 연동하여야 하는 메일 서버와의 상호 작용에 대해 서술할 것이다. 본 시스템을 아직 구현이 되지 않은 관계로 시스템의 성능 등의 수치적 결과를 제시할 수 없는 상태다.

기존의 학력인증 서비스는 학교에 직접 방문하거나, 온라인을 통해 종이 증명서를 발급받는다. 하지만 학력인증을 블록체인에 기록하여, 인증 서비스의 비용을 줄이고 절차를 간소화하고자 한다. 더불어, 디지털 증명서를 블록체인에 등록하여 발급해온 증명서의 진위 여부를 확인하는 체제가 잘 갖춰지지 않은 곳에서도 재확인이 필요 없는 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 블록체인에 증명서를 등록하는 중요한 기능은 '스마트 컨트랙트'를 통해 이루어진다. 매년 졸업요건이 변경된다는 점을 고려하면 스마트 컨트랙트에서 블록체인에 학력인증이 등록되는 조건의 업데이트는 필수불가결이다. 하지만 새로운 스마트 컨트랙트를 배포하는 식의 컨트랙트 업데이트는 여러 문제점들이 있다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 proxy contract를 이용한 학력인증 서비스 시스템의 설계를 다루고자 한다.

Dynamic (On-line) signature verification system consists of preprocessing, feature extraction, comparison and decision process for internal processing, and registration and verification windows for the user interface. We describe an implementation and design for an advanced dynamic signature verification system. Also, we suggest the method of feature extraction, matching algorithm, efficient user interface and an objective criteria for evaluating the performance.

Due to popularization of the wireless Internet and mobile devices the infrastructure of the ubiquitous environment, where users can get information whatever they want anytime and anywhere, is created. Therefore, a variety of fields including the education studies methods for efficiency of information transmission using on-line and off-line contents. In this paper, we propose the Mixed Mobile Education system(MME) that improves educational efficiency using on-line and off-line contents on mobile devices. Because it is hard to input new data and cannot use similar off-line contents in systems used additional tags, the proposed system does not use additional tags but recognizes of-line contents as we extract feature points in the input image using the mobile camera. We use the Scale Invariant Feature Transform(SIFT) algorithm to extract feature points which are not affected by noise, color distortion, size and rotation in the input image captured by the low resolution camera. And we use the client-server architecture for solving the limited storage size of the mobile devices and for easily registration and modification of data. Experimental results show that compared with previous work, the proposed system has some advantages and disadvantages and that the proposed system has good efficiency on various environments.

네오정보시스템(대표 고재형)은 운전면허기능 온라인채점기(경찰청 등록 1호)로 국내 시장의 $80\%$를 장악하고 있는 ㈜네오텔레콤에서 지난해 1월 분사한 신생회사이다. 사내 연구인력이 자체 개발한 조명절전기(Neo Energy Saver)를 가지고 2000년 12월 에너지절약투자시장에 뛰어든 이 회사는 신생 ESCO로서 무리하지 않으면서 착실히 ESCO사업을 전개해 나가고 있다. 올 한 해가 시범적용의 탐색기였다면 내년부터는 본격 이륙기(Take-Off)가 될 것이라고 장담하고 있는 네오정보시스템의 에너지사업본부를 찾아가 본다.

The IHO developed the S-100 standard for Digital Hydrographic Data in order to assist the proper and efficient use of hydrographic data and information for the safety of navigation and the protection of marine environment. The former model, S-57, was considered outdated to be utilized as the basis for the next-generation Electronic Chart(ENC) product specification. The key feature of the S-100 standard is the use of Registry and its components, Registers. This online-based Registry provides a universal standard that can be implemented in the actual performance of the navigation system with convenience. In the current situation, the only registry is owned by the IHO and it is available to domain experts. However, since S-100 is an international standard operated by an international organization, the process of the changes and updates of the data requires time before immediate implementation when demanded. Therefore, regarding the safety of navigation of the domestic users and mariners, a separate domestic registry is necessary to develop a domestic Information Registry. This study specifically aims to build a Registry based on IHO published S-99 through designing an adequate website dedicated for its purpose to provide collection of definitions and hydrographic data.
