This study aims to explore the issue of drones and crime in newspaper articles. BIG KINDS, an online news archive of the Korea Press Foundation, collected 1,213 newspaper articles that met the terms of "drone" and "crime" in 11 central and 28 regional comprehensive newspapers between January 1, 1990 and May 1, 2021. Among them, we perform keyword frequency, centrality analysis, network structure construction, CONCOR analysis, and density matrix analysis on 117 key keywords. According to the analysis, the main issues were classified into eight, and the report analysis on drones and crimes in newspaper articles showed that the government's policy-making and social problems on protecting people's privacy, preventing illegal filming, securing navigation safety, social security and resolution. This study attempts to expand the field of humanities and social studies related to drones and crime, and specifically suggests the current status and counterplan against drone-related crimes as policy implications and media implications.

This study aims to develop the education program of the presidential archives based on the NIE for social studies. Especially, this study provided an opportunity to develop information processing capacity through newspapers reflecting rapidly changing social environment for users of presidential archives. With the process, it provides an opportunity for users to develop information literacy, which has become a necessity in information society. Through the education program students may have various experiences, wider perspective and diversity with self-directed learning. To perform the goal, this study proposed an education program using presidential archives based on NIE and an applied case.

TThis research paper discusses the results of an article on the effects of moderating role of self-monitoring on response to the two different types of online advertising appeals. It was hypothesized that low self-monitors show more positive attitude towards brand when exposing advertisements with product quality-based online advertising than high self-monitors, whereas high self-monitors show more positive attitude towards brand when exposing advertisements with image-based online advertising than low self-monitors. Through an experimental design involving product quality and image-based online advertising, this article demonstrates that the role of self-monitoring in online advertising effects is similar to traditional advertising studies. Based on the results of the study, practical and theoretical suggestions are interpreted in relation to online advertising creative messages and strategies.

Search strategies is a means to make an efficient search. Among several studies of search strategy, Bates' $\ulcorner$Search Tactics$\lrcorner$ has been often cited and introduced, but their studies have been superficial. In this paper, the contents of Bates' $\ulcorner$Search Tactics$\lrcorner$ are examined in detail, and we try to represent the actual online search process based upon Bates' $\ulcorner$Search Tactics$\lrcorner$. The following three kinds of survey are made in order to clarify which and how tactics are used: (1) Interview with 7 searchers who belong to different types of organizations, and use different kinds of databases (2) Analysis of some online search records. (3) Analysis of written applications for a newspaper database during one year. In conclusion, Bates' tactics falls into categories and new several tactics which often used are added. The following five factors affect online search activities, search strategy, and search tactics. (1) the difficulty of search requests (2) the kinds of databases (3) the charging policy for each online search (4) the presence of the user during the search (5) the searcher' online experience In the limited condition, typical tactics are suggested, but in order to generalize the pattern of using tactics, further investigation is necessary.

The case of South Korea's Internet newspapers, harmful advertising is illegal but rampant. The children and youth are not protected, so effective measures are urgently required. Therefore, to achieve self-regulation, a discrimination system model using collective intelligence and collective emotions is proposed. This study is to suggest a Discrimination System Model of harmful contents using collective intelligence and collective emotions as the actual program of self-regulation. The Discrimination System model forms the level of harmful contents by using contents, form, text, size as well as the implied and reminiscent story of image as discriminant factors of a group testing. The formed level is established for harmful contents discriminant criteria after going through the process of generalization again. It can be not clear and ambiguous for internet newspaper banner ads to be measure the level of harmfulness. This Discrimination System will have the strengths of resolving this problem.

정보통신부가 후원하고 한국데이터베이스진흥센터와 조선일보, 매일경제신문, 소프트웨어진흥원이 주관한 2000년도 제 2/4분기 디지털콘텐츠대상 수상식이 지난 6월 6일 정보통신부 중회의실에서 열렸다. 이날 수상식에는 안병엽 정보통신부 장관을 비롯, 한국데이터베이스진흥센터의 이준우 전무 등 정보 통신분야 주요 인사가 참여하여 자리를 빛냈다. 온라인 및 네트워크게임 부문의 수상 업체는 sk주식회사의 샤이암과 이미르엔터테인먼트의 메틴이 각각 수상했다. 공익 및 교육용 콘텐츠 부문에는 아이테크의 천체관측 가이드 CD롬인 물음표와 느낌표-재미있는 과학이 수상의 영예를 안았다. 디지털 영상 부문에는 (주)고신미디어의 MMB-Album이 수상했다. 또한 디지털 정보 및 웹캐스팅 부문에는 (주)픽쳐맵인터내셔날의 정밀 전자지도가 수상했다.

기존 신문이나 티브이가 아닌 온라인과 모바일로 뉴스를 보는 사람이 더 많아지면서, 포털 사이트 뉴스난에 다른 언론사의 기사보다 더 많이 노출되기 위한 경쟁의 심화로 뉴스 어뷰징은 심각한 사회 문제로까지 대두되었다. 본 논문은 온라인상에서 생성, 유통되는 많은 뉴스 중에서 이용자의 시간을 낭비하고 양질의 정보를 찾기 힘들게 하는 뉴스 어뷰징을 판단하는 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 크롤링 기술을 사용하여 뉴스의 제목과 내용을 가져온 후 인공지능 기술을 이용한 유사도 검사로 기사의 어뷰징 여부를 판단하여 양질의 뉴스 정보를 사용자에게 제공될 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 E-NIE 수업을 진행하는데 있어 기존 연구의 문제점과 개선점을 조사하고 수업자료선택, 수업진행, 발전방향에 관한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 멀티미디어 자료 검색 방법과 온라인에서 신문활용학습이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있는 E-NIE 이러닝 시스템 발전 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. E-NIE에 뉴스 표준인 NewsML과 교육정보 표준인 KEM 그리고 학사관리운영플랫폼 LMS를 접목해 멀티미디어 자료와 교과 및 단원을 구조화해 표준화된 교육용 멀티미디어 아카이브를 구축하고 온라인으로 진단 형성 수행 평가, 토론학습, 협동학습 등이 가능하고 학생들의 성적과 진도는 물론 교수학습의 전반적인 과정을 통합적으로 운영 관리할 수 있는 E-NIE 이러닝 시스템을 제안한다.

As newspapers which have been major news media are being replaced by on-line news media in recent years, many researchers are paying attention to "comments(news users' short remarks on an article)", a newly emerged way of forming public opinion. This study is examining how the similarity between political disposition of on-line news visitors and that of news media impacts upon their evaluation on quality of comments from the viewpoint of 'social identity theory.' This study may have academic significance because it inspected the pattern of media usage and the cognition of comments in relation to political disposition for the first time and showed 'comments reading' and the function of comments to form public opinion(comments journalism).

The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for recommendation and personalization of important news articles based on evaluating news value. Evaluation of news is the approach by which editors select news articles for cover-story in traditional offline news papers area. For this, my study proposes a suite of methods to select and personalize a set of news based on evaluating news articles, not just on the personal preference for them. The aforementioned the value of news articles including social impact, novelty, relevance to each audience, and human interest, all of which have been factorized in many previous studies, is a main concept for a procedural and structural application methodology deduced in this study. After a comparative case study with other online news services, it was shown that my research provides more effective way to select important news articles in terms of user satisfaction than others.
