Development of A Capacitive Sensor for The Diagnosis of Electrical Insulating Oil (변압기 절연유 검진용 전기용량 센서 개발)

  • 변압기에 사용되는 절연유의 열화정도를 변압기의 운전정지 없이 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 전기용량을 이용한 센서를 개발하였다. 개발된 전기용량형 센서는 3-전극형의 구조와 변압기에 센서의 외부상자가 접지 될 때 2중의 정전차폐가 되도록 하여 외부로부터의 잡음에 영향을 받지 않도록 하였다. 또한 변압기에서 절연유의 온도변화에 따른 유전율 변화를 보상하기위하여 기준용 센서와 측정용 센서를 한개의 변압기에 장착함으로 온도보상이 되도록 하였다. 제작된 센서는 변압기에서 절연유의 사용기간에 따른 유전율의 변화를 정확히 측정하였으며, 절연유의 체적저항의 변화도 감지 할 수가 있다. 따라서 센서에서 출력되는 신호를 phase sensitive detector를 사용하여 유전율의 변화로 혹은 체적저항의 변화로도 나타내 보일 수가 있다.

  • The tensile strength and failure mechanisms of glass fiber polypropylene (GF/PP) composites are investigated in the temperature range from ambient to 8$0^{\circ}C$. The tensile strength increases as fiber volume fraction ratio increase. The tensile strength shows a maximum at ambient temperature, and it tens to decrease as temperature goes up. Major failure mechanisms of GF/PP composites can be classified as fiber matrix debonding, fiber pull-out, delamination and matrix deformation.

  • In order to investigate the cooling capacity of an air-conditioner applying a variable capacity compressor and the temperature characteristics on a condenser and an evaporator, the experiment on the operation characteristics of the air-conditioner was performed along a compressor operation ratio and an indoor/outdoor temperatures, under a cooling operation mode. The system characteristics were measured by the psychrometric calorimeter. The cooling capacity increased with decreasing the outdoor temperature and increasing the indoor temperature. Also, it increased with increasing the compressor operation ratio. The temperature of the condenser was more sensitive for the variation of the outdoor temperature and the temperature of the evaporator was more sensitive for the variation of the indoor temperature. The operation characteristics of the cycle used in this present were also analyzed by a pressure-enthalpy chart.

Characteristics of the Dependent Variables due to the Conditions of the Independent Variables of Coating Process During the Producing of Snack Using Rice Collet Added with Dried Shrimp (마른새우첨가 쌀 collet을 이용한 스낵 제조 시 코팅공정 독립변수의 조건변화에 따른 종속변수의 특징)

  • This study was carried out to optimize coating process of the rice snack added with dried shrimp powder by using single extruder. A total of 8 independent variables were used for 4 independent variables of edible oil coating and 4 independent variables of seasoning coating. 4 independent variables for edible oil coating were set up as 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30% for the content of edible oil; 40, 50, 60, 70 and $80^{\circ}C$ for the tumbler temperature; 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 rpm for the tumbler speed; 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 min for the coating time. 4 independent variables for seasoning coating were set up as 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6% for the content of seasoning; 40, 50, 60, 70 and $80^{\circ}C$ for the tumbler temperature; 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 rpm for the tumbler speed; 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 min for the coating time. The characteristics of the dependent variables as coating yield and Breaking ratio of collet due to the condition changes of the independent variable was studied during process of edible oil coating and seasoning coating, respectively. As a results of this study, 20% of edible oil content, $70^{\circ}C$ of tumbler temperature, 80 rpm of tumbler speed, 4 min of coating time for process of edible oil coating, 3% of seasoning content, $60^{\circ}C$ of tumbler temperature, 70 rpm of tumbler speed, 3 min of coating time for process of seasoning coating were found to be the most preferable over other independent variables for the production of snack. In conclusion, it is necessary to set the independent variable in order to produce the high quality snack added with the rice as the main raw material and dried shrimp, edible oil and seasoning as the sub-materials.

Effects of Shading Rate and Method of Inside Air Temperature Change in Greenhouse (차광율 및 차광방법이 온실내부의 온도변화에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to provide basic data for the design of shading facility of greenhouse. The proper distance between external shading screen and roof surface, transmissivity of shading materials, and shading effects of external and internal shadings were analyzed. About a distance of 10 cm between inclined external shading screen and roof surface was enough to guarantee the external shading effect in the greenhouse without roof vent. The inside temperature of greenhouse installed with 85% internal shading screen was lower the maximum of 4$^{\circ}C$ and mean of 2$^{\circ}C$ than that with 55% internal shading screen in both natural ventilation and no ventilation condition. The difference of soil temperature between shading and no shading greenhouse was great, but the difference by shading rate or shading method was small. The performance of external shading for controlling inside temperature down was superior to that of the internal shading. The externally inclined shading screen parallel to the roof surface of greenhouse was more effective than the externally horizontal shading screen in controlling inside temperature of greenhouse without roof vent.

  • 태양광 모듈의 효율 증가를 위한 고효율태양전지개발, 광투과율향상, 모듈의 대형화 등 많은 연구개발이 이루어지고 있다. 이중 우리는 태양광 모듈의 후면 sheet인 Back sheet의 특성 및 온도 변화에 따른 모듈의 전기적 출력 특성 변화에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. Back sheet의 두께, 재질, 색상 등 종류는 다양하다. 여기서는 백시트의 색상을 중점으로 White, Blue, Black 3가지와 Glass까지 총 4가지 종류를 가지고 반사율을 측정하고, 모듈화 했을 때 출력을 비교하였다. 그리고 온도별로 효율값을 측정하여 백시트의 색상 종류에 따라서 어떠한 차이가 있는지 비교하였다.

  • 임계 이중 연계혼합물인 nitroethane 과 cyclohexane 혼합물의 임계온도 근처에서 전기적 감수율 (electric susceptibility)을 전기용량의 온도에 대한 변화를 측정하여 얻었다. 비선형 효과를 관측하기 위하여 자기유도 타원편광축 회전에 의한 제3차 비선형 광학감수율을 측정하여 임계지수를 구하였다. 임계지수는 0.34 였다.

Effects of Climate and Human Aquatic Activity on Early Life-history Traits in Fish (기후변화와 수상레저활동 인구변화가 어류의 초기생활사에 미치는 영향)

  • Environmental condition can induce changes in early life-history traits in order to maximise the ecological fitness. Here I investigated how temperature change and variation in human aquatic activity/behaviour affect early life-history consequences in fish using a dynamic-state-dependent model. In this study, I developed a general fish's life-history model including three life-history states depend-ing on foraging activity, such as body mass, mass of reproductive tissue (i.e., gonadal development) and accumulated stress (i.e., cellular or physiological damage). I assumed the level of foraging activity maximises reproductive success-ultimately, fitness. The model predicts that growth rate, development of reproductive tissues and damage accumulation are greater in higher temperature whereas higher human aquatic activity rapidly reduced the growth rate and development of reproductive tissue and increased damage accumulation. While higher foraging activity in higher temperature is less affected by human aquatic activity, the foraging activity in lower temperature rapidly declined with human aquatic activity. Moreover, lower survival rate in higher temperature or human aquatic activity was independent on mortality rate due to human aquatic activity or mortality rate when foraging activity, respectively. However, the survival rate in lower temperature or human aquatic activity was dependent on these mortality rates. My findings suggest that including of early life-history traits in relation to climate-change and human aquatic activity on the analysis may improve conservation plan and health assessment in aquatic ecosystem.

The Changes of Benzo[${\alpha}$]pyrene Content in Herbal Tea Containing Schizandra chinensis, Astragalus membranaceus, Platycodon grandiflorum and Liriope platyphylla Affected by Roasting Temperature (Roasting 온도에 따른 오미자, 황기, 길경 및 맥문동을 첨가한 한방차의 벤조피렌 함량 변화)

  • The following is the study result of herbal tea roasted at different temperatures between $80{\sim}140^{\circ}C$. Depending on treatment temperature the water content decreased, some carbonization occurred and crude ash content relatively increased. Also crude protein and crude fat changed little. Benzopyrene content (0.17~0.35ppb) showed a tendency to increase with higher treating temperature. From this result, the $B({\alpha})P$ content differed depending on the treatment temperature and raw materials. In case of roasting, the actual inside temperature is around $200^{\circ}C$ but since the surface temperature of the roaster reaches around $2,000^{\circ}C$ some portion of $B({\alpha})P$ content was presumed to be produced from the area that came in contact with this surface. Solid elution rate of herbal tea showed 0.18~0.35%(w/w) and the rate of solid elution decreased with higher roasting temperature. There was no big change in $80{\sim}110^{\circ}C$ treatment section but the solid elution decreased rapidly in $110{\sim}140^{\circ}C$ section. The reason for decreasing solid elution rate at higher treatment temperature is because the compact inner tissue makes elution difficult.

25-686 K 온도범위에서의 InSb 유전율 함수와 전이점의 온도의존성 연구

  • InSb는 높은 전자이동도와 낮은 밴드갭을 가지고 있어 저전력 고효율의 고주파소자 및 비선형 광소자에 적합한 물질이다. 특히 InSb 기반 소자들은 전자-포논효과의 영향을 덜 받는 저온에서 고감도 소자로도 사용되고 있는데, 소자의 최적합 설계와 제작시의 실시간 성장제어를 위해서는 넓은 온도범위에서의 InSb의 광물성이 필요하다. 분광타원편광분석법(ellipsometry)은 물질의 광특성인 유전율 함수를 정확하게 측정 할 수 있은 기술로써, InSb 에 대한 유전율 함수는 많은 연구를 통해 잘 알려져 있다. 그러나, 온도변화에 대한 연구로는 100-700 K, 1.2-5.6 eV의 제한된 온도와 분광영역에서만 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 보다 확장된 온도범위(25-686 K), 광역 에너지 범위 (0.74-6.5 eV)에서 분광타원편광분석 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과 저온에서의 전자-포논 효과의 감소로 인한 청색천이와 보다 명확한 전자전이점들의 값을 얻었다. 특히, 100 K 까지의 이전 연구에서는 구분할 수 없었던 $E_2'$ 전이점을 본 연구의 25 K 의 유전율 함수에서 명확히 구분할 수 있었고, 고에너지 영역의 $E_1'+{\Delta}_1+{\Delta}_1'$ 전이점의 온도의존성을 처음으로 연구하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 InSb 를 기반으로 한 광전자 소자의 개발 및 적용분야와 밴드갭 엔지니어링 분야에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 예상한다.
