  • It is generally acknowledged that with the advent of digital technology we are faced with the revolutionary era in which everyone can enjoy the virtual reality with the simple motion of his or her fingertips. Specifically, this new trend enables domestic game industries to make a big takeoff in their size and capital accumulation. Considering this phenomenon, this project is designed to suggest an ideal space equipment or placement required to various forms of game industries.

  • There are many plans of the high-rise buildings these days in domestic and will be constructed from now on. It is required to develop energy saving techniques immediately because the high-rise buildings consume a lot of energy. The most effective energy savings method is the application of the efficient lighting designs and fixtures. The purpose of this study is to analyze a trend of lighting design, fixture and control system between overseas and domestic. It can be used the guide line for the high-rise buildings in domestic application.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide design guidelines on office layouts to improve workers' concentration and communication behavior while supporting work processes. Among the present office types, benzene-type was preferred the most was providing better concentration. Regarding communication, link and benzene were preferred types. In present office types, workers were satisfied in communication more than concentration. To increase concentration level, acoustical privacy was indicated as the most important factor In conclusion, to support both concentration and communication in office, the team area should be divided into smaller sub-team areas. The sub-team areas may support interaction within a group while preventing unnecessary distraction. The major circulation of work process should be formed outside of the sub-team areas to provide concentration within the groups.

  • An office is understood as a system consisted of three subsystem : office work, technology and organization. In the age of information, an office is a complicated device in an organization to create, process, modify and deliver various information for organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to provide design guidelines on office workstations based on the analysis of employees' preference and work-style responding to current changes of an organization and work process. Through a literature survey, the study briefly reviewed characteristics of interior design to find changing factors and directions of office interior. Work characteristics in an office are analyzed based on information, activity and communication characteristics while office environment is analyzed based on physical and technological factors. Finally, questionnaire items are derived from a critical comparison between work characteristics and workstation organization(furniture etc) factor. workplace strategies by preference are suggested to increase office productivity, employee satisfaction and to reduce space costs.

  • This study is on the interior design standards which is based on the user participicatiov. The design standards in office planning is relied on user participication with practical method and suitable survey item. On space programming and zonning phase, work relationship, visiting rate and characteristics of work can be applied. The rate to take desk-occupancy, information processing grade, the needs of side work table, visitor table and surplus storage space can help to get workstation unit type. The layout of units can be applied on the grade of communication and work-concetration.

  • The importance of performance-based design feedback is being emphasized when it comes to the potential impact that affects all the lifecycle of the building. However, the latency and disconnection of domain expert in the sector of AEC/FM remain current obstacles between design and performance feedback. It is hard to utilize performance feedback information for design exploration and support design decision making during the conceptual phase of design. Using parametric design, this paper proposes various design alternatives from a set of rules and constraints defined by algorithms for the geometric configurations of an Office Building. A Building Performance Analysis (BPA) was to developed using Autodesk® Revit® 2019 which integrates Autodesk® Green Building Studio® to predict its sufficient daylighting conditions of the LEED v4's Daylighting Autonomy (DA). The parametric-based performance feedback of this study outlines potential design improvements for further exploration in application to the early design process.

They find the development direction of a hereafter office of the task organization out according to it, And we suggest to Typological classification of Office Layouts based on Organization Theories.

텔레프레즌스 기술 표준화 동향

  • 시간과 장소에 제한 없이 편리하게 근무함으로써 업무 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 "스마트워크 활성화" 계획이 수립되어 추진중에 있다. 스마트워크 유형으로는 모바일 오피스, 홈 오피스, 스마트워크 센터 그리고 스마트 오피스로 구분될 수 있다. 이러한 스마트 근무 환경을 구축하기 위해서는 제약없는 정보 공유와 상호 협력이 가능하도록 원격 협업 시스템이 도입되어야 한다. 원격 협업에 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 영상회의 경우, 이미 상용화 제품이 널리 사용되고 있으나, 이기종 제품간 상호연동이 되지 않고 있어 이를 해결하고자 하는 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 또한, 영상회의 시스템은 실제 참가자들이 동일한 장소에 모여 회의를 하는 것처럼 실감적인 환경을 지원하기 위해 텔레프레즌스 시스템으로 발전하고 있는 추세다. ITU-T, IETF, IMTC 국제 표준화 단체에서는 여러 유형의 영상회의 또는 텔레프레즌스 시스템간 상호 연동성을 보장하기 위해 요구되는 연동 기술 표준을 개발하고 있다. 본 고에서는 ITU-T SG16 Q5, IETF CLUE 워킹그룹에서 진행중인 최신 표준화 동향을 소개한다. 또한, 공공 및 민간기관에 스마트워크 확산을 위해 이기종 영상회의 시스템간 연동이 가능한 국내 표준 개발이 진행되고 있는데, 주요 기술 이슈에 대한 동향을 소개하고자 한다.
