Measuring of Linear Motion Accuracy of NC Lathe using Linear Scales (리니어 스케일을 이용한 NC 선반의 직선 운동정도 측정)

  • It is very important to measure linear motion accuracy of NC lathe as it affects all other parts of machines machined by them in industries. If the motion accuracy of NC lathe is bad, the dimension accuracy and the change-ability of works will be bad in the assembly of machine parts. In this paper, computer software systems are organized to measure linear motion of ATC(Automatic tool changer) on zx plane of NC lathe using two linear scales and the time pulses coming out from computer in order to get data at constant time intervals from the linear scales. And each sets of error data obtained from the test is discripted to plots and the results of linear motion errors are expressed as numerics by computer treatment.

  • It is very important to test circular motion accuracy of NC machine tools as it affects all other machines machined by them in industries. In this paper, it has become possible to detect errors of linear displacement of radial directions for circle tar motion accuracy test using newly assembled magnetic type of linear scale so called Magnescale ball-bar system. It has also organized computer program systems using tick pulses come out from computer for getting error motion data at colt start time interval in circular motion test on NC lathe. Error data gotten from test is expressed to plots and analysed to numerics by various statistical treatments.

  • 본 연구에서는 시각 자극, 청각 자극, 시청각 자극을 이용하여 인간의 공간인지 능력과 감각-운동 협응 정도를 분석하였다. 피험자는 과거에 시력과 청력장애를 경험하지 않은 20대의 정상성인 남녀 각각 10명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석을 위해 EOG, EMG등의 생체신호와 3차원 좌표추적장치(FASTRAK)를 이용하여 지시운동시 손가락의 위치좌표를 검출하였다. 그 결과 시청각 자극에서 가장 작은 인식오차를 보였고 공간인지에 있어서 시각이 청각보다 주도적인 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • Separation motion of 1:2 downscaled nose fairing is simulated. In comparison with the experimental results, results of analyses on the separation simulation are verified and the characteristics of nose fairing separation are analyzed. The results shows about 5% analysis error.

  • 본 논문에서는 3 축 기계장비의 공간오차를 예측하기 위한 사전 단계로 각 축에 대하여 레일형상오차를 측정하였다. 전용 측정지그를 설계/제작하여 이 지그가 이동함에 따라 혼합축차이점법을 이용하여 레일형상오차를 측정하였다. 레일형상오차로부터 테이블 운동오차를 예측하고, 이와 더불어 각 축 사이의 직각도 오차를 측정한 후 이로부터 최종적으로 3 축 장비에 대한 공간오차를 평가할 예정이다. 예측된 공간오차는 실제 레이저를 이용한 공간오차 측정방법을 이용하여 검증할 예정이다.

  • 이동로봇은 주행성을 가지며 설정된 이동 경로에 따라 목적지까지 자율적으로 이동하기 위해서는 이동로봇의 실제 위치에 대한 정확한 정보가 확보되어야 한다. 정보확보를 위해서 보통 엔코더, 자이로센서, 비젼센서, 레이저 거리등의 센서를 주로 사용한다. 본 연구에서 주행중인 이동로봇의 위치는 상대센서인 엔코더를 통해 측정된 운동변화량과 출발점에서 이동로봇의 위치로부터 자기유도 주행방법에 의해 계산된다. 이들 상대센서는 이동로봇의 실제 이동에 따라 주행거리 및 주행 방향 변화를 항상 측정할 수 있으므로, 전체 주행구간에 걸쳐 이동로봇의 위치를 연속적으로 측정할 수 있다는 장점이 있으나, 상대센서 측정값에 발생된 오차가 위치 평가값이 연속적으로 누적되므로 실제 위치에 대한 오차가 발생하는 단점이 있다. 즉, 바닥의 미끄럼, 요철, 로봇의 요동(Vibration)등 큰 오차의 요인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 위치를 직접 추정하지 않고 엔코드에서 나온 위치오차, Heading 오차, 자체 엔코드오차 그리고, 자이로 오차와 지자기 센서 오차를 Extended Kalman Filter를 통해 추정하여 이 오차를 다시 위치 계산과 Heading에 되돌려 줌으로서 오차를 보정하는 방법을 제시한다.

  • To measure the athletic information of exercisers, the applications of smartphone are programmed based on the sensing data from GPS device. These applications provide exercisers for running or walking distance, exercising time, calorie consumption, average speed, and so on. Among them, the exercising distance should measure accurately because it directly affects the other athletic information for exercisers. However, the existing methods for measuring the exercising distance makes errors because they are worked on the simple sphere or ellipse earth models. Actually, the surface of real earth is composed of inclined ground like hills and valleys. In this paper, a new exercising distance measuring algorithm is proposed to compensate the errors of existing method. It considers the altitude of slopes in exercising routes. To evaluate exercising distance measuring algorithms, we implement the athletic life-guide system based on the smartphone platform. In experiments, the proposed method shows that it provides more accurate distance measurement.

Improvement of Motion Accuracy Using Active Controlled Capillary in Hydrostatic Table (능동제어모세관을 이용한 유정압테이블의 운동정도 향상)

  • For compensating the error motion of hydrostatic tables, we have introduced a way that the clearance of table is controlled corresponding to the amount of eror with the actively controlled variable capillary, named as ACC. In previous paper, through the basic test, it was confirmed that by the use of ACC, the error motion within 2.7$\mu$ m of a hydrostatic table could be compensated with the resolution of 27nm, 1/100 contollable range, and with the frequency bandwidth of 5.5Hz, structurally. In this paper, we performed practical compensation of the linear and angular motion error of hydrostatic table using ACC. For improving the compensated motion accuracy, iterative control method is put into the control system. The experimental results show that by the simultaneous compensation of error, the linear and angular motion error are improved upto 0.25$\mu$ m and 0.4arcsec, which are about 1/10 and 1/3 of the non-compensated motion errors respectively.

  • Most of studies on wave height algorithms that are using at buoys describe algorithms using double integral to determine the position data from the acceleration data measured from the accelerometer. but sometimes, it can involve some cumulative error in that process, and result in misjudgment or unstabe system. On the other hand, It is widely known that the motion of fluid particles on or underneath a linear progressive wave is periodic and elliptic. This fact is considered in this article and leads a improved algorithms with no integral processing.

  • The spindle unit is a core part in high precision machine tool. Rotation accuracy of spindle unit is needed for high dignity cutting and improving the performance of machine tool. However, there are many factors to effect to rotational error motion(rotation accuracy). This study studied how rotational error motion is variation when unbalance amount is variation. Rotation accuracy of initial spindle unit is decided depending on parts and assembly such as bearing. When it is rotation, vibration and noise is appeared depending on volume of unbalance amount, so it works to decrease unbalance amount. The purpose of the study tests that unbalance amount how much effects to initial rotation condition. The result of the study shows that accuracy of parts and assembly is highly necessary to reach high rotation accuracy and unbalance amount hardly effects to initial rotation accuracy. However, it shorten spindle's life because vibration and noise is increasing by increasing unbalance amount and we can expect situation that rotation accuracy is falling by long time operation.
