본 연구는 매년마다 반복되는 하천의 수해예방 및 차후 대책수립을 위해 재해관리자가 원거리에서 다수의 하천 수위를 실시간 파악하도록 압력센서를 이용한 수위 계측기와 계측결과를 CDMA망을 통해 전송하는 데이터로거 시스템 개발에 관한 것이다. 본 연구에서 개발한 압력센서를 이용한 무선원격 수위계측기는 전원환경이 열악한 오지에 장착하여 수년간의 동작을 보장할 수 있는 계측시스템으로서, 태양광을 이용한 자가발전에 의한 전원 충전과, 차세대 무선 통신시스템을 장착하여 독립적으로 실시간 자료를 수집할 수 있는 특징들을 가진다.

Parametric studies are executed by numerical method varying then number of strain gauges, rail section and distance of sleeper from which the followings are obtained. Wheel forces or lateral forces are measured by connecting eight strain gauges on rail to single Wheatstone bridge. The method eliminates the influence of interaction and measured stability. Strain gauges are fastened on the neutral axis of the rail so as not to be influenced by sleeper.

The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem that is occuring in assembly process and to progress the productivity by process analysis methods for manu-open and closed model(DWV-20/25DRG), and auto-open and cloesd model(DWV-20/25/DRA)-ventilation fan. 영월군은 강원도의 서남쪽에 위치하며 태백산맥의 서사면인 영서지방에 속한다. 철도교통은 태백선과 영동선으로 연결되며 서울에서 3시간 30분거리에 있다. 영동고속도로로는 새말에서 장평 평창을 지나 영월에 이르게 되며 수도권에서 3시간 정도로 도달할 수 있다. 즉 영월은 중원권인 충청도지방과 수도권인 경기지방 그리고 동해안지역인 영동지방등의 결절지역에 해당되는 교통요지라 할 수 있다. 특히 이곳은 태백산맥 서사면의 산간오지로 산세가 수려하고 한적한 비경인 관계로 조선시대 단종의 유배지로 정해졌던 고장이다.(중략)

아기는 약 200억 개의 뇌세포를 가지고 바깥 세상에 태어난다. 게다가 더 놀라운 사실은 이 200억 개의 뇌세포가 또다시 각각 2만 개 이상의 다른 가지들로 연결되면서 신경망을 형성해 나간다는 것이다. 이 신경 전달망이 바로 아이 인생의 절대적인 영향을 끼치는 잠재력의 근원이다. 다시 말해 똑똑한 아이일수록 이 신경망들이 숫자도 훨씬 많고 복잡하게 얽혀있다는 것이다. 그러나 이렇게 형성된 뇌세포들은 적절한 연락이 오지 않으면 스스로 쓸모없다고 판단하여 임신 8개월 전에 40~75% 가량이 죽어버린다.

This research analyzed dynamic responses of the preflex railroad bridge. Vertical deflection and acceleration induced by operating train loads and test train loads were measured. Deflection of bridge by train traveling satisfies deflection limitation regulation (L/800) about the concrete bridge, but compare with UIC standard, vibration acceleration happened fairly greatly. Also test result show that acceleration receives greatly effect about the speed than deflection. It must discuss about vibration acceleration problems for speed elevation hereafter.

본 논문에서는 MOSFET source/drain 고체 확산 원으로써 도핑된 폴리 실리콘을 사용하였으며 확산 후 남은 폴리 실리콘은 elevated source/drain 역할을 하여 저항을 줄여 준다. 또한 제안 된 구조는 게이트 절연막 공정 이전에 확산 공정이 이루어 지기 때문에 후속 열처리에 취약한 고유전율 게이트 절연막 공정과 금속 게이트 공정에 적합한 공정으로 적합함을 보였다.
