  • 국내 양액재배 면적은 94년말 53.5ha로 90년의 8.1ha에 비해 급격히 확대되었으며, 이중 오이는 15.5ha로 36%를 점유하고 있다. 오이의 경우 펄라이트경이 58.4%로 고형배지경이 대부분을 차지하고 있는데 이는 근권환경의 안정성이 높아 재배의 위험성을 경감시킬 수 있기 때문으로 생각된다. 그러나 펄라이트의 경우 자체가 갖는 수분보유력은 크지만 입자 직경에 따라 배수성이 지나치게 커서 정식후 초기활착이 곤란해질 우려가 있으므로 금액방법의 적정화, 입자크기의 선택, 왕겨, 훈탄, 입상암면 등 다양한 이종배지를 이용한 혼합배지의 활용 등을 검토할 필요가 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다.   • Four linyphiid species, Centromerus sylvasticus (Blackwall, 1841), Ryojius japonicus Saito and Ono, 2001, Sachaliphantes sachalinensis (Tanasevitch, 1988) and Tmeticus vulcanicus Saito and Ono, 2001, are reported new to the Korean fauna. Four genera, Centromerus Dahl, 1886, Ryojius Saito and Ono, 2001, Sachaliphantes Saaristo and Tanasevitch, 2004 and Tmeticus Menge, 1868, are also new to Korea. Diagnostic phototraphs and illustrations of species are provided.

  • 시설오이의 국내 재배면적은 2001년도에 5,412 ha 으로서 389천톤을 생산하였다. 재배작형은 시설억제, 촉성, 반촉성, 시설조숙 등 매우 다양하고, 재배작형과 지역적인 재배관습 그리고 소비경향에 따라 재배품종 또한 다양하다. 시설오이의 단보당 평균 수량은 7,184 kg 이지만, 이들 재배요인에 따라 단보당 수량이 지역별로 4배 정도로 차이가 많다. 즉 중부지방에서 무가온 시설조숙재배인 경우 과중이 120g 내외인 백다다기 오이를 4~5개월 정도 단기간 재배하기 때문에 수량이 단보당 3,500kg 정도이지만, 남부지방에서 7~10개월 정도 장기간 청장계 오이를 재배하는 경우에는 단보당수량이 12,000kg 이상을 넘는다. Effect of a Bioactive Substance Extracted from Rheum undulatum on Control of Cucumber Powdery Mildew (대황에서 추출한 생리 활성 물질의 흰가루병 방제 효과)

  • 대황 추출물(RK)과 화학약품 1, 8-dihydroxy anthraquinone(AK)을 제제화하여 오이 흰가루병에 대한 약효, 약해 및 어독성을 조사하였다. 제제화한 RK와 AK 약제를 하우스에서 500배, 1000배 희석농도로 처리했을 경우 오이 흰가루병에 대하여 100%의 방제효과를 나타냈고, pot에서 2,000배, 3,000배, 5,000배 희석농도로 처리했을 때 모두 75% 이상의 방제효과를 나타냈다. 또 노지에서 4,000배, 5,000배 희석농도로 처리해도 75.3% 이상의 방제효과를 나타냈다. RK 약제는 250배 희석농도에서 오이에 약해가 없었으나 AK 약제는 250배 희석농도에서 약해가 있었다. 어독성은 두 약제 모두 반수치사농도(TLm)가 2ppm 이상으로 독성은 낮은 것으로 판정되었다.

  • OSU89B is analysed for study about the geoidal undulation and the vertical deflection in and around the korean peninsula. Geoidal undulations vary from 3m to 35m in this area referred to GRS1980 ellipsoid. $\xi$values vary from -8.9" to 8.0" and $\eta$values vary from -13. 1" to 9.0". High westward deflection is a distinctive feature in and around the Korean peninsula.he Korean peninsula.

  • In this study, point gravity was measured to achieve terrestrid gravity data and the gravity is important element in precise geoid modelling. Surveys the relative gravity of 56 stations on 1st level route. In addition, it calculates gravity values, analysis gravity survey results using tidal correction, drift correction, datum-free adjustment. These point gravity data could be contribute in development of precise geoid model.

  • 15 vegetables were cooked as fresh salad, scalding, steaming, boiling, panbroiling, and hardboiling and retention of vitamin(A, Ascorbic acid, Niacin) and minerals(P, Fe, Mg, Ca, Na, K)were investigated about those cooks during making process. Vitamins were shown as the best retention in fresh salad, while as the worst retention in scalding vegetables. Minerals were determined as the best retention in panbroiled, while as the worst retention in scalding and boiling vegetables. In all vegetables cookings, the order of vegetables which had good retention of vitamins and minerals were doraji>perilla leaf, cabbage>k, radish, cucumber>chamchwi, lettuce> mungbean sprout>spinach, burdock, sedum>carrot, squash>soybean sprout>eggplant. Also Vit.A was kept high retention level in fresh salad, panbroiling, hardboiling, Niacin was remained in fresh salad, hardboiling, steaming, vegetables highly and AsA was kept high level in fresh salad only. And P in panbroiling, steaming, Fe in fresh salad, scalding, boiling, panbroiling, hardboiling, Mg in fresh salad, panbroiling, hardboiling, Ca in fresh salad, steaming, boiling, panbroiling, hardborling, Na in panbroiling, hardboiling and K in fresh salad pan, broiling, hardboiling were retained as high level.

Height Datum Transformation using Precise Geoid and Tidal Model in the area of Anmyeon Island (정밀 지오이드 및 조석모델을 활용한 안면도 지역의 높이기준면 변환 연구)

  • The height datum of Korea is currently separated into land and sea, which makes it difficult to acquire homogeneous and accurate height information throughout the whole nation. In this study, we therefore tried to suggest the more effective way to transform the height information were constructed separately according to each height datum on land and sea to those on the unique height datum using precise geoid models and tidal observations in Korea. For this, Anmyeon island was selected as a study area to develop the precise geoid models based on the height datums land (IMSL) and sea (LMSL), respectively. In order to develop two hybrid geoid models based on each height datum of land an sea, we firstly develop a precise gravimetric geoid model using the remove and restore (R-R) technique with all available gravity observations. The gravimetric geoid model were then fitted to the geometric geoidal heights, each of which is represented as height datum of land or sea respectively, obtained from GPS/Leveling results on 15 TBMs in the study area. Finally, we determined the differences between the two hybrid geoid models to apply the height transformation between IMSL and LMSL. The co-tidal chart model of TideBed system developed by Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency (KHOA) which was re-gridded to have the same grid size and coverage as the geoid model, in order that this can be used for the height datum transformation from LMSL to local AHHW and/or from LMSL to local DL. The accuracy of height datum transformation based on the strategy suggested in this study was approximately ${\pm}3cm$. It is expected that the results of this study can help minimize not only the confusions on the use of geo-spatial information due to the disagreement caused by different height datum, land and sea, in Korea, but also the economic and time losses in the execution of coastal development and disaster prevention projects in the future.

Risk Assessment of Agricultural Worker's Exposure to Fungicide Thiophanate-methyl during Treatment in Green Pepper, Cucumber and Apple Fields (고추, 오이 및 사과 재배 중 살균제 Thiophanate-methyl 살포 시 농작업자의 노출 및 위해 평가)

  • The present study was carried out to assess exposure and risk to thiophanate-methyl wettable powder for agricultural worker during mixing/loading and application with power sprayer in green pepper, cucumber and apple fields. Dermal exposure was measured with patches, gloves, socks and masks, while inhalation exposure was evaluated with personal air pump and solid sorbent. Those methods were full validated before experiment. During mixing/loading, dermal exposure amount in green pepper, cucumber and apple fields was $24.0{\pm}6.7$, $4.5{\pm}1.5$ and $18.5{\pm}0.6mg$, corresponding to mean 0.007, 0.001 and 0.005% of prepared active ingredient, respectively. The major exposed part for mixer/loader was hands (78-92%). Dermal exposure amount for applicator in green pepper, cucumber and apple fields was $84.9{\pm}14.0$, $34.0{\pm}20.8$ and $30.7{\pm}9.1mg$, corresponding to mean 0.024, 0.016 and 0.013% of applied active ingredient, respectively. The main body parts of exposure in apple field were hands, while thighs and shins in other fields. Inhalation exposure amount in green pepper, cucumber and apple fields was $1.5{\pm}2.2$, $52.7{\pm}48.9$ and $4.0{\pm}4.9{\mu}g$ during mixing/loading and $0.2{\pm}0.1$, $23.2{\pm}12.4$ and $0.4{\pm}0.6{\mu}g$ for applicator, respectively. These results were suggested that main factors affecting dermal exposure were contact frequency to the plants, foliage density, hygienic behavior, work type, and working environment, while inhalation exposure was affected mainly by working environment, especially wind. In risk assessment, margin of safety for thiophanate-methyl in all cases was over 1. However, during application in green pepper field, margin of safety was close to 1.
