is the winner of Grand Jury Prize in World Cinema-Dramatic at Sundance Film Festival 2013 and made high Box Office performance in Korean Indie Film distribution. tells the story of the horrific massacre of 30,000 civilians at Jeju Island in Korea in 1948. Civilians were killed by Korean Army under the supervision of U. S. Army and by the Korean Communist partisan. From the Statistical Style Analysis, has a lot in common with Ming-liang Tsai's movies and similar traits of art cinema. According to David Boardwell, Art Cinema is intensify the traditional continuity through selection and concentration rather than become the Alternative, Oppositional film practice of Mainstream Classical Hollywood Cinema.

1895년 영화가 탄생하면서부터 영화가 예술로서 인정받기까지 오랜 시간이 걸렸듯이 영화가 그 교육적 가치를 인정받기까지도 상당히 오랜 시간이 걸렸다. 즉, 영화가 소비 지향적이라는 비판에서부터 영화는 집에서만 봐도 충분하다는 식의 편견까지 이러한 오해를 불식시키기까지 짧지 않은 시간이 흘렀다. 영화 자체가 교육적 대상으로 인정받기 시작한 것은 1964년 영국영화연구소에서 나온 "영화교육(Film Teaching)"에서 영화교육의 필요성이 논의된 이후에 자연스럽게 그 가치를 인정받기 시작했다. 한편 2004년부터 예술강사 지원사업에 의해 영화교육의 대중화가 본격적으로 이루어졌고, 한 해 뒤인 2005년 만화애니메이션교육이 대중화시대를 열었다. 이렇듯 만화애니메이션교육과 영화교육은 그 교육적 접근은 오래되지 않았지만, 교육과 관련해서 전문적인 동시에 대중적인 측면도 함께 지니고 있다. 다시 말해서, 대학교육에서 이론적이고 실제적인 교육이 이루어지고 있지만, 대중적인 영향력을 통해서 초 중등학교에서 많은 관심을 가지고 있는 교육영역이다. 이렇게 다양한 층위에서 진행되고 있는 만화애니메이션교육과 영화교육을 문화예술교육이라는 범주에서 살펴볼 것이다. 이는 전문예술인 양성을 위한 전문교육인 아닌 초 중등학교에서 이루어지고 있는 문화예술교육이라는 관점에서 바라볼 것이다. 특히 한국문화예술진흥원의 예술강사 지원사업을 중심으로 현재 진행되고 있는 만화애니메이션교육과 영화교육을 점검할 것이다. 그리고 영화교육에서 진행되고 있는 교직과정을 살펴봄으로써 만화애니메이션교육도 이러한 제도적 뒷받침의 필요성을 밝힐 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to identify the different determinants according to the types of motion pictures; art film and commercial film. We found that the regression equations of two types of motions pictures are structurally different. More specifically, we identified that the number of screens, viewers' evaluation, and genres have a significant relationship with the performance of motion pictures both in the commercial and art film. However, director, ratings, critics, power of agency, nationality, and the timing of release affect the performance of motion pictures just on the art films.

This is a study about the arts as political tools by absolute royal authority in time of Louis X IV through the movie Le Roi danse(2000). The King, Louis X IV was an enthusiast of Arts. During the during the reign of Louis X IV, French Baroque art was blossomed exuberantly. the movie shows how the King uses the arts as a tool of his absolute authority. there are artists, Jean Baptiste Lully and Moliere, and while the movies shows how these artists could get the King's confidence and the king manipulate the arts for strengthen his authority as an absolute royalty.

Commercial and Art movies have different characteristics even when they belong to the same 'movie' category. This study investigated the differential effects of reviewer professionalism and expectation about a movie on the intention to watch the movie. Based on the survey on young potential movie goers, we found that movie types indeed have significant effects. Specifically, in the case of art movie, people had high level of intention to watch when they were exposed to professional reviews. We found that utilitarian expectation mediates between reviewer professionalism and intention to watch for art movie. On the other hand, in the case of commercial movie, people had high level of intention to watch when they were exposed to amateur reviewers. We found that hedonic expectation mediates between reviewer professionalism and intention to watch for art movie. In result, this study contributes to our knowledge to movie industry through showing that reviewer professionalism have different impacts on commercial and art movies.

Korea's film industry structure is focused on commercial movies centering on large companies, and its diversity and artistry are relatively overlooked. In addition to trends in the digital media age, the flood of consumable contents on the basis of special effects such as C.G, And is losing popularity as a popular art. The popular art should lead the mature social culture with the educational enlightenment character which induces the indirect experience and the wide insight of the world through the material and expression about the humanities study of the individual and the society. The analysis of the society's artistry and artistry about the movie "(2017)" can be a measure of the definition and kind of artistry in commercial movies and methodology about the manifestation of artistry. As a research methodology, we try to measure the future of the film industry by analyzing the status of the film as popular art, such as intellectual exploration and logical completeness of the essence of society, Through analyzing and criticizing the artistic characteristics in commercial films, I would like to suggest some improvement points by deriving the indicators of the artistic nature of commercial films. The film "1987" is a good example of an ideal commercial film with an artistry that cultivates cultural literacy, promotes civic consciousness through enlightenment messages, and plays a role of self-reflection through art experience. In other words, it shows the possibilities of commercial film with artistry in popular culture, such as a humanistic examination of true history and society, and an introspective gaze of the director expressed through the film society.

중국 저예산 영화는 다년간의 탐색하에 영화예술창작에서나 시장에서의 상업성적인 측면에서 비교적 좋은 발전을 가져왔다. 예술창작 측면에서 말하면 최초의 '개인 서사'부터 상업유형 영화의 축제로 또 서사 방식의 다원화까지 이미 점점 성숙에 나아가고 독특한 풍격을 형성하였다. 상업적으로는 입소문 마케팅과 차별화를 널리 보급하는 것이 저예산 영화에 새로운 경험과 결실을 가져다주었다. 본 연구는 영화의 예술성과 상업성 두 가지 측면에서 <나는 약신이 아니다>라는 영화에 대해 분석연구를 하고 또 성공 경험을 정리하여 신인 감독들의 작품을 위해 참고할만한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper derives the mutual relationship between film and installation art through specific case studies about the point of the intersection of the two genres. It needs to find the relationship between art painting and photography and the relationship of silent film and the relevance of the work of art in the 1920s. After painting over the installation exploring the relationship of art and through the mise en scene of the film, ie, the screen image of the configuration and deployment, or cinematic work of art for the film can be found in the application of practices. First, in Chapter 2, this study works of art practices through the analysis of film and the interaction between the two genres based practices for secure sex. In Chapter 3 the movie 'Wonderful Life' and installation art work "hand memory" through the analysis of the two cases specifically for the point of intersection analysis. 'Wonderful Life' and 'hand' Remember each subject and conceptual work in terms of 'memory' that it is represented on similar, but, film and installation art genre caused by the difference in the way the media represented by the results of the different forms of otherwise appear. If so, this study film and installation art practices through the comparison of cases to derive mutual relationship by analyzing two cases in detail what each of the different looks at whether any similarity in that.

This paper has examined the current status of Korea's welfare policy and asserts the necessity of artist classification by types of employment, dividing them into those who have irregular jobs and those who are in permanent positions, focusing on filmmakers. Furthermore, it has looked into the certification policy for artist welfare support that is currently in action. In conclusion, this paper discusses the certification and suggests implementation methods for "Artist Welfare Card" in expectation of future activation of Artist Welfare Support Project.
